I placed an order on the Noodles & Company app yesterday (8/20/22) at the Coon Rapids, MN location with the address of 3479 River Rapids Dr and Main St Coon Rapids, MN 55448. This order was for delivery. The order was delivered 40 minutes later than expected.

This order was also not my order. It was a different customers order. 51). We have not received the refund yet and would appreciate if we did get that refund. The order number was 12105336324931585

I was at your Citrus Heights CA location yesterday and ordered two items to go. One item was inedible. Japanese noodles with tofu. The noodles were like rubber bands and the tofu was hard and tough. I had been looking forward to ordering this because of a review i had read on the Sacramento Area Vegans Facebook page.

Whoa was I disappointed The other order we got was for buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. My daughter thought hers was OK. I’m not sure how long the noodles or the tofu sits around till it’s served but it seemed like they had both been sitting for quite some time.

Blaine Location: Took my kids out for late lunch today. We sat outside as the weather was nice. The server brought us the food and didn't warn my 12 years old son about how hot the plastic bowl was before handing it out to him.

My son's fingers got scalded while half of the food fell on the dirty table. I was quick to catch the bowl and tried to put half of the noddles back in his bowl. The staff asked IF we wanted a new order?! He's hesitating.

My son started eating as we're all very hungry. Wanted to talk to the manager but no one was available. I'll dispute the bill and will not go back there again! Unbelievable!!!

The manager was very rude rolling her eyes and they messed up my order n I wasn't going to respond to this manager I just wanted to get out of there.. I'm thinking it was done on purpose.. I would like a refund for poor service n getting my order wrong

The manager. but I wasn't going to deal with her .. I have been going there since they opened. Regularly .. prior to pandemic .. I ordered a penne Rosa with crushed chicken n got a ceaser salad .. my pasta had no chicken on it ni got a ceaser salad with chicken on it I paid over 20 n didn't get what I wanted .

I used to love the workers n managers .. but it was all different people n I found manager very rude..

Shocked is all I can say! I went to take my girl to her fav place and get the Mac and cheese. Her friend has never been, so we made her so excited about what she was about to experience. When the cashier told us the price I choked. $45 dollars please. Yikes.. ok! As the kind man brought our food over I looked in amazement at the “new” portion amount. I couldn’t believe the price I spent on how little food we got. The Mac and cheese looked like one to two scoops. They use to have big white bowls that you could split with someone.

I will not be going there after what we paid for such little food. My dish was $11 for nothing. Some noodles and veggies.

Stop asking for a tip when simply preparing my order! Isn’t that what the worker is hired to do and paid for? Tips are for table service when dining in… Not for simply preparing the food. I think your restaurant has a lot of nerve to be doing that.

You have lost my business because of it.

I had a catering order scheduled for 11:45. I received a text at 10:20 stating that the food had left the restaurant which is about 10-15 away from the office. I was highly upset that the food would be sitting for almost 2 hrs.

When I spoke to the GM she didn’t seem to think there was a problem with that. I explained to her if she was at a restaurant and ordered food and they let it sit in the window for 2 hrs would she find that acceptable.

Her response was that the food will be warm. This GM as well as her staff which I also spoke to is as incompetent of staff I have ever seen. They would in no way take responsibility for their mistake.

When trying to contact their corporate office to file a complaint they have no one to speak to only and email.

After having to order twice tonight for delivery because the first driver didn’t deliver to my address, my second order came and instead of leanguini, it was linguini. Do not trust the people working for this company and your health. They are con-artists, beware!

We just left your restaurant 4530 W 121st Ave, Broomfield, CO 80020. this was at 6:45pm 6/27/2022. My wife and daughter went to go in a man push the door open and said its a 30 min wait. My wife and daughter was fine with that.

And I sat outside in the car with my 5 year old granddaughter which is autistic. she wanted a kids butter noodles it one of her favorite places to eat. A nice young man said it will be about 30 mins and again my wife and daughter was fine with this.

The another worker came from the back and he seamed to have a medical issue with breathing he tried to help but began to hyperventilate. So he went and sat down then the Shift manger/ supervisor came up and asked if my wife had ordered.

and threw his had up and said go elsewhere and we are only taking online orders. My…

I bought dinner yesterday at noodles and company in stillwater mn. The noodles in three meals were overcooked. The spaghetti and meatballs was overcooked, Japanese noodles were overcooked as well and macaroni and cheese were overcooked. 37 was the total.

I have problems before but not on almost all of meals that I bought. Please let Me know what you can do.

I ordered a regular mexican street corn salad. It is terrible. The avocado is brown, The ratio of greens to anything else is overwhelming. Although there were two ramecans there was only enough dressing to fill one and that was not nearly enough for this large of a salad - it's packed so tight with greens that you can't mix it - food just goes everywhere.

It's frustrating to eat and it tastes bad.
