I visited the Ollie’s store in Florence SC on Nov 17 at 8:00 pm. 99. There was only 1 green dinosaur on display so I put one in my basket along with another blow up and a Christmas sign. There was not a price on the sign that said regular price. 99.

The cashier and another employee went to look at the sign. When the cashier came back she called the manager up to the register. She told him what the sign said and he looked at me and started laughing. He walked to look at the sign and came back with a box that had a blow up reindeer in it still laughing.

I purchased a hand pruner& hedge sheers 7/17/23 at your Broadway store in Allentown #009. I used them that day and put them in a dry shed. Yesterday I went to use them & they were rusty. I went to return them today at 11am & the mgr was quite rude.

He told me I left them in the rain & called me a liar. When I told him I was calling corporate he relented and walked away from me. I feel his actions were racially motivated, if they weren’t there’s no excuse to treat a customer like that.

Hello, I work at the Ollie's in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and I was dismissed unfairly two days ago. Since I began working there, my manager Jay has been making fun of me and has even gone so far as to call me slow and use other derogatory terms.

I'll admit that on the day I was fired, I was tired of being picked on and said some hurtful things I shouldn't have.

However, I don't think I deserved to be let go because I'm one of their most dependable employees and I consistently show up for work, even when I'm not supposed to. I never got my 30-minute break that particular day and I went to the bathroom without letting him know where I was going.

I saw an add for air conditioners for 33% off. When I went in to get one, NO ONE would honor it. I talked to 4 different people and all of them said they hadn't heard of the add and that they will not sell it to me for the add price.

Manager accused me and my son of coming in there everyday stealing in front of my grand kids . This is a out right lie and she was very rude . We only go in about once a month and have never stolen anything.

You need new manager. The bathrooms are extremely horrible. Bloody tampons on the floor, human waste and urine on the floor. When you go back a week later it's exactly the same with the same stuff in the same spots on the floor. Totally disgusting. Only 1 employee does all the work while everybody else is either hiding or outside.

My son Issac worked there and this is the worst company ever. He was sexually harassed by someone in there and Kevin Harris and Joe the store managers laughed at him the first time it happened. The second time it happened they still did not take him seriously and now he has been removed from the schedule.

On 11/25/22 I went to my local Ollie’s in Pensacola to purchase the Bissell Crosswave model 1785 plainly identified in the Black Friday add by picture and most important by model # which was shown on the box and matched the model # plainly shown in the add. 99.

After some discussion and BS excuses such as the add was for the “the green one” that was sold out. I told them I was not leaving the store until I got what was in the add(which was very specific).

I was recently in your store in Avon park. I gave the sales associate my coupon and she was having a hard time getting the coupon code to scan. There was a line behind me after a few attempts she said oh it took.

I can read my receipt it did not accept my 15% off coupon. I told her and she said no it was 39$ now it’s only 32,34. Well it did not take my coupon and that was pretty bad because she was waiting for her shift to end.

Ollies Bargain Outlet - Beware of flooring may be defective

I purchase flooring from Ollies, the flooring was defective. I went to Ollies to return the defective product that was not use and I was refunded.

I explain to the manager the defect and showed them the flooring they agreed that the flooring was defective and informed me that I needed to contact Timberhaus Industries. I contacted them sent pictures of the defect, they informed me that they needed to send out an inspector to come look at the flooring. they sent a inspector that was previously sent out to my home. My name is Sara Lincoln I went into Ollie's in Greece NY on Sunday August 7th 2022 around 6pm to buy an air conditioner and a few other random items. My air condition broke on the hottest day of the year, I chose to go to Ollie's because I was literally down to my last dollar in my bank account to buy this air conditioner.
