NTB Tires

To whom this may concern, on 9/12/2017 I took my cube Nissan 2011 to your NTB location on 4821 Fairmont in Pasadena for repair on 48753 shock mount and strut assembly R&I, Right side. I trusted that my vehicle had been fixed as I drove my car off.

I was told to keep an eye on the left side since they had done the right only because the left was still working ok. So I took it in to another NTB on Gulf Freeway were we usually go because the noise was getting loud again.

Come to know as the mechanic told me that the work I told him about on the right side had not been done like I told him. 25. 09. I am going to take it back to have it checked by another one of your stores because I kind of still hear and feel the noise it was doing.

I am so disappointed because if I hadn't taken it back…

Had 11:00am appointment at SALEM NH NTB to fix tire beads leaking showed up at 10:45am.finally left at 4:45pm.worst experience in my life and I'm 50 years old.People coming in with no appointment in and out with four new tires and alignment.

Good Afternoon, Thank you for reading and i hope responding to my complaint. I also expect a refund or other compensation for such POOR and unprofessional service. Today, 1/9/18 i went to the NTB in Hammond, Louisiana. I have read all the customer reviews and I guess i did not want to believe them. I SHOULD HAVE.

I have been to this store before and most of the time i had a good experience, HOWEVER this time was totally poor and unprofessional service. Each time i go there is a complete turnover in staff. I do not know what is wrong with find competent people to staff this store but getting worse each time; Today I had an appointment for a SIMPLE Oil Change.

My appointment was at 1; 00 pm which was made the day before on the 8th. There were no one waiting in the lobby and only two cars…

My spare tire was never a donut I bought care I am original owner Volkswagen jetta spare tire came with a regular michellen tire that when I got home I had a donut in my trunk and had plastic lung nuts on my tires not the ones I had when I when into shop.

I called ed manager said they did not have my spare tire which was stolen with my lug nuts. This happen at the saugus Massachusetts store. I can not believe such untrustworthy people working their. I should be contacted may have to contact bbb to file complaint

NTB Lancaster Ohio . My wife Purchased a set of tires for her 2003 GMC Envoy xl. customer # 25949109 . On 9-08-2017 she dropped her Envoy off for a tire rotation and balance because of vibration . She dropped Envoy off at 3:58 pm.

Shawn said it would be ready in about three hours. My wife walked to the mall to shop while waiting. Hours went by without a call. I finally drove to mall to pick her up at 6:30 pm. We drove home and no call at all that night.

We called several times and got no answer. On 9-09-2017 we called and they said that there was phone problems and could not get in touch with us. My wife had to drive my truck to work on 9-09-2017. On 9-09-2017 my wife picked up the Envoy.

Tire from NTB went bad!! Thought it was under warranty. WRONG!! Ordered 2 new ones. Got the call they were in. Made appt. Waited 1/2 hr. & tires could not be found. pissed off. NEVER going back, OR recommending NTB to any one!!

My sisters truck broke down so I called NTB (thinking I had called the Lexington store on Sunset BLVD) Spoke with whom ever answered the phone at 2:30. I asked for Barry and he stated I had the wrong number,,I asked if this was NTB and he said yes.

I was like I must have misunderstood the name and that I was having a truck towed to that location and I was told they did a free diagnostics and he rudely stated NTB does not do anything for free and that I could have who told me that to come pick it up when it gets there that his location does not do free work. I was SHOCKED~!

I have five vehicles and I have all my work done at NTB,I refuse to leave NTB over one rude employee but felt you needed to hear about my experience today.

So I get 4 tires want an alignment so the manager says he won't do the alignment because tie rod end was loose and old beat. I asked them if they could tighten it then I want it they say no they're not being responsible so I leave I go home the tie rod end. I put on a month ago furthermore it wasn't even because if it would have been through it the manager Robinson Town Center National Tire and Battery is full of it. All they wanted to do was write me off charge me for stuff I don't even need on my car and not perform the work.

I want it done on my car this is not good business basically I was scared to death driving home thinking my car was going to fall apart when in reality it was nothing wrong other than the manager there being a lazy ass and not wanting to perform work. I would like…
