Sade made my day!! Today is my birthday and I wanted to do some shopping but has issues with the website. Sade was very professional and assisted with the issue until it was fully resolved. I would highly recommend Sade as is very very prompt and quick.

Some online agents are not as quick and often misunderstand issue, but Sade is a great communicator and left my shopping experience enjoyable!! I will definitely keep shopping at Neiman Marcus as they offer excellent customer service and assist to clients until they are fully satisfied!!!

The worst customer service, I have experienced in my life they messed up on my order. I had an order was placed on the phone the customer service rep messed up on the address and when I called back to let them know about address ( they put the wrong apartment number ) when I called to speak to the two supervisors to let them know that the address was wrong.

They chose to yell at me and said it was my fault “ I should have handled this days ago” and proceeded to be extremely rude. I called immediately once I noticed the mistake that was from their team and everyone was telling me different stories.

Now my $700 package is LOST thank you neiman Marcus!!! And the person that I pursuance’s this gift for will not receive on their birthday. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

The real way to overdeliver on helping people in your store was to connect with them. But that was not the case during my recent visit at your store in Austin Texas.

My husband went into Neiman Marcus in Clearfork and purchased some dress shirts and 4 pair of pants all needed alterations, so he was measured and we left. When the clothes arrived, I drove to Clearfork and picked up his pants where my husband noticed 3 pair of pants were not on our order, so he texted his sales person and

Capital One does not represent you like I was use to with the personal service “back in the day”. I fully understand why you made a decision to outsource the billing but why not spend a little more to find a company that is in line with what use to be your outstanding customer service.

There are many department stores that have made it no secret that they are providing less service for lower prices but clearly not the NM model. After almost 30 years, I cancelled my NM card. I have no regrets for doing so but very sad that I had to.

I paid off a $6000 bill last month but noticed an additional $130 fee for “late payment and interest”. When I called the person from Capital one “customer service, and I use that term lightly” told me the payment was a day late and the fee would remain.

I have been waiting for my purse I ordered on February 6, 2023 with 2 day shipping for 11 days now and I was provided 2 delivery dates 2/10 and 2/15 and received it on neither days asking asking for a refund both times they explained they could not refund me until the purse was sent out !

I ordered two items that were listed in stock over two weeks ago. Originally they were to be delivered Feb. 9th. Every time I tried to track the order it would not recognize the order number. I have called the customer service number five times.

Each time I get no further information. I got one email saying my order changed but with no info as to how. Today I spoke to two people in El Salvador who couldn’t help me at all. Even cancelling the order is an ordeal.

I've been a customer of Neiman Marcus for over 12 years and I have never been so disappointed in my life. I ordered shoes that were on sale on January 16, 2023 and never received the package. 2 weeks after placing the order I began to get curious so I reached out and was told the package was on it's way.

10 days later I get a return email with the refund applied. I call the support desk to find out what happened and I was told that the item was available but only at full price. I explained what happened and the manager told me I was "Shit out of luck" with this order.

Today is February 07, 2023 I still do not have my package and the agent cursed at me. I will never shop with them again and this is why I prefer shopping at Saks because this never happens at Saks.

I bought some sandals on July 13, 2022 and today i realized that they were two different sizes. I went back to the the store on February 5, 2023 at 4:20 pm and one of the associates said that she was going to re order a new pair of the sandals.

Then she went to the back and came back and said that she couldn’t do the exchange. But I don’t under why the exchange can’t be done it’s clearly the associates job to check that the shoes have the same size.

I placed an order on for 2 items that were unavailable in-store at the Milenia mall in Orlando FL. I received 1 of the two items. 1 lip gloss and 1 mascara were ordered and i never received the máscara.

I called customer service and they told me FedEx shows they were both delivered. If that was the case i would not be contacting support. They then told me to call the store where the purchase was made, and they said they would investigate what happened to my missing item.

Placed an order online 12/6 (marc jacobs bag) . received confirmation email same day. On 12/9 email received that the item will arrive 12/19. I called the store to confirm that it will arrive (on hold over an hour). 12/13 email received stating item delayed up to 2/11/23.

