The web site for Olympic coverage is poorly done. You should be able to find things easily and you can't. Did you have regular users try the site to tell you what needed to be corrected. It is very difficult to find what event is on what channel at what time and some of the channels for women's basketball have no announcers.
I thought you said we could see all the events on computer. I tried to get some events (like archery and women's shooting) and got a message that they were not available even though they were live at the time.

NBC needs to make employees apologize to the Biles Family. After he attends a mandatory sensitivity training which includes spending a day in the courthouse halls after the adoption hearings (adoptions are closed) to interview the families so his apology will have meaning.

My complaint has to do with MSNBC 's claim to even being a news organization!
