Defective Product ( Nutribullet Juicer Pro) serial number 23QB08022100815; NBJ50200. I received the juicer as a gift and it was leaking into the base and shredding black plastic pieces into my juice. I notified the company for a full refund and they refused.

They offer to send a base unit and when it arrived it didn't have the basin or sieve with it. I was told to cut the cord of the defective unit and discard the unit and I did. I called to get the other parts to be able to use the unit and your company refuses to send the other parts.

This is very unsafe for a consumer to be consuming plastic. I'm requesting a full refund for this defective product

This place is a joke you buy a nutribullet won't even mix ice so you want to return it and they want to charge you $20 to send you a return label that's non-refundable says that nowhere in the paperwork that I have I would buy nothing from this company will never again that's for sure. I would have gave it a zero but it's making me give it one star because it ain't worth nothing!

Seemingly Impossible to make a return

Tried calling over a dozen times, selected the "call back" option several times. Sent Emails to their contact us email address. Nothing. Can't get ahold of ANYONE to initiate the return.

Returned an item 2 months ago and have not received my refund. There is no return information on your website. Had to research on line to find the information. Who does that???? The Company is no longer credible or trusting.

I ordered a Nutribullet personal blender. After less than a dozen uses, the rubber gasket in the blade assembly fell out. This happened each of the next three times I used it. The gasket is extremely difficult to replace and research revealed this is a known design flaw/problem.

I contacted customer service for a return authorization - a lengthy process that involves locating barcode and model number - and received a response telling me I would need to “contact the store” if I wanted to return the Nutribullet. I ordered this from Nutribullet directly and had to provide the order number to request a return authorization.

Yet another message was sent, also sharing their own return policy as I am well within. 30 days - and received a long response indicating all I would need to do to return…

Attention Nutribullit company: I had to send off to Nutribullet for a part for my Nutribullet. They sent me the wrong part. So I called them. They didn't say anything to me about sending me the right part to me.

I really wanted to love and enjoy this product for years. Sadly, it turns out that it is the shortest-lived purchase of this type, that I have ever made. For instance, my Ninja blender is still going strong after nearly 7 years of ownership and use. Additionally, my traditional blender is roughly 9 years old and still working, and I recently discarded my food processor which burned out after more than 20 years of reliable service.

However, with my Nutribullet Pro 900, the unit is dead, for all intent and purpose, just after roughly one year of intermittent use. Ironically, during its first (and final year), I spoke so highly of this mini-blender that my Son jokingly stated that I sounded like a spokesman for the product. Initially, I loved it.

00. com where they offered the exact same time $100 cheaper, plus it would have been no shipping charges because I have Amazon Prime. 00 or I can purchase their return label for $20, so I am still paying for returning the item not used. This is a ripoff.

If you get an item from Shark, like the Ninja blender, they will pay for return both ways if not satisfied. I should have done my research. Bottom line, don't buy from Nutribullet. Read the reviews online as well because they have numerous complaints.

ill not buy anything from Nutribullet again. When a company doesn't have good customer service, that is a deal breaker!

Hi I purchased my nutrabullet last week . While I had my shake blending I noticed the shake was dripping under the blade. That seemed like it was returned to the store by someone. I never had that problem with my Nutrabullets in the past When I tried returning it they said it was a Black Friday deal also I didn't have my receipt .

I workout after having my delicious smoothies . IT has helped me threw my joint pain and more . Please help me .

My nutribullet came with 2 different tops that actually chop and blend things. My problem and complaint is that on both of them, the rubber rings that seal them, broke! Both of them. I haven't had this thing long at all but i find it preposterous that they would both break.

Now when i try to use it, everything leaks everywhere. I hate this stupid thing now and wish I had never bought it. The least someone could do is send me some new rubber rings so they seal up so i can use it again.

I decided to have a bridal registry at Macy's because I have always loved the stores quality and customer service. There were a few items that I decided to return because either I had duplicate or someone bought me a similar item from another store. I got three cutting boards and when I returned the second cutting board they told me since it was a duplicate they would have to mail me a merchandise check. That isn't the inconvenience that really upset me. The topper to my horrible experience was when I returned a nutribullet and two pillows I asked the associate to refund it to my Macy's card.

She totally disregarded my request and refunded everything to the person who purchased the pillows. Not knowing this until two days later, when I went to make a purchase and my card was declined. I…

This is the FOURTH time my NutriBullet has broken. The plastic in the center of the main machine constantly breaks off a piece. I think this piece should be made from metal NOT plastic! I am sick and tired of going and replacing it!

I purchase an item (Nutribullet juicer) from Snapdeal. I want to return that juicer because there is a leakage in that product. I sent a return request on 6th April to Snapdeal and my return ticket idea is 21861722. Now it's 20 days completed but Snapdeal does not pick my item return and Snapdeal customer care does not reply me probably.

Please help me to come out from this problem.

I ordered a Nutri-vegetable and juicer, mixer grinder but to my surprise I received a "pureIt". I have logged the complaint on the same day, 11th March. Since then I have been following with snapdeal. After one month of their investigation they said that they cannot replace/refund the money as the product is in good condition and will not replace/refund the money even if it is a wrong product.

Right now I feel completely cheated and am not sure how to get my money/correct product from snapdeal. Could you please help me with this.

I have purchased directly or through friends over 100 nutribullet machines. They work for about a month at the most. Now the new one I had in reserve doesn't even work although it has never been used. Very poor quality product.

I am a professional nutritional counselor. I have had at least 100 clients and friends purchase your different models of nutribullet. After years of frustration with them not working half the time, I have come to the conclusion they are a very poor design and not worth the money.

I am now researching other brands. While your concept is great, your product is not. It is too delicate. I have two of your nutribullets on my counter. I purchased a second one to have in case the first one quit working.

So, when my regular quit working, i pulled out the new one. It doesn't work either. I believe in your concept. I no longer believe in your product. Sorry - if there were lower than a 1 star i would probably submit it.

I have thoroughly cleaned the machine as you say to do - surely the new one…

Prior to the expiration of my NutriBullet warranty, and less than a year after I bought it, my NutriBullet stopped working. The registration number is 02S209261405897. My warranty is still valid and I have emailed my complaint to NutriBullet customer service but there has been no response.

I feel that it's more than fair that I deserve a working replacement. I love my machine and use it almost every morning to make healthy smoothies. Shame that it appears to be such a poor quality product. Looking forward to reading an official reply from the corporate office.

Ordered an NutriBullet Rx. Only I got an old NutriBullet. Old and dirty looked like had never been cleaned. Came in the NutriBullet Rx box with the book. I got credit but still makes me mad to think about it.

What if I had bought for an gift? Had to make special trip to take to a store so I could show what I got.

I placed an order with Groupon for a professional cooks Nutribullet blender, it came within good time but shortly after using it, it began smoking and making a terrible screeching noise. I have tried to inform Groupon but I have received nothing back.

I have since made the same claim going through the same process on their website and now magically I don't have a registered account with them. I would like a full refund of the purchase.

NutriBullet is great. I drink tons of smoothies each morning using it and it works every time. I have had to use it carefully because I've heard from many people it has a tendency to break down easily. You can't fault them for making an affordable product.
