Customer Service was a nightmare. Staff hung up me. I was placed on hold over and over. No resolution. I did what they said. When I call back am not able to talk to a person. I want my money back.

I canceled my order and provided what was needed. You keep charging me. Once again I can not call to speak to a human. 780722514813 tracking number. Where is my money. Do not use this company. They are a fraud.

The program itself actually okay and the Numi app is great, but their customer service/interactions are absolute garbage. Just a heads up, if you have to deal with them, not only do they outsource their phone calls to low quality centers, but they also force-read a script over your actual conversation itself. I'm not sure what warrants the personal questions to begin with, but if you're going to ask them - the least you can do is listen to the response.

I have been on Nutrisystem since January 10, 2022. In that 17 months, I have received 3 frozen shipments that didn't have any ice left in the package, and at least 11 shipments that were missing items ordered.

It is in Nutrisystems best interest to have some sort of check u for the packers.

I have complained numerous times, and the people who answer the phone sluff it off and it never gets better.

Started program a couple years back. Nutrisystem was unable to get food to us in timely manner. In some cases there was a couple weeks between dry food and the frozen food. On 2- 3 occasions over just a 3 mo period the order received was no longer frozen.

Your program work but your customer service is pathetic. My wife and I quit Nutrisystem because of your service issue. This week we decided to give you another shot. I was told by your rep I would get a call back at 4:00 eastern time so.

I could place a order for my wife and myself. It is now 7:00 and guess what---no call. P. whose has been responsible for large customer service operation. So for what it's worth yours needs help.

My first complaint is my recent box of food came to me with 18 out of 20 identical dinners which I did not order. My second complaint is that 8 of my breakfasts which are Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal do not contain maple and brown sugar.

My final complaint is that I cannot seem to reach anyone by phone, chat, or e-mail to discuss these issues. I have been a customer off and on for 17 years and have never been treated so poorly.

There was some meals that I did not like some of them were too spicy and just did not like the flavor did not know there was a 30-day return policy so I could exchange the meals the meals were not open and they were boxed not frozen and they refuse to take them back when I spoke to a representative and I asked if I could speak to a manager or somebody above her to just view my complaints she said that there was nobody that she couldn't connect me to I did like the nutrisystem meals and

would have ordered again but since I had such a difficult time exchanging the ones I didn't like I'm going to think about twice when I have to order again

Customer service people very rude when you call to ask where is my order? She wouldn’t allow me to ask any questions but cut me off. Very fast in saying my order is in transit with no definite time frame as to when it will arrive.

I asked to talk with a supervisor and was put on hold for a long time. Came back on and said the supervisor confirmed everything she told us. I again asked to speak with a supervisor. On hold again and then was told a manager would call me tomorrow (Saturday 9-3-22).

No talking to a supervisor—- customer service works from home she said so they just have to put in a message to them. Funny that just before that she said she spoke to a supervisor who informed her that all she told me was TRUE!!

Of course they took my money almost 2 weeks ago!!!

I was very excited at first... then I tasted the food. No wonder people lose weight. The stuff is inedible. I saved some Meatballs in a Savory Sauce for my dog. She took one sniff and walked away. This from a pooch who delights in deer poop!

When I called to cancel they said: "Ok, that will be $125- for the honor of quitting" - Uh, no, that's not going to happen so I called the complaint line and raised Holy Hell. They withdrew the charge.

I have used Nutrisystem for several months but was not happy with the packages this time. Several packages of the waffles were broken and not able to be put in the toaster, the BBQ chicken Mac and cheese had no film over the top, and the container of loaded mashed potato was crushed and unsealed.

This might be due to the handling or delivery service except for the Mac and cheese. Somehow there needs to be a way to check these things. I am satisfied with everything else.

I received my second order Friday 7/22/22 all my frozen foods were defrosted, all the breakfast, ice creams were completely melted. There was no ice the bag was completed empty. When my NuMi order arrived on 7/23/22 all the cookies, breakfast bars are completely crushed, the soups etc items I am disappointed in I thought were suppose to be frozen like the tomato soups are.

The chocolate pretzels are melted, they should of been sent with frozen items. I was home when both packages were delivered I open them immediately as with the weather being 106 -109 here I knew they would need to be unpacked upon deliver, which I did.

There should of been much more dry ice put in the frozen box knowing not only the hot weather throughout the USA but the fact coming by shipment those trucks would be…

Nutrisystem sent me an order that was grossly incorrect and when I contacted them they tried to discourage me from complaining by telling me I should go to the webpage and fill out a form when I went to that webpage that form had to be filled out for each and every individual item that was wrong.

I would’ve had to fill the form out over 40 times. Since then they have done nothing to help me.

They frequently send incorrect orders, such as the most recent one. Other times they send orders that are melted and ruined. When I reach out to them the fail to take any positive action. This company is so screwed up they should just go out of business.

