First of all, I have had a good experience with Janice Faris, my representative. Janice was very pleasant with great follow through. The problem I have is that I decided to convert my whole life insurance policy to a paid up policy because of a change in my finances. My policy number is 0720061350.
August 10, 2023, I submitted paperwork to a non-forfeiture option to a reduced paid up policy. I have not yet received any paperwork to confirm that I now have any paperwork to confirm that I have have an insurance policy. Ms. Faris expressed surprise when I contacted her to question why I have not received anything. She assured me that she took necessary steps.
Would you please respond to my complaint with receipt of the paid up life insurance policy.
