It's taking these guys 2 weeks just to send me a check. The second check was already issue and I've haven't received the 1st. I have no money and almost starving to death still no check from these guys.I can't afford a bank account and they refuse to send it to my routing number I gave them because it's not a bank but in the process I have no money for food, bills and Etc

Due to lack of response by two of their employees, Leah Hvizdak and Carlotta Ramsey, my short term disability was not renewed and I lost my benefits. I tried for two days to get ahold of someone and they waited until after the claim expired to contact me back. This company does not contact people back nor do they respond to emails causing people to lose their benefits.

By way of introduction I have been in healthcare for decades and dealt with many insurance companies. My wife was recently diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer. In a few weeks she has become completely disabled. There is absolutely no doubt she meets criteria for coverage under the long term care policy we have paid 10s of 1000s in premiums for. This company has Terrible customer service. Every letter takes 2 weeks to arrive including initial claim paperwork. Since submission I get 1-2 letters per week (all 10-14 DYS old) asking for info that has been submitted. Six weeks in and still nothing but more requests. Everything by snail mail. It seems the company will not invest our premiums in secure and HIPAA compliant communications.

My Complaints are, As Follows. I Signed up Under The impression that I would get the 2 year Term, Whole Life. Reading The Policy Was Totally Different. I Canceled The Policy Before The Due Date Of Transaction. The Money was Stilled Taken Out of My Account. Then I Have To Wait for A Check, Which I Was Told Seven Business Days. Call Today, To Find Out The Check Isn't Even Processed Yet. Then Let's Not Talk About Your. Customer Service Agents. No Concern on Your Company and My Behalf. I Followed The Right Procedures. I Would NEVER Recommend Your Company To No One.

I am writing to make an complaint on your agency Mr. Carlos Franco Vera for taking all of my personal information, misleading me about the plan I chose the $20,000 plan. He said I would only be charged a monthly payment of $40.00 instead $98.43 has been withdrawn out of my bank account 2 months I've been trying to contact him but he only returned a text last month on the 9th at 9:34am. He has blocked me now so I called your customer service yesterday to cancel my policy, I would like a refund if possible. I am disabled and on a fixed income. I have a witness. My children are the beneficiaries of their father’s life insurance and the person processing the claim never ever returns calls or emails. She gives me incomplete or vague information and I feel like she is intentionally ignoring me. The HR department at their father’s work gave me her information so I could contact her to process the claim and I have reached out over and over to this person and

she has only ever answered my email once and she didn’t even give complete information in the email and now seemingly is refusing to answer me back via email or phone so I can get the company the information they are requesting.

Never before have I had such poor customer service from a company.

I was denied supplemnetal insurance by one of your agents. Eleven years ago I had a defibrillator/pace maker installed by a corrupt doctor.. I changed doctors and they said it has never paced and was not necessary. They turned it off and removed the battery. When I told this to the agent, he told me that your company will not insure me due to having a defibrillator. Since the device has been deactivated for several years, it is the same as not having one. I Told him I could provide proff, but he just repeated the same thing over and over and ended the conversation, I feel that this is totally unfair and i would like a real reason for my denial.

I was released from my job at VSECU (Vermont State Employees Credit Union) on April 19, 2022. I had been having seizures as well as mini strokes. My Doctor, who happens to be a nuerology professor, completed paperwork stating I can no longer work.

My last paycheck from work was April 22, 2022. All the paperwork that I was provided was turned in timely. They state they are still waiting on paperwork. I am frustrated beyond belief that this is how this works. How in the world am I supposed to live with no income?! maybe, if I'm lucky.

I would like answers, but most importantly, I want the money im entitled at this point. This is poor customer service. Whenever I talk to someone, it's a couple more weeks. Last I checked creditors don't like to hear they have to wait a couple more weeks for…

I am a caregiver for a client that is insured through mutual of omaha due to football accident when he was in high school. I am paid by mutual of omaha on behalf of client. I started working with this client over 6 months ago.

The client has had other caregivers since accident 4-5 yrs ago. Always paid by mutual of omaha. I was told by client that get paid every other week&can turn hrs in mondays checks usually come on wed. The last 2 months have been joke.

