79. In Feb of this year it started going black in the crease and in July it went totally blank and won't come back on. That was a lot of money for less than a year and I loved my phone.

Will it be eligible for replacement? I had to go pay almost 300 for a g play because I have to have a phone so now I have spent over a thousand and am not at all happy about it.

For Motorola Modem support, I have called 4 times, after an hour it says there is no one to take call. For my Modem/Router which is less than 2 months old, I have no way to use the assistant. I used email, got a response, could not log in, wrote back and no one answered.

Motorola has NO customer support that works.

I brought a Moto g stylus 5gG in May of 2023 and the phone went out in June. I called customer service and they told me to send the phone into them, but when I did they go the phone and said that the phone was bent.

I asked how a brand new phone got bent and their response was in someone's pocket and I told them I didn't carry my phone in my pocket. I'm still paying on this phone and I don't have a phone, because they will not honor the warranty due to the phone being bent.

I will never ever buy another product from them.

I have a Motorola Model XT2163-4. I turned my cell phone into Motorola about one month and a half ago because my phone was sluggish, it would not allow me to answer incoming phone calls before they went into my voicemail box.

These are only the two major issues, which caused a real problem when I needed a tow and needed to communicate frequently with the insurance company. I contacted Motorola regarding the issue and was told to send it in and they would send me a replacement phone to use while they repaired my phone.

I regret to this day that I sent my phone in for repair. Since then I have sent my phone in for repair five times. I have not had a working phone for about a month and half. You see, each time I send it in, they would send me a replacement phone, but the replacement phone…

I have a moto 5 g phone that was purchased new in november of 2022 that is having mechanical problems and needs to be replaced, your customer service is poor at best . Customer service tells me they are out of stock I say that is a bunch of baloney.

I bought protection plan and they're saying it's an extended warranty and it doesn't cover the damage that the screen is not broken ended overheated and they said it was bent and they tried everything they could to get out of it when I called customer service they even sent me a replacement phone that said I wasn't to be charged for in advance.

I bought a Stylus 21 in the website that I never received. The money was reimbursed without explanation. When I tried to contact customer service, it was impossible to find a number to speak with a person. It is the worst customer service I have ever come across.

This week I received a voicemail from a woman with a horrible accent. I didn't understand a word she said and it seemed like she was calling from the farthest corner of the earth. I know it was from Motorola because that was the only clear word... What a disappointment!

I purchased a new Motorola modem on Amazon and it was obviously a return. The seal was broken and the accessories were just stuffed back in the box. I tried to activate it anyway with Xfinity and no surprise it failed.

I really expect more from this company!

I've bought a motorola edge fusion 20. I'm fed up with this. It hanged frequently and I've nothing to do but to reboot. Most annoying is the network problem! frequently it lost network and come very rarely!!! when there was no network, there was no way to regain it back!!

I purchased a motto g power 2022 I get ads all the while I am on the phone. It interferes with my calls my searches and my photos. I have done everything to correct this even restored back to factory settings. Nothing has helped.

My husband has the same phone and has no problems with his. I am thinking I have a lemon. Please let me know how you can help. I use this phone for work and this is interfering with it.

In trying to repair a mobile phone, I can not understand two people I talked to. One was getting mad when I had to keep asking for her to repeat what she was saying. I have had to make several calls about the same problem and it is same thing.

I wish you would get people that can speak like Americans. I will never again purchase a Motorola product which I am sure you don't care.

I purchased a Motorola phone from Walmart and I didn't get the protection plan but since day One Iv had nothing but issues with the phone and it keeps shutting off on me..the screen prompt say to Stop system UI then turns off...I understand I could of returned it but this is my first time with Motorola so I thought I would give it a chance and so far im definitely disappointed

I was a happy owner of a Moto G Pure phone for nine months. Nicest phone I've ever had. Then without notice it was "upgraded" to Android 12. Now the phone is a mostly nonfunctional piece of shit. Android 12 is unquestionably the biggest fucking pile of garbage I have ever seen masquerading as an OS.

Doubt I will ever buy another Moto product ...

Moto g 2021 32GB phone activated March 2022. Android 10 came preinstalled (16Gb+) Preinstalled Apps (8GB+) Android 11 was forced on the phone during a recent update.

I uninstalled most preinstalled Apps and turned off Google App, and tried to clean off most Apps so to free up as much Storage as possible.

THIS PHONE IS NOT CAPABLE OF HANDLING ANDROID 10 or 11

There's not even enough internal Storage to use the Verizon Migration App to get my stuff into another phone!

I have made several calls to Motorola and they said to return the phone to the retailer, if I'm not happy with it

Motorola's technical support recommendations are ... 1) Take the phone to an authorized repair center. 2) Send the phone to them.

If this phone had Android 8 installed, it would be a good phone, but it cannot…

WTF is the problem with your support CSR's?? They are useless. Don't know, don't care. Five times I contacted them attempting to find out te status of my repair and since there is no fn information whatsoever on it other than the fact that they received the phone, the stupid fn CSR's just read the emails!

HOW THE FUCK CAN I CALL WHEN MY PHONE IS IN REPAIR! This if fn ridiculous. Three weeks now without a phone and no one gives a flyin fuck.

