Received my package 10 days ago only 1 trainer in box contacted customer service straight away sent In all pictures that I was asked to submit .After several phonecalls and e mails I am still getting told that it will hear back in a couple of days very poor customer service and I am angry and frustrated about this.

I ended up getting 990v5 as a gift. I don't wear these shoes too much but I started hearing and feeling a click in the left shoe. After a little research I found that the v5 have a hard plastic to support the ankle well I found out this part cracked. I do kind of believe this is a design flaw. I only buy 990's and 999's for the past 5 yrs no Nikes no ASICS this is the first weird experience. I just wanted you guys to know about this. Mabey you can relay this to the qc department.

I have purchased a New balance Takkies 327 9 black and white. Used the Takkies once and when tieing my lace I adjust the tongue of the Takkies and it came off submitted my query to New balance with pictures and POP and the did not assist me. The shoe the tongue came of due to poor sewing on it the other leg seems like it is also going to come off.

Bought 2 pairs of 327 , both ripped on the side with less than a month , contact them and their answer is as a gesture of goodwill will give 10% on next order instead of asking to send shoes for quality department to review . When a 200 pair of gortex hiking shoes frayed and split at both heels and the ankle after two months of wear, I was issued a $50 coupon. The company should have replaced the shoes. Instead, they suggested I drive to the store where I bought them—5 hours away.

I purchased these track spikes for my son's track and field middle school team. After every event that takes place, the spikes come out. Then, he doesn't notice and he is starting to lose time. Why is this happening? His fields that are wearing NIke do not have this problem.

Why is it taking so long to restock your wide basketball shoes?

Also Why are you not making wide versions of the new colorways of basketball shoes? I understand about budgeting an item so you don't overspend. Its ridiculous though. You sold out of wide shoes. Your company is know for wide shoes.

Your old basketball shoes came in Extra Wide. So what's the problem? Please New Balance pick up the pace COVID is no longer a good excuse to be behind in production.

Hello.. This compliant is beacause being a super happy New Balance client as my hole family.. 10 days ago I was passing by a a store and always go there to get something new for my daughter... That day she was wearing one of her pairs of NB and the stitches on the velcro closing strap are ripping so..

the end of the strap is open... I showed them to the I guess manager, and immediately he said you didin't buy them like that or do you? we dont do anything with things like that.. what you want me to do? there's no warranty..

off course I left the store without getting any new shoe. I called right away to customer service and they did everything and sent me an e mail to answer with pictures.. I did it in the same moment.. January 12...

I have worn New Balance tennis shoes since the 1990's because of their comfort. 5 W. Over the years I have bought from you directly, or from other shoe places online or at stores. The most recent two pairs I am still wearing and I'm well outside the warranty period.

Two problems: the older pair slides against my socks, and I have to stop frequently to get the tongue back in the middle of my foot. The newer pair has similar problems but worse, because the tongue is actually stitched in with a large wrinkle--sewn in at the toe end, so I can't see it all the way, but I've never been able to get it unwrinkled.

Because I have super sensitive feet, including a high arch and instep and previous plantar fasciitis and tailor's bunions, and I play three to five times a week, this is really being a…

These are not made the way they used to be. The size I've worn over 20 years does not fit anymore. Got sized I'm right on sizing, these are being made so narrow now even with wide. I have so many pairs that don't fit. I'm throwing money away.

Sad to say I got new balance shoes as a gift, didn’t care for the color but was really grateful to have new tinny shoes. I’ve worn them For four days and the soles have fallen apart. Their are several pieces to the bottom Of the shoes and they are all gone but the toes which will be off in another day. Really poor quality control.

If you care to replace them I wear an 8 1/2 women’s shoe. I’m tough on shoes but come on, they didn’t even last a week! :( cell 561-212-6307

Hi My client bought me a gift card on November 1 2022 for $175 tried making a order online Saturday November 5 and put the gift card number in and PIN number and it told me no balance on card spoke to new balance representative on Saturday November 12 and she told me everything would be taken care of in 72 hours business days tried calling on Thursday November 17 and

I have been purchasing New Balance shoes for many years and have never had any cause for complaint. They are always wonderful, long lasting and extremely comfortable.

However a recent purchase has caused me so many issues literally from day one. The main problem is that the right shoe constantly gets wet even when walking on a damp pavement in my town. Within minutes the shoe is soaked as is the sock on my foot.

This is hugely frustrating and I now feel that I can’t wear them if they’re going to get soaked even on a simple walk down the street. I have attached an image below and you’ll see that the tone of the right show is much darker than the left - having just returned from a short walk.

I look forward to hearing from New Balance about how this issue can be resolved. Many thanks…

We tried to resolve an issue where 2 store employees at one of your outlet stores know as Allen Premium Outlets, belittled and yelled at my wife when she tried to return shoes she had just purchased 20 minutes prior. We are so disappointed in the treatment we are considering speaking to an attorney.

The cashier known as Derrick as it states on the receipt, told me he only treated my wife that way as it is company policy. I am writing to disagree with that mentality. Please call us to resolve this issue as the children at the store won't give me #s to call. Bil46Jones (469) 720-3422

My husband is a Navy veteran and we are a proud family. I was so happy to hear that New Balance offers a 25% discount to veterans. I have never seen such a big discount. My family was ready to start buying New Balance exclusively.

In this day and age it was refreshing to see a company have such respect for those that have served and/or are serving. I prepared my order and input my promo code. It didn't work. I figured I was doing something wrong.

Then I read the FAQ. There are certain footwear/clothing styles that are EXCLUDED from all discounts, coupons, and promo codes. I read the list and could not believe that there 75+ exclusions on the list & of course, the item I had in my cart is excluded.