Ive called mutual of omaha numerous times to find out why check not in time. Everytime i called in im getting information that client wasnt even aware of. My checks have been beyond late last 3 pay periods. I had my car repossessed because of this.

So now i have no vehicle which i need for my job. But they say sorry to hear about this…

These people are vultures circling a carcass. I did some research on a refi loan and my phone has not stopped ringing since. 90% of the calls are from these greedy slime balls. I even got a text message to which I politely requested they stop calling or contacting me.

I wouldn’t touch their company with a 10 ft pole. I know subtlety is dead in the world these days, it this company takes it to a whole new level of harassment so I thought I’d give a little back.

Sure I could block their number and forget about it, but these people have to be held accountable somehow.

I purchased a cancer insurance policy that became effective in December of 2020. I have automatic payments going out of my bank account. On July 28th, I had a biopsy that I had prostate cancer. I contacted Mutual of Omaha (Claim # 471831-38) and was told that they sent out requests to my Primary Care & Urology physicians on the 17th of August.

At that time, Mutual told me that they usually get a response in 10 days. On the 27th of August, I again contacted Mutual and was told that my primary care had responded, but they hadn't heard from Urology (Dr. R. Desai). Dr.

Plus. I had the confirmation of the application received number also and still I was bounced aroung 7 times, twice to Express Rx. who of course didn't know anything of what I was wanting, as they should. Your phone service is terrible, and unacceptable.

Your recorded voice is almost impossible to navigate. Was trying to get questions about your "EASY CARE" policy answered. Was not offered a live person so that I could explain my needs. Was transferred to 5 different departments and finally got what was supposed to be for the department that handled this type of coverage.

got the same recording that I got on customer service. I managed to get a live person by not telling the truth about the mechanical recording options I was given. What a mess !!!!!!!!!!!!!

IN NOVEMBER I CONTACTED MARK STEFFENS IN THE CITY OF TROY, MICHIGAN. HE TOLD ME THAT I COULD GET ABETTER RATE FROM YOUR COMPANY, HE SAID THAT WE COULD EXPECT AN ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION IN TWO WEEKS AND HE WOULD BE IN TOUCH WITH ME THEN.

HE DID NOT CALL, I CALLED HIM, HE SAID THAT HE WOULD FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON, I DID NOT HERE FROM HEAR FROM HIM AND CALLED HIM. AFTER A FEW CALLS HE SAID THAT YOU WERE WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM MY DOCTOR, I CALLED HIS OFFICE TO SEE IF HE COULD SPEED THE RESPONSE TO YOU.

THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD RECEIVED NOTHING FROM YOUR COMPANY. INCLUDE AND TOLD HIM AND HE SAID THAT HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT. AFTER THAT I TRIED TO CALL HIM AND THE CALLS WERE NOT ANSWERED AND MESSAGES WERE NOT RETURNED.

I have repeatedly phoned customer service to obtain a hard copy of my policy. almost a year now. The latest was that I spoke with a supervisor in Omaha who told me he would email me the policy so I could copy it for myself.

I am still waiting for that to happen. My policy was taken out in about 1966/67. Where do I turn now to get a copy?

Mutual funds are offered to individuals through the company’s agents and Retirement Plans brokers, the company has many other subsidiaries on it's name like Omaha Financial Holdings, United World Life Insurance Company and few others. I was a bit confused at first, so I wanted to post some information here to help other customers like me.

If you want any help or not able to clearly under the plans you can also call Mutual the customer service number at 800-775-1000. The people were pretty helpful and I found out that the company offers health insurance products to individuals as well as corporations which included insurance for home & car and life variable life annuities and structured settlements, commercial mortgages and securities backed by commercial mortgages.

With added benefits for business the company offers I was able to streamline costs and cut down on expenses. Now my company uses Mutual of Omaha for everything including: Employee Assistance Program, Hearing Discount Program, Participant Accident Insurance, and disability insurance.

I took out a policy and was told that I could pay monthly and by check. I sent $381.52 After a few days, I got a letter saying that I had to pay quarterly. I cancel my policy and don't like being lie to. My wife has a policy with Mutual of Omaha and she pays monthly and by check.

I had my bank account hacked a few years ago and don't electrode let my bank take any money out of my account like this, pay by check. I like Mutual of Omaha, but don't like people lying to me, if you can't straighten this out will go to another company.
