I have had an account in Old National (Bloomington, IN branch) for several years. I have NEVER in all this time had a live person answer the phone when I call to get customer service or help. This holds true for all four branches in Bloomington, as well as the main 800 number. No one EVER answers except a robot with a most annoying "voice" and an endless maze of menus that lead nowhere.
Today this is particularly troublesome because my Zelle account has been put on hold, for some mysterious reason. I have been paying my rent through Zelle for the last 2 years, and never had a problem. But my rent is due today and I cannot get into the account to pay the rent. I even got an email from Old National telling me to "CALL IMMEDIATELY" to resolve problem with your Zelle account. But I've been…
