Hello , I've ordered and paid for a table, but I haven't received any updates. I've reached out to both Overstock and Bed Bath & Beyond multiple times, and I'm receiving conflicting information. This is very distressing because I have family in town to take care of me, and I'm about to undergo breast surgery on Friday.

We don't have a dining room table, and the situation is causing me a lot of stress. Based on this experience, I don't plan to make any future purchases from your company.

Made extra payments during a year, and you do not have any control over which promotional item you are making additional payments to when making a payment. All you can do it make a payment and in the "background" Overstock chooses how much money is applied to which promotional account.

I have had other credit cards with promotional items and you can ALWAY choose how much money you are paying to which promotional item so you are not left with a balance and back charged interest. I tried explaining it to a manager at Overstock and the lady said they did nothing wrong and could not take off the interest charges.

I have a legitimate complaint about when making payments and it should be my choice, not Overstock to apply payments. I am disappointed in Overstock and closed my account after 3…

I had done business with Overstock for a long time, with no payment issues whatsoever; however, back in November of last year, I received a notice that my account was pastdue for payment, which I thought to be odd, since I had paid the account to zero and asked for it to be closed.

Apparently, I was charged a membership fee that I was unaware of that continued to grow in fees. Ordered a blanket 3/8/23. It is now 3/222/23. No email that it was delayed (actually I was told it would never ship due to the incorrect label). Spoke to customer service 4 times. It was finally cancelled 48 hrs ago and a new order created.

I spelled out the address, City and zip FIVE TIMES after being told they couldn’t find the zip.

Finally she blamed the computer. Got notice today that it has shipped. But get this…address and city are both wrong. Then I was told to go to the UPS app and change/correct the address. Haha. Not only is that impossible but I AM supposed to correct YOUR error.

No offer of compensation or credit this time. So help me, I had better it be charged for this.

Overstock has wrongfully build me and after 6 months of fighting with customer service people that did not do what they said, they reported I was late 3 months after they had said they would handle it and it was their mistake! Now I can't get in touch with the right person to get them to remove it from my credit, even though they did credit the amount back to me!

They were also supposed to close the account and they didn't! It has lowered my credit by 30 points and they need to fix it, but I can't get to right person evidently!!

I have tried for over 6 months now through customer service agents that can not help me with a billing issue that Overstock billed me for a club membership that had been cancelled multiple time. On top of that they dinged my credit 30 points before finally canceling the membership and apologizing for the incorrect billing!

I told them to cancel the account and they didn't, they left it open only credited back the balance to me. Now I am trying to contact someone to get them to submit to the credit bureau to have the late payments removed from credit, and once again I get the same automated system or customer agents that make me verify my account information but

never get to the person I need to get them to remove the blemish from my credit. I guess my next step is the BBB, but I am sure…

I placed an order with them and realized it was without the coupon so I canceled it right away, and ordered again with the coupon. The next day August 4, I realized through PayPal it was going to the wrong address so I called and canceled again.

I noticed several days later my money had not been returned. So I called and was told they had canceled it and to contact my financial institution. So I did both PayPal and my bank, both told me it had not been canceled.

Purchased a double towel bar at Overstock through a market seller (Order 378267523) on May 5, 2022. The purchase was delayed for several weeks so receipt sometime the middle to end of June. When the towel bar was attempted to be installed, it was noted that it was defective in that it would fit flush against the wall.

HORRIFIC customer service. I purchase an item through Overstock and the same item was placed on promo a few hours after I made the purchase. I called immediately but customer service was closed. I tried using their text platform but I got no reply until the next day.

I called customer service and explained the situation and they refused to provide a price match being that third party vendor was involved. I contacted the third party vendor, VECELO, and they replied more than 12 hours later stating that "All promotions are initiated by the Overstock platform, so we cannot give you a price match.

" Furthermore they stated that the item was shipped, so they cannot cancel the order.

27. 99 charge for shipping was WAS NOT mentioned in the return process. 98 This was an absurd price gauge. I have worked to save to purchase these items. And when they were delivered they were simply ill fitting drill holes, and cracked panel pieces, less than inferior back panel for the bookcase using a slotted piece of flimsy cardboard.

