I booked from MCO to San Francisco with one travel. When I check my first itinerary it was totally different to the one they sent me at the confirmation. I’m living a nightmare. I always book flights early to avoid complications.

My connection hours to go will be more than 13 hours and return connection more than 16 hours. Totally nightmare. Will loose my money from the first hotel day and will loose my ship travel . I’m just crying. Never in my life with one travel and Frontier. Dr Gonzalez

VERY VERY VERY bad experience. They change my schedule,didn’t give me details about it,they told me to call the airline company to deal with the change. I called non stop for a few days and no results to a number they provided which is not free of charges.

I asked to talk to a manager and a supervisor, when they called and I answered, they hang up. This is not a way to fix the issues, if I knew I have to travel with so many stops, onboard, losing flights and time, paying for accommodations and new tickets with a paid travel protection already, I should cancel my travel with them and chose different cheapest flights.

It is not first time they created stress and cancellations to me, which cost me also a lot of money. I didn't complain before but they are doing wrong advertisement and put…

Good Evening, as you requested few times to solve the issues with you, I called you also few times and have been put on hold, then you hang up. When you called me and I answered, you hang up. This is not a way to fix the issues, again, the journey of my travel is below.

I discussed several times with few of your people and put on hold and never get an answer. On top of what happen during my trip to Europe, on my returning flight to NY JFK, I was asked to remove my luggage and onboard again to another airport- ERW.

I have book online since April for a trip coming up in January 2023. I also pay extra money for a specific layover. After trying to work with the agency a few time ( I had to contact them all the time because the real flight never updated fully).

I contacted them on August 31st, worked with an agent and we came to the final initiary, the correct one was finally updated on Singapore’s Airline webpage a week later as ReServed and I took the picture down. Two weeks late I check the webpage again and half of my trip is gone.

Now it’s September 25th and I have to contact them again because I need the flight to be confirm. They said they can’t find the flight and I have to pay extra to get what I want initially. This is lying to consumers.

It wasting my time and stress me out so much. Because…

My name is Daphne Cross credit card # 4121241108013885. I just became a member of this reward OneTravel card. I was very happen. I have used my card 3 times since I was approved March 2022. I used my card today like always, but this time I received a message card was declined. So I call the # that I needed to call. At first I spoke with a customer service lady, then I asked for a supervisor, I spoke with my Robin. She just telling me that my card was compromised, no one still was telling me if I put in the wrong information. Or what was the error code. Ms. Robin, said the same this card was compromised. I told her how when I am looking right at the card it is in my hand. This struck a nerve, but I am getting ready to travel out of country and I am very unsure of this company…

Hello there,

We are a family from Vancouver, Canada, and we booked a 7-day cruise trip in March 2020. As part of this trip, we planned a flight from Vancouver to Fort Lauderdale with United Airlines and from Fort Lauderdale to Vancouver with American Airlines.

Because of Covid-19, all airlines and cruise ships had been canceled just before our departure. Seeing that the circumstances were completely unprecedented and out of anyone’s control, we called American Airlines to request a full refund for our plane tickets.

70 for extra protection for the whole flight" - absolutely moronic. I've spent over $300 on long-distance calls trying to sort something out with the customer reps, but after 50+ minutes of hold, the call would drop and the robot would say "WC1 - the number you're trying to reach is not in service".

At this point, I'm seriously out of pocket; every new customer rep says "there are no flights", yet there are tons of different ones, even via other Star Alliance members! I realize that one flight company might cancel it, but the other one is flying, and they are 'allies' - why not sort me out with that instead?

Or issue a flight credit, or refund the portion of the flight? They're quick to sell the tickets, but never there to help sort anything out and if they deign to help, it'll be for an…

I booked a trip to Los cabos. I missed my flight twice with no fault of my own. The flight was late and that prevented me from getting on connecting flights. Once I got to Cabo after two days I'm stuck in a airport. They lost my luggage.

I have nothing on me and they rio sante fe refused to re-emburse me on the two days I lost. I called one travel customer service representative and they said the hotel will reimburse. I feel robbed and stuck. No one is taking ownership ship.