Called Neiman Marcus(on hold 45 minutes) to confirm then cancelled that order and placed a new order for a different bag-told in stock and will receive via fedex in 2 days. 12/16 nothing arrived-called Neiman Marcus again (on hold over an hour) item backordered. Cancelled that order too.

Ordered the same bag at Bloomingdales on 12/16 and received it on 12/17! Never shopped at Neiman Marcus before and not impressed whats so ever! Very dissatisfied with customer service. Yhey are not informed. Thought you should know!

I’m sure they should have known in November that they could not fill an order but they waited until the second week of December to notify me!!

Placed an online order Dec. 2 for several items. Have only received one item to date and keep getting emails stating there has been a delay in the order with no explanation why. Called NM customer service and was told all 5 items are OUT OF STOCK! Really - all 5?

So I cancelled the order. I am now on their website and just for grins started another order with the same items. Lo and behold, so far 3 of the items say IN STOCK. Called back again and asked why the discrepancy between what the agent told me and what I see online.

She could not give me a straight answer. Either could the agent I contacted online. This is a high end dept store with low end customer service.

I have never had such poor service resolving as issue! I tried live chat and speaking to a person on the phone. Your website is not user friendly as it does not show all of your past orders (recent ones) and your customer service reps were polite but very uninformed about how to resolve a problem with an order. very disappointed.

I can only hope that this order arrives before Christmas!

I have been dealing with this problem for 3 weeks and no relief. I ordered an item on 11/10. It was stuck at your shipper for two weeks with only a label created. I complained twice. When I called the third time I was told a refund would be issued but only after talking to a supervisor.

I then said that I still wanted the item but only if sent from a different location? I again paid for it. Now I see that the same shipper/ warehouse is used and it is again stuck like before. I had requested priority handling from a different location.

Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to terminate my employment with Neiman Marcus Facility : 1034-CG on November 21, 2022.

However, I have not received my last pay check as I always receive in accordance with the payment documents with Neiman Marcus which is transferred into my account provided to NM which is the day before.

Your customer service being offshore is totally inadequate. Your on line return policy is very confusing. It is impossible to have an adequate conversation with your offshore customer service people when asking for clarification of your return policy. I keep getting conflicting information. This is hardly in keeping with the supposed good reputation of a store like Neiman Marcus. Your competitors are much better.

Ordered some items online … received an email that the ready to pick up… but after checking status only half of it was ready for pick up. Sent a message to the online chat people… from another country (Astrid P was his name) he asked for name, phone number, order number, email address, and home address. They gave him everything he needed but assisted that he needed my street address for “verification” purposes.

I explained that I paid online as a “guest” and never entered my street address… So I never entered my street address so there’s nothing to verify.

Ordered a bathing suit for my wife on July 13th . I paid extra for express shipping and was expecting receipt on July 15th . By July 22nd , still no package, so I followed up and was told it had not yet been shipped 9 days after I ordered it ?

On that date I was told it would arrive on 7/26 . It was not delivered then . So I followed up yet again and was told I would have it on the 29th . It did not come on the 29th and was told the order was still “ processing “ … 16 days after I ordered it ?

I purchased a pocketbook and My return was denied. The salesperson confirmed he sold it to me without price tag but manager won’t take it back. I felt intimidated, threatened and treated as though I were a criminal in the store.

This was very embarrassing and upsetting. I have my receipt and the bag is in the exact same condition as when I purchased it. I tried to return it only a few days after the purchase. I called and left a message on Thursday but no one has called me back as yet.

Last Friday 6/10 I went to NM store in Scottsdale AZ. I ordered a dress and some shoes. Both I were told would be expedited to overnight shipping because I was going to back the UK 6/18 which was greatly appreciated. Dress arrived Tuesday 6/14.

By the at point nothing re shoes. I tried and tried and tried to call the store and nobody answered. So we decided after checking the website it said Oder by 2pm PST we could pay $25 for overnight shipping.

Purchased high end jewelry and the manager altered the item without advising me that it would void the refundability. Total deceptive practice. They also remove all tags of high end jewelry even after you ask them to box it - to void ability to refund.

