The worst company ever. They told our company to change over 300 email passwords manually to fix a problem. In the age of chatgpt and Ai they told me they cannot write a script to change all passwords. It took us over 10 hours to change email passwords and even after that a week later emails are not working.

They have the audacity to tell us that the engineers do not work on weekends. Basically they told us they cannot support us on weekend. They are liars they say they will call back but never do. If you are a new company do not host with them.

The company was ok when their was usa staff. Now all calls go to Philippines they cannot understand that if a company does not have working email for 1 week it will go out of business

I have used Network Solutions webmail for decades instead of migrating to less expensive providers, however I may need to rethink my decision. On Friday afternoon my two email accounts went out on my iPhone, followed by a similar event several hours later on my wife's iPhone.

I was still able to access webmail on my computer. I have spent at least five hours on the phone with your staff since that time, attempting to resolve the problem, but to no avail. They have all offered solutions that don't work or told me it was not Network Solutions' problem.

They offer no referral to anyone who can fix the problem. com through my computer. The problem seems to be getting worse and worse. Apple support has reviewed this problem and determined that the phone and mail client are working properly…

This is the worst company to manage your company's email service that you can get. We had a problem with our business email that essentially left us dead in the water with no ability to email our clients. We called numerous times and got the run around every time with the response that their team was working on the issue and no other updates.

Bottomline, if you want your business email service to succeed, do not use this company!

Worst customer service ever experienced! They promised the transition from our old host would be smooth and our website has been down since we have put in on Network Solutions. If you are into not sleeping for days and dealing with agents who have no experience, Network Solutions is the way to go.

We have heard 15 different stories from 15 different agents as to why our website wasn't working but you all must know that our website was working perfectly with our old host. If you care about your website, then STAY AWAY!

Email has been down for 4 days with absolutely no assistance from technical support. Even hung up on me. They refuse to put manager on line and promised a callback but have heard nothing. They said email was being migrated but there have been no notices and none on web sites or any other contact.

The company obviously has poor management and has no regard for customer satisfaction or loyalty. I have used Network Solutions for domain names of some of the top banks and software companies for the last 30 years. No more.

com. Unfortunately their support team is not very effective. They promised the issue would be resolved within 48hrs and here we are 2 weeks later with no real ETA on a resolution. They don’t like to resolve issues live on the phone, everything has to be done via email and their response time is very lengthy to say the least.

My website has been down for almost 2 weeks everytime I call support I spend 1 to 2 hours on the phone and the solution is that it will take 24-48 hours and they assure me that the problem will be connected. Well, it has been 12 days 288 hours, and still no resolution and only 2 emailed updates informing me that the problem had been fixed when it apparently was not.

I have been told on 3 occasions that my issue has been escalated and that it will take 24-48 hours to correct the problem. 288 hours later no resolution and my website is still offline. Every day that I wait my online backup is overwritten so I am sure they will come back and tell me that they have nothing to recover.

I have been on the phone with network solutions for three hours trying to resolve an email issue . I have spoken with 7 reps . at one point one said it could take 48 hours to start working ,if not to call back and see if it could be fixed.

none of them could tell me settings for my iPhone after the company updated the system . one tried to send me to my time . on hold for 35 min, (waste of my time) I decided to put on hold and call again , over an hour before line was disconnected.

supervisor requested 5 times . I was on hold for 45 min. the last time and requested to be transferred to another department 5 times while waiting. I asked for her supervisor and not surprisingly she didn't have one . after five min.

I have called multiple times regarding an issue spending over 20 hours in the past week. I requested to speak with a supervisor. The first time I actually was allowed to speak with one, he informed me that he would review a 3 hour phone call to support, and return a call within an hour. I did not hear back. I again called after a week and spent another 2 hours on the phone without speaking to a supervisor. The representative that I spoke with scheduled a call back which again never happened. I called back again today and reached a supervisor who indicated that he would place me on hold to review the account. I went to the satisfaction survey.

