Hello, When they sent me my order it was not correct, I ordered two different prints and they sent me the wrong art print. I have emailed them and I tried to call them and no one is responding. They keep saying we will send you a replacement and nothing. This is ridiculous.

I am going to call my credit card company and reverse the charge, this is not happening. The worst customer service, I dont even know what's going on. Thanks.

Very unhappy...as I am on my third chair in one year! BTW…I was told nothing can be done...I will continue this conversation all the way to the TOP!!

Very disappointed. Shame on you One Kings Lane for not honoring the sales price you stated for an item . No reason to waste time shopping on your site since you don’t stand by your own pricing.