Nutrisystem sent me my first order and it is massively wrong. Over 20 items are missing that I ordered and for each of them another item I do not like was sent. It will cost me more money to send the order bac, for which I will not totally be reimbursed so The have cost me money and left me totally dissatisfied.

These people have no concern for their customers and I think all we are to the are potential victims.

I have had no guidance zero support, or encouragement, on nutrisystem,For the high cost of this and the lack of answers, it's not worth it take your money somewhere else they obviously don't care I've been on it for 2 weeks now and tried to get a hold of several people for different reasons and the one person I got a hold of did not help me one bit in fact she passed me on to somebody else because she didn't know I'm discouraged frustrated and broke

Well if you think you can only do Nutrisystem for a month you're wrong. They lock you in for at least 2 months unless you want to pay 125$ fee and cancel.

Also if you talk to them about cancelling they haggle and do not take no for an answer. Would not recommend.

Terrible customer service. Good luck canceling your auto-ship. HOURS on hold and rude representatives. When they find out you want to cancel or return food they keep transferring you and put on another LONG hold. If you try to cancel after one shipment they charge you another $125.

That was not made clear when I ordered. Food is horrible.

The plan that I am on says that there are over 150 food items. So why did I receive 4 red velvet cupcakes which I do not like and 4 beef bolognese which is not my favorite? With that many items available I feel that I should be receiving more variety.

I am very disappointed in these items that I received for my 2nd month.

Would give it a lower rating if I could. Brandon was incredibly rude and made it very difficult to cancel my plan. I asked at least 15 times to cancel my plan while he tried to sell me other plans and then had the nerve to call me rude, put me on hold and never return to the call.

What a way to ruin the image of the Nutrisystem company. I made my call on 8/22/21 around 12:35 pm MT if any one would like to check the recording.

I HAVE ORDERED FROM NUTRISYSTEM OFF AND ON FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS. I ALWAYS HAD THINGS MISSING FROM MY ORDER. I HAD TO CALL TO GET THEM REPLACED. ON APRIL 26TH 2021 I PLACED MY UNIQUELY YOURS ORDER WITH WHAT I WANTED.

I DID NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES. THE FOLLOWING ORDER THAT CAME ON MAY 21 2021, I CHECKED IT WITH THE PREVIOUS PACKING SLIP THAT CAME ON APRIL 28 THERE WERE TWO DINNERS THAT WERE MISSING. THERE WAS TWO SAUSAGE AND EGG MUFFINS MISSING.

The last 2 of 3 frozen deliveries have arrived late and are completely melted and had to be thrown away. The customer service rep is terrible and wouldn’t forward me to a supervisor to try and get this rectified. I have called Nutrisystems about this several times and there has been no solution.

I live not 2 hours away from the Reno NV location and for my orders to be continually lost/delayed is ridiculous. Looks like Jenny Craig will be getting my business.

I recently became unemployed, I had started ordering ale cart when half off to save money. For some reason it went to auto ship and they took out money I didn't have. Several weeks ago I called, told them to cancel, I had no room in my freezer and what they took was bill money.

They never refunded, I call back today and it was never canceled, they were preparing to ship. I have had utilities cut off due to their stupidity.

Today I received an email letting me know that I was going to have another order automatically sent and billed to my credit card. I had not realized that I was on automatic billing. I do not have any money at this time and it will be 2 to 3 months before I can pay off enough to order again.

I went into my account on line and asked for delay but on it could only ask for 30 days. I called your 1-800 number and explained that I needed longer than 30 days. The woman I spoke with assured me that she could delay until July 15th,but because I had already done 30 days online, that she would have to wait until that request went through before she could go to July.

Mutrisystem Customer Service representatives (I’ve spoken to 3) lied to me about the plan while I was signing up. They say anything you want to hear until they get your credit card number and then send you whatever they want, which was not what I asked for!!

They refuse to allow customers to speak to supervisors. Alexa was the last and worst!

I just joined nutrisystem and I am sorry I did. There is no way to contact customer service. I waited on the phone for over an hour and finally gave up. I received an email asking if my issue was solved and I could not click on the link that says no.

I checked with Get Human who sent me a code so that they would wait for a representative. There were three codes sent, none of which worked. It is a shame you do not have enough people to answer customers questions - any other company I have dealt with always had someone to talk to you.

There are questions a customer would want to ask but no one to answer them. I do not know how you can run this company and still have customers. I do not want any more food sent to me. I certainly would not recommend this program to anyone.

You have a garentee that you will lose 13 pds 7” in the first month. That did not happen for me due to the failure to get the food to me that I had ordered in a timely matter. It took 4 orders to be shipped before I got one that wasn’t thawed out by the time I got it.

All the food I ordered for my plan was frozen food, the first 2 times I received it the dri ice was totally evoperated and the ice cream sandwich’s was totally melted the rest of the food was very soft to the touch. It took each time from shipment to me receiving it about 4 to 5 days.

