I ordered a new router (ASUS ZenWiFi Whole-Home Tri-Band Mesh WiFi 6E System (ET8 2PK)) on August 23rd with a delivery date of the 28th.

The order has not been delivered, it has not been shipped. NewEgg order status simply says "Label Created"

If I try to use chat or phone support, the bots simply say that the order is due to be delivered on August 28. It is now October 2!!

I cant email, call or chat with a real person, help me please.

Absolutely piss poor customer service. Horrible shipping times and updates. Stock will say "Available for shipment." then you will wait days before the shipment is even picked up. Everytime you call the company they come up with a bogus excuse.

IF YOUR EXPERIENCING SHIPPING PROBLEMS STATE THAT SOMEWHERE ON THE SITE. or atleast state "item is in stock but may not ship for a week" I received a "shipment shall arrive Dec. 14th." I called the customer support. its still sitting in a warehouse. "Oh um were pretty busy so it may ship out today or tomorrow...we think."

I acquired back in January 2022 (ORDER # 331714329) a pre-built PC from NewEgg's house-brand (ABS). I used to build my own PC's, but this time wanted to try Newegg's brand (I am a 7-year NewEgg Canada customer).

It was a close to the top, high-end Gaming PC (worth 4000$) with most of components and specs looking reliable. There were 2 weakness points however :

1. RAM installed was only 16GB, insufficient for high-gaming experience, so I had to upgrade this to 32GB, replacing and reselling existing 16GB modules … and voiding PC warranty without knowing ! ... Nice trick, is ti not ?

2. Video card (nVidia RTX3080) was manufactured by GIGABYTE ... risk was a little higher to get problems because of known occasional cheaper chipsets (based on some reviews on the net). Problem when selling is…

My account was blocked even after jumped through all the hoops to have newegg recover it i contacted customer support through chat and calling in person the hacker used my email address changed my account mailing address along with my phone number i own my google account yet they cant send me a verification email so i can verify who i am and let me correct everything that was done to my account the same happened to me on my ebay account i t was recovered this way my google account is not compromised

Terrible experience. I ordered and paid for some memory chips. they shipped to the wrong place. 2 online chats got me nowhere and i called into customer service they hung up with no conversation. terrible. i feel scammed!

I've been emailing, and communicating with Newegg for weeks now. I received a case that I purchased on 05/07/2021 damaged, and faulty. The tempered glass had a crack in it, and the color changing panel on the front was one color.

The add showed it as multi-color. 00. And now they've stopped responding to my emails. This is frustrating and unfair

Thank you for confirming most of what we discussed in our telecon today. I believe we decided that you would (and should be able to) acquire an ETA on the filters and advise me forthwith?

In the meantime, while I wait your response, I will send a letter to head office to see why this company would rather:

- pay to send a new unit, and; - pay to have my unit returned

when "someone" could simply take the filter from the unit you want to send to me and pop it in the post and wait for the replacement filters to arrive and pop it in at your end!! This would save time and agro FOR YOUR CUSTOMER.

In this way, I would not have to repack and take to ship; I am an old gal with walking constraints; and frankly - I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG!

Surely…

I have been trying to receive a refund on a defective item for four days now. It is beginning to look as though I will NEVER receive a refund. I have sent the item back and requested a refund, but they keep trying to exchange it.

There were numerous problems that made the item impossible to assemble. Now they’re saying that the only way to get a refund is to refuse the package if they don’t receive the refused package back, I’m still out the money.

Sales Order Number: 120498700 RMA Number: 82715560 Shipping Label Tracking: 271411862929617 Shipping Label Date: 07/06/2018 10:15:03 This is the 2nd label to be mailed to me by Newegg that was created on A Friday with a 7 day expiration , the 1st showed up on the 8th day expired it wasn't mailed until 4 days after it was created, I have not gotten reply as to the new label it being mailed on time, I am VERY UNHAPPY CUTOMER !

I recently ordered a tablet for my autistic child after his previous one failed, after waiting and waiting for delivery I get a e-mail saying that a RMA for the tablet was approved and the tablet returned to the warehouse. Neither I or my wife requested to return this item.

When I tried to call into customer service I was asked to leave a call back number, which was fine, until I received a automated call back and was immediately replaced on hold! After talking with the rep and explaining my situation she said she would have to transfer me to the RMA department, where again I was placed on hold!