I am extremely disappointed by the Chat Customer Service I received from your agent Subheeksha, yesterday.

I am setting up a new Macbook Pro with MS Oulook to mange my two email accounts richard@heale.net and advice@thoughtwarepartners.com. Up until the arrival of the new Mac I have been using webmail to access both email accounts.

Both heale.net and thoughtwarepartners .com are hosted by Network Solutions.

Network Solutions is the worst company I have ever experienced. Our website is not secure and even though we have paid them in full for the domain name they have failed to make this good. We paid but never got the services rendered.

These people need to be reported to a government agency. I have also tried to switch to another company but I cannot do that either. We have spent countless hours and nothing gets resolved. At this point it is time to get our legal team involved as they have cost us so much money.

Worst company for service I have ever experienced. 95 for email issues which I DID NOT CREAT. I have been waiting on hold for advanced tech support for 2hours 49 minutes and still no one on the line to help.

The email account I have DOES NOT WORK for the last 2-3 weeks. This company sucks and I am thinking of moving all my domains to another provider.

In June 2022 our business decided to transition our domain/DNS provider and web hosting provider from Google to Network Solutions. We paid for a 5yr hosting package as well as 2x SSL certificate packages and 2hrs one time support. We were assured that their support team would be able to do everything for us because we have no IT tech that is under our employ.

This was definitely not the case and we have ended up battling with them for the past 2 months, literally begging them to assist us. Yet they insisted that there was nothing they could do until they had the required website information from our previous hosting provider (Google/ENOM).

T he customer service and support for the company has degraded significantly!!! I have been transferred numerous times to the wrong depts. and my e-mail problem is still not corrected!! I am frustrated after being a customer with a domain name and hosting with Network Solutions for the last 15 years! I will most likely be terminating my account and possibly referring my issue to a legal expert for generating a significant monetary reimbursement if I do not hear from someone within the next 24 hrs.

I hope this message reaches the higher echelons of the company because the call centers outside the US are terrible and the company should address this issue ASAP!!!!!

MyTime Tech Support lied to me. I pay them $200 a year and they lied to me. I talked to some man at MyTime Tech Support that said his name was Kendall. Kendall told me MyTime Tech Support does not deal with any WordPress issues. Kendall lied. They do.

Kendall told me MyTime Tech Support does not issue tickets. They do. Kendall lied. I got fed up and talked to a woman who started ticket# 23185598 to resolve my issue, however, she told me it would take 2-3 weeks to fix.

I was literally told it would take 2-3 weeks for MyTime to fix a simple issue.

Finally, I talked to a Lindsey at MyTime Tech Support who told me there WAS NO Kendall at MyTime Tech Support. Apparently, I was lied to twice by a man who Lindsey says doesn't even exist. I am an over 20 year customer of Network Solutions.

I have tried for the last 3 to 4 days with customer services which are outsourced to inexperienced overseas staff. They were unable to resolve the issues. I asked to speak to a North American Customer Service representative but was told this no longer exists.

I believe a customer has the right to speak to who they feel they should.

It has been a full 7 days that we have been without access to our email due to a migration gone wrong. We can get no help and through they just keep escalating our ticket, they send updates to the defunct email account. Customer service is non existent. Technological support is inept. Supervisors are nothing more than mouthpieces who assure you everything will be fixed and nothing happens. No accountability at this company and no opportunity to speak to anyone who can help you.

Network Solutions encouraged me to enable MFA via Symantec VIP, which I did. When it stopped working they refused to help me with it instead pushing me to their third-party paid support. After a few heated words and requesting I be transferred to a supervisor, then getting nothing but lip service from the agent they said they were going to transfer me to a supervisor, then ended the call instead.

Paid support should be reserved for setting up domains, emails, web sites, etc, not for resolving basic access to their control panel, especially broken access like Symantec VIP.