What a slap in the face. They give a much larger discount, but then there's the fine print…

I visited last night (8/14/22) south coast new balance in Costa Mesa, CA has the worst manager. Berating and condescending to his employees in front of customers. I visited this place a few months ago and it was fine. The employees look scared which made customer service not ideal.

Material defect in New Balance 587 running shoes. I realize this is an older model of shoe. I had purchased several pairs when they were for sale and have been working through them. These have only been worn walking on a treadmill. Bottom tread still in good condition, where it's not falling off.

I ordered 10 wide women's tennis shoes, and they are very tight and uncomfortable. My other new balance 10 wides are looser and have alot more room for my foot. The new shoes fit like a 9 1/2 regular. I am very disappointed.

I cannot find any New balance 13 4e steel work shoes/ boots ANYWHERE. New balance is about the only kind that fits. The pair I have on is 1 year old. The inner lining is gone and i have had rubber added to soles because they are worn down.

I am forced to go find another brand out of desperation. I only bought your shoes in the past , well not anymore. Frustrated, desperate, and annoyed! MAKE SOME SHOES PLEASE!

I was sent the wrong shoes from Pace Athletic who told me New Balance sent them the wrong shoes this resulted in me recieving the wrong colours on my shoes. I have been in contact with NB customer care .

NB customer care contacted Pace Athletic on my behalf I was in contact with NB every day . Somehow I was refunded 20 % of my order and was told to keep the wrong shoes. I had refused this offer already.

I wanted either Pace Athletic or New Balance to send me the correct shoes as pictured in my order. When I questioned NB customer care if they actually sent the wrong shoes they dont answer This is very poor customer service.

In the past my new balance 800 series shoes were the best and most comfortable shoe. I have been wearing new balance since the 1990's and normally I buy 4 pair of shoes per year. But I got to tell you that a few years ago maybe 2019 or so they changed the toe box on my shoe.

Now that made me very angry because many of us loved the original toe box. Now we are stuck with a tight fit toe box. So I had to find a new shoe in the new balance series. 5 2 E and the first two pairs were ok, I had no problems, but the last 3 pair I got from my vendor and a few pair on amazon, OMG the toe box was defective.

I compared two pairs of the exact same shoe and could not believe the toe box difference. My vendor looked at these shoes and was appalled and I was and still upset that new balance makes…

Today 5/28 Saturday around 1:20pm I took my elderly mother into the store to get measured for a new pair of shoes. We always come to the Pasadena location 270 S. Arroyo PKWY Pasadena CA 91105. Never had a problem until today.

There was about 5 or 6 employees. None of them approached us and we were there waiting for 30 mins. The employees saw us and ignored us. The person that came in after us got waited on fast. When I approached the front where there where two employees I asked if someone could help me measure my mom and it was like pulling teeth because they were very rude and didn’t want to do it so they didn’t.

My first complaint is that my New Balance 409 cross trainers fell apart today. My second complaint is that it is IMPOSIBLE to contact ANYONE from this company to make a complaint or get them fixed or ANYTHING!!!! If I could give this company a minus 100 stars I absolutely would.

If this were Ford or GM or MOPAR and they did not have a complaint department it would be on every news station around the World. But it's just the things you wear on your feet and hell, they don't need to do anything to help their customers..

A year and a half ago I purchased a pair of shoes type 900v5, men's size 81/2, made in U.S.A. I bought them at Elital Sportswear chain in Israel, which has 7 branches in 7 different cities and paid USD300. To my great dismay, a hole appeared on the upper part of the right shoe which you can clearly see in the picture attached below. I would like to clarify that I am not an athlete and am 72 years old-I only used them as walking shoes in the city. Based on the reputation of New Balance as manufacturers of strong and reliable footwear, I was expecting to enjoy wearing them for at least a couple of years more. I expect to get a free replacement of the same shoes from your company.

What can I do? Bought NB Gore-Tex shoes on Final stating they were WATERPROOF. After 1 hour wear in slushy snow, water entered the shoes and warped toe seam of one shoe. Not waterproof nor resistant!!!

Bought a pair of new Balance, the second day I had them the top islet broke! Tried to return them but because I wore them for a day they wouldn't refund or exchange them. Wow has New Balance gone downhill from what I remember back in the 80s and 90s! Cheap! cheap! Quantity!

I've worn new balance for years and they are nice shoes but as always the sole comes loose at the toe and catches on every thing untill it comes off. A pair doesnt even last a year. At 60 dollars a pair I expect better.

I'm trying to remain loyal but looking to change. The shoes are great other than the soles falling off.

Your quality control staff needs a professional management review. A successful company requires repeat orders. You don't receive repeat business with shoes like this one.

I purchased a pair of shoes that are my third or fourth pair of a specific style. I experimented and went down a half size. Received them tried them on and attempted to return them immediately online. Got a message that they were not returnable.

So I called the 800 number. I was told that these were a limited edition and not returnable. There’s nowhere on my receipt or anything that I saw or read gave me this information prior to purchasing. They put me on hold came back and told me they had looked at the website and it says that they are not returnable.

So I did the same. You have to push a drop-down button to get an additional description and this is where it tells you they are not returnable. I just wanted to exchange them and they would not even consider it.

I called the 800 number this morning and was very sad and disappointed. I buy my grandson new balance twice a year, September and April. The only sneaker I would buy for his fit. His start of school pair was September, we are only in the beginning of December and the one shoe completely came apart in the across the toes.

Of course I have no receipt but I will not allow him to attend school with that shoe and will not purchase a cheap pair. I’ve always had amazing, personalized experiences at New Balance. The customer service was always exceptional, associates greeting you when you walk in the door and helping you find the right shoe and insoles.

I’ve referred a lot of customers to this store, but I guarantee you I will no longer recommend this location.
