I recently purchased a MT200 lawn tractor from a local Home Depot. Upon using it for the first time in mid November I discovered that it was not operating properly. ) I contacted Murray Support and was told to call Northwest Lawn & Power Equipment to arrange for pickup and repair under the warranty.
,explained to them that I had been referred to them by Murray for repairs that are covered under my warranty. They came on 11/17 and picked up the machine. 00 over the phone via credit card. I was unable to contact a representative at Murray Support until the following day at 07:14 am, at which time I explained the situation,and was assurred that they would contact the repair facility and straighten it out.
I have not received any feedback since then. i have called the support center 8 times…