The 3rd order they doubled the dri ice, once again the dri ice was evoperated and the ice cream was totally melted, the pizza boxes were very wet and soft. The food was somewhat soft. I decided to try eating the food I had received.

On the diet and have accumulated too many snacks of the order so requested that snacks be withheld from the next shipment which was told Ia could not do. To me it seems as if Nutrisystem is just in the busy of making money on their clients and not interested in helping them with weight loss.

Sorry I ever started the plan in the first place. Extremely poor customer service!

Ads are very misleading with 40% off, lose 13 lbs 7 inches lose belly bloat-no mention of cancellation fee of $125 if you don't order second month. Lost 3 lbs first week, next week nothing. Called to say didn't like program, food not that great and told I could get more food for $99.

Still didn't lose anymore weight. The money back guarantee is a joke. The only thing I got out of this program was uncontrollable gas and stomach pain. Dinners were terrible looked like dog food. Within the 14 days was never offered option to get refund and when I finally cancelled the people didn't understand the word just kept trying to get me to buy another month (which I'm sure they have been trained to do) I think $400 to lose 3 lbs is very excessive and

My bill came charging full price plus 100 dollars for shakes that I thought were free. I called, waited 20 min to get a person who then said I needed a Nu Mi representative. I was transferred to an overseas rep.

who said that there was nothing she could do. The charge had gone through. She said she could take 40 percent off next month. When I signed up it was implied that the whole program was 40 percent off. This is the best diet on the market with Very dishonest marketing.

Placed order with Nutrisystem and at end of order requested to change two items and representative changed all order to frozen with no shakes, protein bars as previous order. Expected 28 day frozen/ non frozen as previous month . Talked to rep.

For 30 minutes asked to talk to manager and was disconnected or hung up on. Called back with no resolve. Very poor communication from rep. And no resolve or direction. Previous order sent with packing slip only. Could not access system. Talked to rep.

And got small book in mail second week first time.

I did one month of nutrisystem, and just like the advertisement said, I lost the weight. I no longer needed the automatic shipments and my plan was to just order ala carte. I called to cancel and after waiting on the phone for exactly 24 minutes, I was disconnected. I finally got someone to answer, who proceeded to tell me that since I only used nutrasystem for one month, I had to pay a $125 dollar fine. Funny, no-one ever mentioned that when I signed up. I thought it was all about losing weight. I was penalized for losing the weight you claimed would happened. I am very disappointed in this mess. I was excited about losing weight and planned on telling my friends and co-workers how great the program is, but now all I can tell them is DON'T SIGN UP.

I did start this by calling customer service, I got no satisfaction and they put me on hold for at least 10 minutes (I hung up). I didn't start my diet until a couple months after I got order. Now I am short 2 lunches and 2 dinners.

Said I can't receive what I paid for, order was to long ago. This is the 2nd time my husband and I have done nutrisystem. everything was there the 1st time, didn't feel I had to check. I thought you would have people that know how to count, doing this.

Because of 4 meals, you lost 2 customers. I also asked for a supervisor, but they were unavailable.

Also,my husband and I both paid the same and he got 48 snacks and I got 24. That seems a little odd to me. I think that is unfair to a women, she should at least pay less.

I joined Nutrisystem after hearing all the commercials stating "join Turbo Plan & guaranteed loss of 10 pounds in first month." Guaranteed means just that. So I joined. I run 3 -3.5 miles each day & did as per plan. I didn't even lose 5 pounds. But since it was guaranteed I called to cancel my membership. Was told ok but I was being charged $99.00 for "early cancellation".

How can they charge early cancellation fee when it is a guaranteed plan? Was told IF I paid for the "next shipment of food that costs over $300" then I could cancel. I said who in their right mind would pay another 300.00 for another month when the first month didn't work? They kept saying " oh you have to cancel the first month".

So, my sister called Nutrisystem customer service because she had a question on how the menu works. They did answer her question, however, they said they need to speak to an adult. They said they cant place an order from children. My sister said that their was an adult with her. After that, my sister handed me the phone and (the lady who was on the phone ) said "I was just talking to you on the phone." Which i explained it wasn't my sister anymore and ask if i was an adult.

Which by the way i'm her older sister and an adult. The lady on the phone started saying that she need to get the manager. Once again, the reason because they cant place orders from children. I received my frozen food shipment from Nutrisystem. Then I came home and when I unpacked it the food was thawing the food was in a large foam container with frozen foods on the bottom and deserts on top with only one small bag of dry ice 12 inches by 12 inches and

the container of food was 13 inches by 21 inches and 8 inches deep and no dry ice on the bottom. And the temperature outside was 20 degrees above the normal. Tomorrow I will contact my credit card company to contest the payment.

I would not try to refreeze the food.