I have a Moto G stylus and a Moto G6. They both freeze, turn off, occasionally just reset with no warning. The phone will ring and rather than the 'answer' button showing up It's giving a black screen that's blank.

I've read countless reviews stating the issues. Enough reviews that Motorola should've addressed owners concerns already.

I bought a Motorola g pure not even a month ago and when I called customer service to let them know that I was unable to take pictures or update my apps, I was told that they would not replace my phone. They informed me that I would have to send it back to be refurbished and that I would be without a phone for about a month.

I didn't buy a new phone to have it refurbished after a month! I will never buy another Motorola!

After software update Moto Edge phone will no longer connect to mobile data. Phone carrier says that only their customers with Motorola phones are having this issue while Motorola denies there's a problem. I was already very disappointed in this phone and this glitch is the last straw...

Being unable to connect to mobile data renders many things useless such as my dog tracker, Tiles, etc.

My power went out a few days ago. And I could not use my phone. My data which is unlimited did not work. Highly unacceptable I do not have any other way of communicating to the outside world and I have never ever had a phone that has done that to me ever before.

I now have the Motorola Z4 and look forward to the next edition but from all I have read you will not will issueing any more of the Z series. I have spent over a $1000 dollars on all the attachments.

1 camera broke and bought a onother. The projector has been used for many meetings, also the speaker and additional battery. Having all these devices has been the success of my business. Please continue the availability of the Z Series.

I am not the only one who enjoyed this device, thousands of us will get very mad after spending a lot of money on accessories and in time when the Z4 phone fails there will not be another one.

On 12/26/21,we ordered a Moto 4G 2021 Stylus yesterday. We used the "trade-in".

24 hours later, order was still on hold. After 2 hours and 4 calls to customer service, NO one was willing to help. Best offer was a call back at some undetermined time.

Shipping was 2 days expedited, to be here 12/29.

LOUSY customer service; couldn't solve problem or go off script.

Call cut off; talked over me constantly.

com on Dec 6. o. box they cancelled my order.

However this is where my complaint starts. They cancelled order on Dec 7 because of the mailing issue. They kept the 400 plus dollars instead of putting it back on my card. So on Dec 9 after 5 phone calls and some of the dumbest customer service reps I have ever encountered did someone finally did start the process of refunding my money.

My point is if order cancelled immediately Motorola should reimburse the would be consumer.

However I suppose they hoped we would forget the issue and they could keep the money

My RAZR 5G screen failed afterc3vmonths. Motorola's warranty claims department was not helpful. I was on hold for over a half day, was hung up on twice, disconnected once, treated rudely, and lied to all while given the bait & switch.

Two of the reps evn had roosters crowing in the background. Of special note is Anthony in the Executive Escalation section. He was stubborn as well as dishonest. I am NEVER buying anything Motorola ever again!

To say that I’m disappointed would be an understatement. My original Motorola Edge was malfunctioning very early in the warranty “Product original purchase period”. The malfunction on the first of three occurred 30 or so days later, and I sent the product to Motorola.

Because the phone did not “conform to the applicable specifications”. The repaired original phone was sent back to me on October 21st via FedEx with an extensive QA checklist of items attached. The same malfunctions happened with the “repaired” phone, and Motorola sent another refurbished phone on November 1st, and the same issues occurred.

I have been using the VI (Vodafone) network for a couple of years. I had not been facing any mobile network issues. The day I started using the new MOTO G9 handset the issue started. My voice is breaking, not clear and unreachable to the calling person on the other side. I was thinking of the mobile network issue therefore started raising the complaint to VI. See the attachments. You people have removed the home button at the bottom of the screen where you could back up to something else and the home button and the button that shows what you was on all it has is that bar that you swipe up. And that sucks.

On my calendar on this Motorola I accidentally touched one of the dates so it put me on where you could put something on that date now it will not go back to my regular calendar I've tried several things it does not work so I guess I'll have to factory this phone out and start all over that's a pile of crap.

I am a two way radio operator for over 40 years, and the Motorola name has been the leader forever. Unfortunately when Two way radio service providers use the name, they forget what the reputation should mean. My employer, Brookings Harbor school district has over 53 xpr mobile two way radios and handhelds.

This summer, three xpr 2500 mobile radios stopped working just days after the factory warranty ended. Day Wireless out of Medford Oregon was the seller, and provider of service. Four months ago , technician picked up radios for repair. He wasted two months not being able to servcie units and finall sent them into Motorola Depot for repair.

Since I purchased Moto G5S, I am have one or other problems, like heating while charging, and top of the display where was a black shadow, I sent lot of emails but they given instruction to give the hand set to the service certre and gave the set but the techinical person said their in no issue, after some time the display gone blank. so they changed the display now I not able to hear any thing while i am receving the call. We have multiple issues with Motorola's radio repair program. Radios are constantly returned unrepaired and when we try to contact Motorola all we get is a case number or NO return phone calls. We have had radios going back and forth to your repair department since the end of June 2018!!! This is very frustrating for us as we strive to give our customers excellent service but are unable to because of your poor service. If radios can't be repaired after a couple times they should be REPLACED.
