(Magnetic Seal ) you could see daylight threw also Dented ,light switch broke. same problem (Magnetic Seal)see daylight threw it. 00 (I do not have as of yet) And bring out another refrigerator They tried to connect me with whirlpool (They did not know they were closed on Sunday 18, WE feel this is unacceptable way to treat customers.

Is there any help to fix your problem.

Ordered furniture April 2022. Was delivered November 30th 2022. Offered to have damaged items picked up from same incompetent delivery service that I've dealt with for over a month now. And would have that same incompetent delivery service bring replaced items at a date that could not be given. What a joke.

$3000 I spent to wait 8 moths for damaged furniture.

We bought a Nanoleaf Canvas 9-Piece Smart Kit from the Nebraska Furniture Mart at Colony,TX today (09/10/2022). Brought it home and opened the box to install it. We found one of the connecting chip to the light panels broken. We put the box back together and took it to the store within 2 hours of the purchase to have the item replaced OR refunded.

The customer service department took the item back for inspection to the back for 10 minutes.

Then the manager DANIELLE JENKINS came out and very rudely told us we are DENYING the return using store discretion.

In her words "We only do returns or replacements for DEFECTIVE items not DAMAGED items. There is NO WAY we sold you a DAMAGED item and we are not taking it back. You DID NOT bring the item back to us in the condition you bought it!".…

This was my first time going into this place. This incident happened today 07/16. It is 6:24 pm and I was publicly insulted and harassed by the security officers in charge in the Plano store. I was with my partner and my ESA dog.

The security officer who was there when we entered the premises around 4 pm stopped us and said that pets were not allowed in the store. We were ready to go back when he said "one of you can stay with the dog near the entry point and one of the other can shop".

So after getting this authorization my partner went up to shop furniture and I stayed with my dog exactly where the security guard told me. After couple hour, one of the guards who mentioned himself as the manager came up to me and said my dog was destroying the property and said to get out of the premises.…

Zero Customer service .. bought a very expensive Galaxy Zfold 3 5G phone, ext warranty and accessories. 00 .. now, just 4 months later, the phone has manufacturers defext, Samsung can't fix it as they do not have the parts, can't replace the phone, and your customer service team does nothing for me ..

I bought a dining room table in September 2020 from the NFM. It arrived in December but damaged with a long scratch across the top as well as some finish issues. A 2nd table was ordered and we waited an extended period of months.

When it arrived, the NFM called me and said the 2nd table was also damaged. A 3rd table was ordered and we kept table #1 (damaged) in the meantime. The 3rd table has not been forthcoming. ' It has now been 17 months since order so I called the NFM and informed that NFM no longer has the same supplier.

I don't know when that may have occurred but it would have been common courtesy to inform me so I could make other arrangements. I have bought other items from NFM in the past without difficulty so am very disappointed in this particular purchase and the lack of…

com. Along with a 5 yr warranty. The delivery date was set for 4/22/2021. Today is February 21, 2022, and I have yet to receive the product or a solid delivery date. There have been several delivery dates offered to me throughout the last year of which zero came to fruition.

We have several acquaintances who ordered home generators at the same time and even months later than us through various distributors who have already received and installed their units. We, however, continue to receive a runaround and vague "sorry" it's been delayed again.

While we understood due to the multiple factors throughout 2021 a delay was possible, over a year is unacceptable and we want to know why we haven't received it. We will NOT cancel this order just to order from another distributor and be forced to…

My complaint is not being notified that the HL - Lift Rcliner with Power Hdrt was out of stock and no delivery would be made on the scheduled delivery date. No one called to tell me that a delivery scheduled on Wednesday,September 1ST would not occur. M.

to call Customer Service to see if the recliner was going to be delivered. That is when I was told that the recliner was out of stock and would not be delivered until the next week. I told the person in Customer Service that I would be out of town until September 12th.

I ordered a 5500 dollar stove and paid for it. NFM in Frisco called on August 11 and said it was in. They said a 3rd party would pick up and had 72 hrs to deliver it. They gave me a tracking number begrudgingly.

The 3rd party CEVA logistics supposedly picked it up on the 18. They called me on August 24 and said my stove and stacking kit for washer and dryer would be delivered between 11-3 on the 25 and they would pick up the damaged refrigerator they dropped on last shipment.