I reached out to customer care on 12/23/21 and cc’d 4 corporate contacts - zero response. Jewelry was shipped back to the store and my salesperson that texted me daily- now has gone radio silent when I called her out on not disclosing the refund policy.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I wish I had read all of these reviews before I ordered. This was my very first experience with Neiman Marcus. I thought Neiman Marcus was a high end, reputable business & I was sadly mistaken.

I ordered multiple dresses for an event NEXT YEAR & returned them all. They never left my house. One of the dresses was NEVER tried on and was returned in its original packaging. Neiman Marcus accepted the return and then wouldn't refund my money. They never contacted me.

When I called them, they said the dress was worn, damaged, and unsaleable. I know with 100% certainty I returned it in the same condition I received it and it was never worn or damaged. I asked for details and pictures because I was stunned.

Dealing with Neiman Marcus and understanding that they work with high end items, you'd think that they would have competency in processing a return. This whole issue started as a gift for a friend in another state. When I processed the order (unlike most online retail big box stores), there wasn't any indication for who could accept the return.

I CALLED AHEAD TO THE STORE TO CONFIRM, and a rep said to provide the name and ask have her ask for her to assist her. My friend went in and was told NO to her OWN GIFT. After calling the store, they COMPLETELY shift the narrative to in person buyer pickup only.

I didn't even WANT the return, but they said I had no choice. They send me to customer service.... The representative processed it and said it should be back in my account within a week...…

I shop with Neiman frequently and this one time i needed to exchange a shirt for something else and a pair of jeans for a size smaller but could t find my receipt and this one time i didn’t use my number not knowing how important it was. I just didn’t want to give my number and was already annoyed it took someone 30 minutes to help me in the men’s denim department!

The worse part when i went to exchange they refused too because i didn’t have my receipt. Told me it was my fault because i should of gave my number. The online policy says you can return without a receipt and for the money i spent there they should of been more accommodating!

The experience really disappointed me and the customer service is horrible. They could care less about the actual customers , they just want the money…

I could not believe what I received from such as reputable place as Nieman Marcus. T t appeared to have been worn and then washed and returned. It should have been obvious to Customer service when they packed such a poor-quality item.

I scheduled a FedEx pickup through Neiman Marcus customer Service for my return of a Chanel bag to their fashion island store. The store never received the item and FedEx does not know where the handbag is. I have called Neiman Marcus numerous times to see what I need to do get this 6000 dollar charge off my credit card and no one ever returns my calls And

when I call to check the status I have to go through the whole ordeal all over again explaining what happened. This is absolutely ridiculous!! I am very disappointed on my last order from Neiman Marcus. My order was on hold for fraud review, instead of contacting me to verify the order information. I have to call to check my order status to find out my order was on hold due to not receiving my order as it stating by September 28, 2017.

I was discriminated and banned from being placed on a list for 2016 seasonal mini Chanel bags by worker Freidler. I asked her months ago if my local store will be receiving mini CC bags and what colors. She barked at me"no minis at all this year"!.

This is more of a concern/complaint as a valued customer. I purchased a pair of women dress heels shoes from the Neiman Outlet in Allen Texas over a year or so ago.

However, no fault of Neiman's, I finally had an outfit that I could wear my shoes. Well, I got all dressed up to find out that the shoes that I had purchased were not the same shoe but so very close that you could not tell until you actually tried both shoes on.

My sister is crazy about handbags and I wanted to gift a special one for her wedding anniversary. Neiman Marcus is one such place where I could shop designer bags. Went through a whole new range of Gucci bags and was assisted by a very customer friendly executive.

This is the best place to get great products that you cannot find in other stores. From NM I even picked up some ladies perfume from brand that you wont find elsewhere. I rate NM a 5 star for the overall experience in purchasing the product to the customer friendly attitude they have at their store.

Phone calls from this company were registering on another phone I have and noted on my phone company account. I called them back to ask why they were calling me. They never asked me who I was or what number they called.

They basically kept asking me what I wanted. I told them I wanted to know why they were calling. They said they couldn't tell me that. Sort of a weird catch 22. They informed me I had called their corporate HQ. So?