I have been a NS customers since the days they just sold domain names. 1982. I have bought over two dozen domain names and a dozen hosting packages from them the Gold VIP account was always honored. The services was great. As a business coach I referred over a dozen clients to them. In the course of 40 yrs I have paid them thousands of dollars. The day web.com bought the company the service and support went to hell and handbasket. It takes 30-40 min to get someone on the phone. The service has been outsourced to Philippines, India, etc. Nothing against that many companies outsource but web.com because they feel they have a monopoly over domains and hosting frankly do not give a damn about customers anymore. They spend thousands of $ on marketing and not service.

I have used NS over 20 years when they were the ONLY company. I filed a complaint with the FCC yesterday regarding their mysterious changing of my password several times over the last couple of years so I cannot send/receive emails again, as of this week.

I have spent the last three days on the phone and online (the famous 'chat') with no results or explanation. I waited for over two hours altogether on the phone waiting for 'help'. I don't think they have anyone to help.

The 'chat' people are not equipped to help with this problem. COM' came on. Now there is no service for help at all, I am sure you can speak with a live person immediately if you are trying to buy into NS.

I plan to file another complaint with the FCC to get my money back, since I have accounts (email, domain, website)…

I have had your company to host my law firms e-mail service for many years. Starting on or about June 6,2022 my personal e-mail does not work. I receive no e-mail, can send no e-mails and cannot log into my account. I am told that this is a problem you are dealing with and that you cannot advise me when it will be resolved. I am told to keep trying to log in to find out if I can do so.

As a lawyer I deal with legal problems of clients, some of which are time critical. Without e-mail service I cannot assist clients and, in fact, would not even know that there is a problem to resolve. Eventually I expect to be sued for malpractice. Your failure is costing me billing time every day and subjecting me to claims by clients.

NS changed my password for email, i have an extended account with them for everything, however I cannot receive emails now because of what they did and cannot get any intelligent help through the so-called 'chat' system. I am sick to death of dealing with this and there is no end in sight after two frustrating days and nights.

Calling their number means you are on hold forever, no one answers. no one in the 'chat' system seems to understand that and they won't send me a link to my work email. Screwed is what I am at this point.

After they put everyone on auto-renew to tap cash just before their corporate sale a few years ago, I vowed to transfer my domain. I've been reasonably happy with godaddy hosting so last Wednesday decide to initiate the move. My domain expired today (this Wednesday).

I opened a chat with Network Solutions since I've been waiting way beyond the 3 days they claim to send the 'authorization code'. I was told that since it takes longer than 7 days to transfer a domain, they did not send the code. 95 today.

Do you think they would at least honor the 37,95 since they never informed me of this 7 day rule? Nope. 95 if I renew for 2 years. 95 out of me. Enjoy it guys. it's the last you will see of me.

I have entered my request for authorization for the 2nd and hopefully last time.

Network Solutions decided to move the email server I utilize without prior notification. Since that move, my email has not worked thus crippling my company incurring significant financial loss. No one has done anything to rectify the problem. the first mistake was make this transistion during work hours versus at night.

She charged me for 2 years. The money out of my account immediately. I saw the bank charge on my phone which was 2 years. I told her I did not ask for that and too reimburse me immediately. That was a couple hours ago.

problem is it has been just shy of two weeks since I signed up with them.

first they gave me the wrong plan, standard eCommerce , so I had them upgrade me to premium which has the features I needed. I get the site made with no problems but them it came time to move my domain name, net servers and get my new email up and running along with the SSL .

I have been on the phone also have chatted with them 3 - 4 times a day each time they say it is fixed. but nothing has changed. my site is there but has warnings it is unsafe site meaning my ssl I paid for is not there like they said it was.

also trying to log into my domain email I get notices mailbox cant be found. I have multiple work order submitted and never hear back. I am getting very upset about this. mean while my old site is down…

I have been a client using them to register my site since 1999. I chose last week to change hosting services and NS has a client transfer prohibited on my file making it impossible to set up the new account.

