- Nothing organized, clothing, shoes on the floor,. Shoe and clothing racks a mess! Not clean and staff unhelpful and lacked any knowledge on merchandise. - What’s going on here? I’ve shopped at the regular Norstrom Rack stores with great results.

Sent me the wrong product instead of the one I ordered. When I went back to reorder what I wanted on the website, it’s sold out. Waste of my time and energy and now I am stuck with a product which I never wanted and I don’t have the energy to go through the return process.

I'm shopping in Norstrom rack for years and everywhere I'm travel with my job. Los Angeles Chicago New York miami and I always experience bad service from 1 cashier name Mei Y at 865 Avenue New York store 509. This lady give me every week problem to check out when im shopping there and try get my rewards points with my email .

I'm shopping everywhere and never been mistreated or lie that I can't get points my email. I think this lady is just to lazy do her job and put my email in the system. It's happening to me to confronted her 3 times already and depending on her moods she let me get my points from shopping there and sometimes she tell me it's only work with phone .

99. As a long time rack customer I know this is the place Rack would put sale price tag of the bag sometimes. I went to store today 7/8 and ask if they charge me wrong and do the price adjustment.

The person scanned the red tag and then asking another person to make sure other bag is not having this red tag. Then he showing me saying it’s same item but for a different color. So he won’t adjust price and ask if he can get the red tag back.

I refused give the red tag back. I can’t believe this is the service Nordstrom is providing. Because it’s always to sell the item as what cheapest price you have put on the item. If it’s a store mistake it should be taken on to customer.

Also it’s obviously not a mistake, as most item in Rack does not matter of colors. I want Nordstrom headquarters to…

I have been shopping at Nordstrom rack for at least 25 years and literally 90% of my wardrobe is from your store but I want to voice a concern about your new 30 day return policy. I returned a purchase 31 days after I bought it and received a “talking to” from the manager at your South Coast Plaza store on May 24, 2023 for returning my items a day late.

Upon purchase of theses items, 31 days prior, I informed the employee that I would be traveling out of state to pick up my daughter from college and asked if it would alright to return these things a day late if she did not like them and she told me it was perfectly fine.

So needless to say, the talking to from the manager was embarrassing and unnecessary. Did you know, TJ Maxx has a return policy after 30 days which allows for store…

I purchased two items on April 3, 2023 from the 1585 South Brentwood Square location in St. Louis. I went there yesterday, May 11, to return 2 items. The back of my receipt states that I have 45 days to return my items.

The store manager informed me that they changed their policy in January to 30 days and would "stand firm on their policy". I stated that I understand that, but my receipt states 45 days, and there was nothing noted on my receipt stating the policy changed.

She said "It's posted on our wall" and again stated "She was standing firm on their policy, and was not refunding me". She was very rude to me and didn't offer an apology, or even try to work something out with me, as a good manager would.

Had she offered something, like store credit, I would have been fine with it,…

I WAS IN NORDSTROM RACK IN NYC 14th STREET LOCATION. TODAY WHICH IS SUNDAY. I SAW A MARC JACOB CROSS-BAG I WANTED.

I returned a pair of shoes (Badley Mishka) that were very uncomfortable. I found this out when I tried wearing them to church yesterday for Easter Sunday because they are very beautiful. Unfortunately, I could not even walk in them for 5 minutes.

I wanted to return them yesterday, but the store was closed. I ended up returning them today.

At your King of Prussia, PA, Nordstrom Rack around 5-6:30pm this evening 3/28/23, a man was inside the women's dressing room while his female companion was trying on clothes inside a stall. The couple was talking and laughing loudly with one another.

The woman was inside the dressing stall with her door closed, and the man was in the open area of the dressing room, leaning on the stall directly opposite the stall the woman was in. I was shocked to see the man standing there in the open area of the dressing room when I stepped out of my stall to view the large mirror at the far end of the open area of the dressing room.

Received the wrong item in my package. The customer service experience after that was beyond disappointing. I used the live chat and the phone hotline to get in touch with several customer service representatives that were entirely incapable of correcting the situation.

Still left with the wrong item, literally no help from the company and now it’s on me to return it to a physical store just to get money back, still out the shipping cost, time, and extremely frustrated.