I purchased a bedframe and saw it way cheaper on Amazon. I tried cancelling it but it miraculously shipped overnight. I called and asked for a price match and the rep told me I'm only eligible if I purchase a membership. I said sure.

She then said unfortunately since you purchased this 9 days ago you are not eligible for a price match but I can still set you up with a membership. The whole reason for the membership was for the price match.

Its over 300$ cheaper on amazon. I told her she had audacity still trying to pawn that on me and now I have to return it and repurchase from amazon.

I have contact OS CS on numerous occasions for various diff things over the course of purchasing about $5k worth of stuff. I have done this via chat, phone calls and attempted emails. They are about as bad as Comcast.

During chats, you are sitting there typing "hello" "Anyone responding" and things of that nature. Generally nothing gets resolved, you re left to fend for yourself. I have been lied to, hung up on, left on chats for over 45 min while I can only assume they are bouncing between chats because I have been given bad info on product I was not even looking at.

I can not say enough bad things, Worst ever and a waste of time.

A 6x9 rug that I did not order was delivered to me on November 20. That rug is still here, 9 days later, even though I have called every day, except Thanksgiving. I was told each time UPS would come and get it, but they do not.

I have talked to 2 supervisors who talked to UPS. I am 84, living in a small apartment. I kept that rug inside from Sat the 20 until Friday the 26, at which time I had to find someone to put it outside.

I weight 93# and I have Parkinson’s and osteoarthritis. I was then told Saturday I could keep it. Why would I want a rug I didn’t order. Then I was told to donate it. No written authority from Overstock to do that.

Due to an agent error incorrect merchandise was ordered on my credit card I caught the luckily mistake before the end of the phone call to avoid the wrong items being shipped. To make a long story short I’ve been trying to speak with the manager since Thursday I was told they would call me in 24 to 48 hours today is Monday I still have heard nothing back.

In the meantime I will not have the items I want anytime soon as I’m having to wait for somebody to call me. I don’t have a lot of faith that I’m going to hear from anybody. This is possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered a ring for my wedding on valentine’s day. When I ordered it, it was guaranteed to be delivered by valentine’s day. I ordered it on the 6th and it wasn’t shipped until the 11th. It was supposed to be delivered on the 14th by 8 pm and it never arrived.

Had to shop at a certain Savannah under the impression that I could get what I wanted & my 20% off. Then there was something about loading photo, scanning and other things I never expected. It was not fun, exciting, It was way to much for me to understand.

I don’t think they really want you to get the 20% off. Items had to have certain marks on them so therefore you can’t really get what you wanted they wanted you to get what they wanted. I was a member a few years back and they gave you a discount but it was very simple.

I buy a ring. When I received the ring is too small. By that time I am a member of the infamous Club O. I call them and ask for the instructions for return the ring. The customer service representative I spoke with gave me the instructions.

I send the ring back with insurance and a Mra#. I sent the ring back and I was told to wait for three weeks for the refund to be reflected in my account. The item was sent by the USPS insured and I email them the tracking number.

I am still trying to have the refund posted in my account. The customer service is really bad and nobody gives you any reason for your refund. The last customer service representative told me that the item appears to be in transit.

I am paying my balance and never do businesses with this mickey mouse company.

1st order was somehow canceled. no email explaining it. Ordered again the next week. Was told 4 week delivery. when carrier got couch and chair,they called for delivery time. They said delivery would be an additional 1 and 1/2 weeks.

On delivery day, carrier showed up with chair only and said couch was lost. They would do a doc search to locate it. 1 week later, I called overstock to find out results. They said they needed another 72 hrs for another doc search.

I bought a rug on 7/10/19 and completed the transaction. the next day they send something about it being out of stock and won't ship for another 2 weeks. I went searching on line again, found the same rug in stock and cheaper at esalerugs. So I asked on 7/13 to cancel the order. They are refusing to cancel the order because "I see that your order has been sent to the warehouse on 07/12/2019 for packing and shipping process. Unfortunately, this order is too late to cancel manually. All our warehouse focuses on getting orders pulled and shipped as fast as possible. This leaves a very small window available for cancellations."

