Ocean State Job Lot

On April 28, 2023 I ordered, on line, 2 Intex 24' x 12' x 52" Ultra XTR Frame Rectangular Pool Set with Sand Filter Pump SKU: 235697 Order Number: o17348488 After a day, I assembled the pool and ordered the water necessary to fill the tank and I noted in one of the corners accumulation of water.

The next day more water was there. I went back to OCEAN STATE JOB LOT and after talking with a manager I was explained to call the customer service of the company that produce the pool, as stated on the box.

Why I was not told that before I bought it and that I would have to deal with another company. If I knew this, I would never had ordered the pools. I called on Friday, I explained everything that happened, I was asked to fill a form on the internet and I was promised that in a matter of one…

I was shopping in your store located at Commerce Way in Medford, Ma. on 2/13/23 I used the men's room and one of your employees entered the same time I used a stall and received a call on my cell phone as I was talking your employee told me he recorded my conversation and did not like what I was discussing.

We both left the stall as I left the stall the toilet paper fell as there was nothing to hold the paper in place, so I tried to place it on the holder, but it fell into the stall that the employee was using. The employee left the stall, so I went into the stall he was using to retrieve the toilet paper to place back into the stall I was using seeing there was nothing to hold the paper on the roller I placed it on the back of the toilet for the next person that uses the stall.

My husband and I were shopping in ocean state #319 today 11/26/2022. The store was promoted a matching donation for the food bank. Very nice thing, don't get me wrong. Every few seconds someone would YELL on the PA system about a customer donation at the register.

Every few seconds we heard this YELLING. We could not get out of that store fast enough. This was a horrible experience in this store.!!!

I purchased many Crazy Deals craft boxes for $20 at a few RI stores..included in them were a lot of ZIP SCREENS ALL IN ONE PAINT AND APPLICATOR..every single one was dried out and unusable..disappointing..why put unusable items that are old in the box..some of the iron on transfers were the same..I would like some kind of compensation for this.. I didn’t want to buy junk to throw out..what can I do about this other than complain to BBB..thanks..hope to hear from you soon..I saved all products

Cashier staff was very insulting and condescending to me as I was checking out my purchases . As I left store I stopped to check my receipt and the one said to the other one she’s such a bitch I can’t stand her I remember her from before .

I stopped in my tracks and confronted them as they thought I couldn’t hear them . I said excuse me they then proceeded to say you have an attitude but not today . I said I’ve never had an attitude and I don’t appreciate you treating me poorly as a customer and insulting me the guy manager was standing there and refused to.

Say anything and wouldn’t talk to me when I asked him how he allowed them to treat me this way . I left feeling frustrated and upset for being treated so poorly y as I spend a lot of money at your stores

called and emailed customer service 4 times about my order with no response until today. Customer service was very rude and not very helpful. My receipt of purchase shows April 28th and they didn't process my order until May 11th.

Needless to say it has been a month and still no order. I am so disgusted with lack of updates and responses from my emails and phone calls. I am about ready to take my business elsewhere. My husband and I spend thousands in your store every year. Not acceptable.
