My husband and I have enjoyed certain NBC shows for years, most recently the Chicago series on Wednesdays and Dateline. What we have noticed for quite some time and it’s getting worse (because we ARE aging and have age related mild hearing losses) is that your sound editing on your shows - especially prime time dramas- is terrible.

Your background music is extremely loud and if we had not adjusted the background settings on our television the dialogue would be completely obliterated. As it is, we miss large chunks of what is being said.

Also many of your shows sound like they have been recorded in a tunnel or barrel (and our non impaired friends and family agree as this is often a topic of conversation). We do turn on the closed captioning but it either lags WAY behind (especially…

I have been a devote follower of Days of Our Lives for almost 50 years. I started watching as a teenager while I completed my chores. Over the working period of my life I taped it everyday, religiously. Over the past couple of years I have been less than happy with the story line. Using an old story line of Marlena Evans being overtaken by the devil made it hard to continue being a fan. I did not enjoy it the first time, the second time was even worse. At the same time key members of the cast seemed to be leaving in droves. (Hope, Bo, Jennifer, Ciara, Abigail, etc). This month an even worse event has occurred with the portrayal of a sexual threesome of Alex, Ali and Chanel. This has really ended any further relationship I will have with Days.

What y’all have done with the new quantum leap is horrible and weak and a disgrace to the original. Y’all failed us fans in every way possible. So disappointing. Cheesy background music bad acting and bad lines. Unimportant story lines with weak focus on the leaps.

I have recently come to know that you have taken all your shows off of Hulu. Maybe you're not aware that not everyone can afford to stream every service out there just so that they can watch certain shows. I Rely mostly on Hulu for my programs and now because of what you're doing I am losing content, a lot of content, from Hulu.

What you've done has caused me to spend the same amount of money to get a lot less content. My daughter and I are Law and Order fans and I am a big Voice fan. I feel as if NBC is being greedy and doesn't really care about it's viewers.

Some of us are on fixed incomes and don't have the option to pay for "every" streaming service there is.

I started watching Quantum Leap and realized you have put a man wearing a dress with full female makeup on. What are you people thinking. Children will be watching this show and that is an immoral and disgusting thing to show them.

I am writing to complain about ads produced by "Citizens for Sanity," on NBC affiliates (including MSNBC). The ads being shown in my area (Seattle) are egregiously racist. They show multiple video clips (from surveillance cameras?) of violent crimes, in which nearly every "perpetrator" is Black and male, and every "victim" white. This perpetuates the stereotype that Black men are innately violent and criminal. It also is contrary to the data that show most VICTIMS of violence are People of Color. The 2021 Crime report for Seattle showed that 52% of victims of violent crime were African-American/Black, compared to 23% who were white (only 7% of Seattle's population is African-American).

closed caption is not working properly.

closed captioning is totally unreliable and pretty much unavailable on your network viewing. I have YouTube Tv and all other networks have very good closed captioning for the hearing impaired. I have had a professional technician and he cannot help me.

We switched over to Peacock to continue watching Days of Our Lives but after today's episode we may very well be canceling our subscription!!! no increased bad language or sexual content. It was still geared to the same audience with sensibility for their likes or dislikes as in the past!

WELL obviously that was a lie as todays program with the "threesome" between characters Chanelle, Alex and Allie was anything but "as it always has been". Was liking watching a porn show. Unbelievable how much time was spent on those scenes alone!!!!

Seemed like it went on forever. Will give it a couple more weeks to see if this was an isolated incident but if this is the direction the show is going then we, long time viewers, are going to be gone!!!!!!

For me, for the first time, NBC turned down it's TV volume. I complained. They turned up the volume & then again turned it down. Have the TV operators gone to sleep at the switch? All I know is it's aggravating as all get out.

1 minute ago the volume was up, now it's back down. It's been going up & down for the past hour+. Now it's going even lower. Someone doesn't know what they are doing & that someone needs HELP fast.

the voice airs on antenna tv which is free , i have watched it for 21 years the day after it airs or the week after it airs for 21 years until this years where if i want to watch it the day after or the week after this year 2022 i have to pay to watch IT . you have lost my votes and im sure thousands of other this year .

11 years my favorite shows have been NBC. This year nbc got greedy and is forcing Hulu customers to add $40 a month to our bill so we can watch these shows!! Well the average household can’t afford my grocery bill I won’t ever watch another NBC show again.

It was bad enough when I had to keep going in and revalidating my network service provider through the NBC app. Now when I try to do it I don't even get a QR code. So my question to the brainiacs there at NBC exactly how is someone supposed to validate their network service provider if you don't get a QR code to enter on the website.

Me and my family have been watching days of our lives for as long as i can remember. My Great Grandmother used to watch it. We were loyal... My mom and my mentally disabled uncle live on a fixed income and one of the things he enjoys watching is days of our lives..

He dont understand why he has been able to watch it all these years and now he cant. Its really kinda sad because they cant afford extra TV. I think it really sucks that NBC has chosen to charge people who have been dedicated for years...

I am beyond angry for NBC taking Days of Our Lives off their network. I have watched this show for 50 years it's like an old friend died. I taped this show on my DVR with my Dish network which I already pay for now you want me to pay again with a streaming service.

We are moneyed out gas is almost 5 bucks a gallon times are hard now we can't even watch our favorite TV shows . I'm not alone a lot of people agree with me. It was bad enough that everytime there was breaking news it took the show away that pissed me off too.

I am very disappointed with NBC for removing Days of Our Lives. I am retired and can not afford to pay for any other charges. My cable is high enough. I have been reading all over that many people are upset with NBC and refuse to pay for Peacock.

After all these years you just decide to remove it. Very sad because I'm sure it is mostly older folks like me that watched it but can't afford another monthly bill. I truly looked forward to watching it every day and now that is gone.

You are not being customer focused for your audience. Days of Our Lives is iconic in the household. It has been shared with families for years. How could you move it to peacock. Now, rather than being available on public TV, we have to purchase a streaming app and endure advertisements rather than recording and skipping them.