My builder was there to receive but instead of range they picked up refrigerator and left another refrigerator and a lamp table. The lamp table had my tracking number on it. If you look on CEVA website it shows picked up and sitting in there warehouse.

I am beyond furious and exacerbated. They both NFM and CEVA…

I purchased a sofa from nfm in October of 2020 for my son's first apartment. Everything has bern fine until the back of the couch started to separate from the middle seat area. The couch appeared to be of fairly decent quality.

My son is hardly ever home and when he is he wants to enjoy his home. He is a 40 year old man no rough housing of sort. I called in a service call over a month ago and the couch still has not bern addressed.

At the end of July a service individual was requested to to show up they did not. He left a voice mail while I was attending to my husband whi recently had a heat attack. Tried returning a call. Voice mail full.

Texas store refused entry to my group of friends with service dogs. They also called police and tried to have this group issued trespassing citations. I will no longer be shopping with NFM if I can not enter with my service dog.

One family drove all the way from Austin for this training exercise. Your company willing to give them money for this wasted gas? While talking with the police many people walked out with their non-service dogs in tow. Is your store pet friendly or not, if so your management practices discrimination in the workplace. Dear Nebraska Furniture Mart Complaint Department; My name is Janice M. Rolls. I have been a loyal customer of Nebraska Furniture Mart for many years. In the summer of 2015, I bought a Leather Sofa and Loveseat from your company it hasn't even been 5 years and it is the most grotesque looking sofa I have ever seen.

The material started shedding last September of 2019 and now as I stated grotesque. I called the Nebraska Furniture Mart Furniture Sales Department and spoke with Ryan, he said there is nothing Nebraska Furniture Mart can do because it has been over 4 years.

Around April 14th, I called NFM to inquire about the extended warranty I purchased and what it entailed to support the last lift chair I purchased for my wife. She has been disabled for many years and this was the third lift chair I purchased for her and the second or third that I bought from you folks.

I purchased a leather couch, chair and loveseat (It took us several years to find a set that we really liked), from the clearance center approx. 2 mths ago. I purchased a 5 year Guardsman warranty on the furniture. I contacted Guardsman & put in a claim and they said the warranty doesn't cover surface scratches.

I am in the process of seeking out some sort of product to determine if I can fix the issue. This is a bummer. I will never purchase anything from Nebraska Furniture again and will never recommend them to anyone else. #Very Disappointed Customer

We ordered ordered over $12,000 dollars worth of furniture and rugs over the last 6 months for our new home. The first order was a dining room table and rug. We received a call before delivery that table had been scratched during loading and that they could not remove the scratches.

They delivered a badly scratched fable anyway and offered us $80 off if we kept it. We refused and the new table top was delivered and installed a few months later. Later on we ordered more furniture, a bedroom set and a large rug for the bedroom.

Once again we received a call that the king bed baseboard was damaged during unloading and that we could keeping or replace it. When delivery showed up they installed all of the bedroom furniture before putting the rug down. Needless to say they got it ass…

We went to NFM for flooring. We ordered the first floor and was told that it was discontinued. and was told that too was discontinued. That was a wait of 2 months. We ordered a another floor and was told that we would have to wait over a month for it to be delivered.

I had a bad experience with a General Contractor who took my money and did not complete our floor and now I am having to wait and wait looking at a bare floor. the vendor just discontinuing floors even though it's been ordered just blew my mind.

I experienced poor customer service when picking up my furniture. I was told to call 1 hour before arrival so I called 3 hours ahead and signed in and I had to wait 2 hours watching them load up everyone behind me. So after that I pay someone to move me and I get home and low and behold there are pieces missing for my couch and love seat. To top it off I then have to wait two weeks to get an exchange and insulted with a $30 credit. This has been a horrible experience that $30 does not pay for my delivery let alone my wait time. I would like to be accommodated properly and not treated as if I do not matter.

August 2, 2014 Nebraska Furniture Mart (incorrectly) installed a Samsung Dishwasher in my home (they did not take into consideration the hardwood floor, so the machine was extremely difficult to remove from the cabinets for service). From August 2, 2014 to April 9, 2015, I had four/five service calls on the machine.

The last breakdown warranted removing the machine from the cabinets. Nebraska Furniture Mart would not take responsibility for their mistake, and Samsung would not assist in any way, so it was almost 2 months before we were able to come up with a solution to that problem.
