In filling out the loan application it demands both a home phone and a business phone. If both are the same the application is rejected. In this day and age people have a cell phone only, especially if they are self employed which I am.

In addition on the application there should be more available spaces to show ALL income sources. In my case I have income from social security, pension, farm trust and from my executive search business. These changes should be made as outlined above.

MoneyMutual company took my personal information and after words didn't approve me for a loan. I would like file a criminal complaint against them. I am currently in the process of hiring a attorney for this action.

My husband and I went to use MoneyMutual. Turns out the company is nothing more than a payday loan network, meaning it doesn’t lend money, but claims to help customers find payday loan companies to work with. Although this should, in theory, mean that customers get a lower rate as these companies compete for their business.

It did not happen for us.