Worst customer experience in my life!!! I ordered $4296 in furniture from the website on 06/17/2019. I was notified by XPO their shipping company that they were delivering my items on 06/22/2019 during a window of 10-2pm. The company never showed or called.

I called on Monday 06/24/2019 and they stated that they lost the items. It is 07/03/2019 and I still do not have my largest items. The items that I did receive had manufacturers defects to the point where I could not put the items together.

I called them and they sent me new items but they were not the same model or color of the items I originally ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

Box arrived damaged. Seat for one rocker not 100% and did not receive any hardware. Received wrong replacement item (4 legs for table instead of seat for rocker). Still missing tool needed to put furniture together. Given 4 options to resolve these matters.

None of which would resolve these issues 100%. In the end, I still have no tool to put this set together and have been told no tool in stock. Worst customer service ever! Now I have a set that has a damaged seat, 4 extra legs for the table and no tool to put the furniture together.

Many times of typing it and calling. So with numb fingers one more for the road ha. Ordered jewelry. Did not receive one pair the other came with stone out. I text with employees . Took pictures and sent in text a refund was offered. Never happened.

I ordered dining room chairs through amazon. The color on the picture was a darker green/teal color. When I received them the color was not like the picture at all. I requested to return the items (6 chairs, 3 boxes total).

Amazon sent me the shipping label. I loaded the 3 large heavy boxes into my small vehicle. Then unloaded them at ups. Ups said that I needed 3 labels not just the one since the items were too large to be shipped together.

They said I needed to call amazon to ask for 2 more labels. I call amazon and they tell me they can refund one of the box labels too me and told me to just pay for it. They said they needed to reach overstock to get the last extra label.

I purchased a chair many months ago and never got any notification of my order. I paid for this . and have called several times trying to find out where my chair is. My account says I haven't purchased anything.

One person told me that they found my order and It would be here the 17th of February. No chair. Another person that I contacted said since it was an oversized item she couldn't track it but would send it and would email the next week. That was weeks ago.

OK This has been my first experience with overstock! I ordered a bookcase prior to Christmas day. I received the wrong item so I called overstock and returned the item. Overstock then proceeded to send a replacement which got lost!

Finally on 1/9/2019 I called again and they issued another replacement. Today is 1/14/2019 and I have not received my bookcase. I called again today and I was informed it was in processing. This has been a nightmare! After all it was a gift for my daughter.

Ordered Ireland storage bed from Overstock/Acme. Bed delivered by a courier van service named CEVA of New Jersey. As courier unloaded our bed in multiple boxes I noticed that several boxes appeared to be damaged or crushed in at corners and sides.

No rips or tears in boxes. I signed the delivered sheet and we began carrying all the boxes inside our home and I went back to work and planned to assemble beds in a day or two. When we began opening the boxes and removing styrofoam packing materials we notice that the styrofoam was for the most part in pieces. (not a good sign).

Very disappointed in customer service at Overstock. I ordered a rug on 2/17/18 and on 3/23/18 it was FINALLY delivered but low and behold the WRONG rug was delivered. Not only was it a ridiculous amount of time to receive the item, but to add insult to injury it wasn't even the rug I ordered.

I ordered a curtain rod (a specific size) and I waited a week to receive the wrong size. Not a huge deal, people make mistakes. I returned it and ordered a replacement only to get the incorrect size AGAIN. I called customer service and they apologized and ordered yet another one, but at this point I should have been offered free overnight shipping.

On October 13, 2016, I ordered two cabinets from Overstock.com. The part (Hinge Plates M-2) that allows the doors to be connected to the cabinet were missing for both of the cabinets. There was a notification providing an email address to request missing parts, which I used detailing all information regarding the product and the name and number of the missing parts.

It took between 7-10 days to receive these parts, and when I opened the package, Metal Hinges (7/8”) w/Spring-M-1 had been sent, rather than the correct Hinge Plates M-2, needed to put the cabinets together. At this time I contacted Overstock.com directly, and told them I wanted the correct parts overnighted immediately, and was told the warehouse did not overnight parts.