Today my daughter asked me if I could return a jacket she received that was to big for her. As she is battling with cancer at the age of 17 she can not go into stores due to her immune system from treatments.

As I drove about 1 hour and 30 min to the nearest store I was totally taken back on the customers service. As I handed the cashier the Jacket which still had tags and I had receipt in my email.

The cashier laughed and called her manger up and both looked at each other and laughed and sorry cant take a receipt from phone or email. They didnt even try and made me feel like I was some scumbag!!!!! I couldn't even get words out of my month because I was going to cry!

I am writing to request a refund for an item purchased online on 9/21/2022 Order #386431689 | 2 items I received one item but not the other. It was delayed for some time and then stated delivered; however, was not able to find a delivery date.

I understand your refund policy but in my defense, the item was never delivered nor stated that it had been sent. I spoke with a representative who stated they were unable to find a delivery date either. My concern is my account is being charged for an item never received, which is absolutely fraudulent.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Cashier was rude, insulting, disrespectful plus not to mention lazy, ignorant and incompetent. All I needed to do was simple exchange of two shirts purchased as a gift from grandma on her Nordstrom visa for larger sizes.

Cashier hemmed and hawed saying she couldn’t do it, etc. I had been in day before and had a lovely experience doing the same thing. I had grandmas phone number and card number to assist cashier in finding original purchase.

I ended up asking for a manager. Girl then complained about me to manager in Spanish and I leaned over and told her i spoke and understood Spanish. She is giving rack a horrible name if that’s who you have checking customers out.

On 12/17/22 at 6:50. The floor manager let all of the register personnel go on break. The line was very long people were getting irritated, I personally was the next person in line and I waited 15 straight min, in that position.

When the floor manager was asked if she could bring more people to the registers because the line was really long, her comment was they're all on break I don't have anybody. Very poor managing she was a young kid with dyed red hair not professional at all there was no consideration for the customers.

This is not how Nordstrom runs their business it's one of the reasons I continue to shop at all of Nordstrom's stores. I know you would want to know what's happening at the store. I hope deceptions brought up the store so that this doesn't happen in the future of the…

Against manager of nordstrom rack, rookwook cincinnati. Date is December 12 2022. I was buying a black pair of uggs on sale. Asked an associate for mate while I was in back. I was told I had to get them at check out. I waited in line and used a $10 note I had at check out to purchase. After 20 minutes, I was told that they could not find mate could not give me another similar pair for same price nor my note back!

I became furious. Did he think I was born yesterday??? I did not want him to refund so quickly. I told him to wait while I looked, but he refunded anyway.

He said I'll get another note sometime.

I told he had very poor customer service skills as I am in sales. This would never fly in my company. His name is Terrance norris. I told him that I wanted to use my note today.

Not being able to return a top to a two piece swimsuit. It was a sale item however, It will not work with the bottoms . They came in the same package as 1 swimsuit however only the bottom piece is returnable.

I purchased a pair of Nordstrom Rack black pumps for $49.00. I wore them for 2 hours before the heel broke. I went to return them to the store and I was told I could not return them because they were worn! Your brand product lasted 2 hours before the heel fell off, I do not think that is what your policy had intended.

I am a big consumer for Nordstrom Rack (and Nordstrom). Last week I went to Nordstrom Rack in Braintree to grab clothes for my two sons going to college as they hate to shop. I purchased 19 items and spent around $450.

At checkout it was busy, because I was buying so much, and a few items I changed my mind on. I took the lot home, my boys grabbed what they liked, and I popped back in tonight to return what they didn't.

In all we kept 1/2 of the items or around $250 worth. The woman at the register was actually very friendly and helpful. 97 was not on the receipt but it had the Nordstrom Rack tag on it. She looked in past orders to see if it were there but I knew my online orders were older.

My complaint. Me who never returns shoes. I bought a pair of Cole Haan heels. $90. I barely wore them and the leather was already "wrinkling" on the left shoe by the big toe on day 1. Soft leather. Maybe a total of 4 hours i wore them in the span of a 2 day period.

The pair already looked like 2 different shoes. I bring them in to exchange or return if i could not find a replacement. I was nice, not complaining and simply explained the situation and how the leather this early on shouldn't be giving way so soon. Soft leather.