As a 45 year business owner, I have spent the last three days being jerked around by NS transferring me from provisioning, to account access, to IT and no one can fix the problem. They have an email listed from 1999.

I can't get into the account nor can I find that they have my company listed as a domain but when I speak with someone they can find it. They have changed the account number. I have many records all the way back giving the account number I used in 2020 to renew.

Someone hacked into my Network Solutions account and was successful at transferring my domain name elsewhere even though I called almost every day to speak with somebody at Network Solutions to stop the process. They let it happen anyway. Now I'm trying to call to speak with somebody and all I get is customer service Representatives that don't know what they're doing!

I've had my domain name for about 20 years and now it is lost!

First, the published address n Herndon, VA had my letter returned on 7/20/2021 saying the office was vacant. Therefore, this address no longer exists for Network Solutions as the corporate headquarters.

The issue is a refund of services purchased in advance, ie, our domain name and DNS server. Due to continued server issues, all hosted Network Solutions websites that were hosted by their DNS were down frequently in the spring of 2021. Furthermore, as we had updated the connecting server, their program continued to reconnect us to the previous server which was no longer in existence furthering the delays in our website going live again. Even with phone calls, this was never acknowledged or corrected as the default. Therefore, we had to move our website to a more reliable DNS/host company.…

Stay away. They keep up selling you and they are confusing. You can't get the same answer twice, just bills. I have been with them for 10 years. They sent me an offer to update my website, then the scams started coming.

Everything is an up sell, they don't do anything right, I have to get out. I have spent 4 months trying to get answers while being on hold for up to 3 hours at a time. Run don't walk. I will be.

We have a been a loyal customer for over 10 years and paid to renew our website again this year before the expired date as we do each year and due to a error on Your end that did not renew the domain name in the package as it was suppose to be for day the website was not avaible and right now it still can't be pulled up from a mobile phone. this company is a joke! they are not here to help you no matter what!! My business has had problems with these people for years. Always want to sell you something NOT TAKE CARE OD ISSUES! And this is the last straw, I've been talking to them for over two weeks trying to get a ssl certificate installed and installed properly while each day google is down grading my web site through them because no one knows what they are doing!!

The "customer service specialist at Network Solutions is the poorest of the two companies I use. I also use go daddy and they are not much better. Network solutions personal have no interest in truly helping a customer. They only want to $ell more $$$ When they find out your have no interest in buying more $$$ they somehow disconnect the call.....

The wait time is usually over 20-30 minutes. I would not recommend they to any new people wanting to start a web page.

Network Solutions allowed an individual using the name Masatoshi Tsuji, and using and e-mail address of tm@WAKAYAMA.COM to virtually steal my Gold VIP account with 7075 domain names. They have not made an effort to help me recover my Network Solutions account. Somehow this person was able to authorize a password change, and then consolidate my account with his.

If anyone has had a similar experience, please let me know.

I have recently changed my telephone and internet services from Earthlink to Comcast. com, from the current "Choice One" to "Comcast," I found that this operation could not be performed. It took two phone calls to the Network Solutions technical support to determine that the difficulty was that I was listed only as a "technical" contact, and not as the "primary" contact.

I do not know who the primary contact currently is (I was told that I could not receive this information), but I suspect it was an employee who first built the website, back in 2002. This employee no longer works for me.

Network Solutions implemented a policy of censoring domain names. I do not believe this is fair! The company was granted an exclusive contract by the National Science Foundation (NSF) to be the sole domain name registrar for .com (commerce), .net (network) and .org (organization) Top Level Domain (TLD) names, a continuation of work NSI had already been doing.

NSI also maintained the central database of assigned names called WHOIS. A contract was given to Boeing to operate the .mil registry, and was also performed by NSI under subcontract. This seems like a total conflict of interest to me.