I bought a ticket from your website for Jan 28, roundtrip yvr-doh leaving at 10:25am(Vancouver time). I got an email stating my itinerary and went to the airport. Upon checking-in, they couldn't find my booking. I called your customer support and he said that the payment didnt go through. He proceeded on offering me to book the same flight at a much higher price, sine the previous price is not available anymore. I didnt say yes, I said I will think and requested a call back. I wasn’t able to answer the call back because I was busy.

10-15 minutes before 10:25am, an alert for the credit card stated that money was used to purchase a ticket, simultaneously, I received an email stating the booking for that flight. Said flight does not include the first leg of the journey, the first layover!…

I received an email today from ONE Travel that knew my flight times and dates for an upcoming trip to Mexico.... It asked if I wanted to book a car and I clicked on yes.... 74 and I clicked on book it.... then the problems began....

I person in another country then came on line and wanted to book me for over $350 for the same car and dates.... saying it was the taxes I am 71 college degrees and recognized the "bait and switch" of the game you are playing.

I took a picture of the screen offer with the small print that the amount included taxes and all fees. Your company should be ashamed. When I called back to complain at your complaint number I was put on hold with music for 45 minutes and then had other things I must do…

Ok so I thought I bought a OneTravel flight for about $1400, went to purchase it and the final page said now your flight is $4000, do you want to buy this. Of course no, so I went back into the site and thought I found the similar flight plan and bought that one. I didn't notice until 15 minutes later that the lay over was in Chicago not London as previously thought. I phoned and talked to an agent and they said they would look into changing my itinerary.

They never called back so I went to the change itinerary page and booked the change I mistakenly did it twice as I thought it hadn't gone through. Under no circumstances should you use this company unless you want to be scammed. Made my reservation for 11/23/16. They arbitrarily changed it to 11/25 to take advantage of the fare they quoted. They never told me such action was being taken. Furthermore, I had to insist on receiving a written confirmation of my flight. When I went to check the reservation, I noticed a different date than what was requested. They claim I was okay with flexible dates; flexible dates are fine if someone tells you what dates correspond with what fares.

When I went to correct their error, I was told there would be an enormous change fee and a higher fare for the date I wanted. Notified my credit company that I am disputing the charge. Filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency and Better Business…

I have been calling the Onetravel customer service department to change my flight due to insufficient lay over time for my connecting flight. I have purchased 7 tickets but did not receive ANY assistance. I have been speaking with supervisors and even a manager who promised to call me back so resolve the matter but have not received all the promised call backs. Even the manager named Grover did not comply with his promise and instead sent me an e-mail saying that the amount of time is sufficient as per the airline. However I received a all directly from the airline saying that the layover time is not enough and i have to call the agency.

I called the agency but again was not receiving any assistance instead i am being transferred from one person to another. This is creating so much hassle…

Reference: Booking #33948089. 90 for receiving pre-assigned seats that One Travel was unable to get as the airline had blocked the seats on the flight from North Bend, Oregon to Portland, Oregon. I was notified that I would receive a credit in about two billing cycles.

I have e-mailed twice about the fact that a credit has never been received. Please check onto this and refund my money. This was a PenAir flight on 9 April 2016.

Booking ID: 31811139. I was trying to book a round trip from Oklahoma City, OK (OKC) to Ft. Myers, FL (RSW). I inadvertently ended up with a one-way booking to Sarasota, FL (SRQ). com customer service department to get this booking changed.

I received an email confirming the correct booking to Ft. Myers & the American Airlines website shows the correct booking information. com website, the booking information still shows the incorrect booking information to Sarasota, FL. Two phone calls and a couple of hours on the phone to two different people has failed to get this corrected and neither of the agents has ever bothered to call me back.

How hard can it be to get the correct itinerary info on the website and issue the electronic tickets?

Recently I have had a extremly unpleasant experince, actualy was a nightmere in dealing with a travel company. Being temted by a good price, I called One Travel. Com, a travel agency and somebody from India answered my call and after of 3-4 ours of going back and forward I gave my visa information.

As soon I received the ticket(s) I learnt that the charge was in US currency and before I hang the phone I requested to cancel my request. I was transfered to custemer service and I was in position of being humiliated and negociating of getting my money back.
