I have been a customer at PF Chang's for many years and never have I had such a bad experience service was absolutely terrible my friend ordered a meal they messed it up and took an extra 30 minutes for them to fix it they were playing music loudly I asked for a manager if they can please turn it down he had an attitude and

was very rude saying that he cannot do it I tried explaining that we're trying to eat and it's hard to enjoy our eat meal with the music he just gave me a look and walked away waited 25 minutes to get a refill on a glass of water this is unacceptable terrible customer service I would like some kind of compensation for my horrifying experience this manager needs to be reprimanded or fired the location that I had dinner at was in North Miami Beach on Biscayne Boulevard…

I wasnt going to complain but since i forgot my credit card there and had to go out of my way to ho get it. Very annoyed. 1st hostess would not let us sit in booth. Had the table right bext to it.

Ordered my food asked for plain fried rice and it came with vegetables. Asked for a seperate full order of fried rice. Never got it. Left a nice cash tip and apparently forgot my credit card. Im sure the waiter got his tip why wasnt an effort made to catch me before i left.

First of all I love PF Changs food. I will make it a point to eat at PF Changs whenever I can. I travel for work so I like to take customers to lunch here. I have been to many PF Changs but I live less then 10 miles from the PF Changs in Brickell FL.

I have been there at least 6 times. The service there is a 1. They are very slow getting your orders and I generally have to go get my own drink at the bar. Food is good but service is horrible.

It's situated in a busy part of town and should be busier. Most reviews are similar, horrible service and very poorly managed. I don't normally send these emails but that place needs help! Undercover boss! Thank you Eric Oanes

Both my husband had an early dinner at your Victor, New York location. The hostess who was on at the time which was a 3:45 pm Friday August 25 , 2023. sat us in a booth that the table was soaked with water as well as the booth seat was all wet too, beside the fact there was food all under the table and around it on the floor.

No one wiped it down to dry it as we stood there so we moved to another booth. The same hostess who had a half shirt on and dark pants was wiping down another table by wiping it to the floor!

The floor that night was disgusting. Our shoes were sticking to the floor. I spoke to Tim Phipps who told me he was the manager, I asked if he was the actual manager as there are some that are shift managers.

Good Evening

This past weekend, my family and I chose to dine at the PF Chang's in Hackensack, NJ.

We had concluded a morning of shopping at the nearby shops and my sister was in the mood for asian cuisine and we decided on PF Chang's. A restaurant our family has been eating at for more than 10 years.

We were shown to our table, my sister ordered a beer and my mother and I settled for tap water.

We ordered pan fried pork dumplings and PF Chang's Chicken Wrap.

When the dumplings arrived they were soggy and not crispy. They were falling apart as we picked them up with our fingers, and they were not caramelized evenly,

The chicken wrap, the chicken was burnt and we were only given 4 to 5 leaves of iceberg lettuce.

I visited your Providence R.I. restaurant today 8/1/23. I live in Cambridge MA and was in Providence on business. I was alone, very stressed and decided to treat myself to what I thought would be a good relaxing meal while I waited for my train. It was around 12:30 pm when I entered a rather empty restaurant. My Server was Joshua.

I placed my order. I was quickly served. I asked Joshua for some mustard his response was: "No problem my friend." First, I hate when people address me as their "friend". It sounds disingenuous, immature and flip. Three young girls walked in and Joshua gave them his full attention. I recently bought the beef and broccoli frozen dinner. I cooked it to the exact specifications. The beef was bad. It was multi colored and hard. I never had this problem before in- fact most the time it was good.

Just disappointing that my meal was no good.

Hello, I dined at your Atlantic City location last night and had a very poor experience. 3 of our four entrees were sent out incorrect.

First we ordered a combo lo Mein and we’re brought a chicken friend rice instead we ordered the Mongolian beef well done with no scallions and well done, it came out with scallions. When we sent it back it came back with extra scallions and not cooked well like we asked.

After sending it back again a third one came out but by this time the rest of the food and rice were both cold. When we addressed this with our server she gave us an attitude and told us dessert would be on her and a manager would be over .

A manager never came to the table and dessert was not offered. Instead the waitress just placed the check in the middle of the table. The meals that…

F. Chang’s used to be my favorite restaurant. My fave dish was the chicken lettuce wraps. I had ordered them for yrs with no Mushroom or water chestnuts. The last few years they won’t make them that way as everything is made up front and u can’t get just the chicken. Why?

I ordered these constantly but don’t go now (want to) if I can’t have the lettuce wraps made w/o mushroom/water chestnuts. WA refused. Please help!!

My parents and I visited the Tysons corner location today to celebrate Father’s Day. We have not been to P.F. Chang’s in several years because the one closest to us had closed quite some time ago. Our server was great and we have no complaints regarding him. Unfortunately, two things happened. One, the Buddha’s feast item that we ordered literally had five very small, barely visible pieces of tofu and absolutely no flavoring, it is hard to believe that this item was newly revamped on the menu again, once we got home – about an hour later – both my mom and I had upset stomachs (TMI alert: diarrhea).

It was something vegetarian as my mom didn’t have the shrimp.

We were incredibly disappointed all around.

Despite food being high quality and server being very good- Chang let down by the 2 meals coming out at different times, both came out before the drinks, high prices ($99 including enforced tip), then server went on break and nobody wanted to process the check. Eventually a Manager came out but he was uninterested in anything that had to say.

F. Chang’s at Perimeter Mall in Georgia. F. Chang’s In Columbia MD where we live and have NEVER had a bad in-house or take-out. The GA take-out was a disaster! The egg rolls were old and cold, totally inedible! The combination lo mein was BURNT and inedible!

The miso salmon was overcooked! The honey shrimp was overcooked and cold. My son only lives 5” from this location. There was no excuse for this type of preparation! I never will use this restaurant again! You need to evaluate this location.

We went to the restaurant at La Cantera in San Antonio. A major problem was the we were give a dinner menu and not a lunch menu. This happened to everyone. It was 11:30 AM. Why was everyone given a dinner menu which was much more expensive? Also the music was way too loud to talk to someone in a normal voice at the same table. We had an excellent server, Jayden?, and were very pleased with his service. He was cheerful and attentive.

At the very least, both the lunch and dinner menus should be given to the customers. Dorothy

I had an issue with one of the employees there she is a female to go girl named Layleh. She seemed a little bit rude and was condescending towards another employee who is a male older guy probably in his 30s with glasses who was a busser or food runner. He was very helpful to me he should be appreciated, thanked, and rewarded for is wonderful hard work and great customer service.

Changs in Fairfax Virginia gave me absolutely terrible customer service. The delivery order is now an hour overdue and the person I called on the phone did everything she could to keep me from getting her to check to see if the food was even being prepared. I was on hold with her for over 15 minutes before she cut me off. The guests have left and now I'll be stuck with a bunch of food that will get tossed, if it even shows up at all. Total cost was $168 which is a lot to toss.

I arrived and sat at the bar, and the Bartender never acknowledged my presence even though we made eye contact several times. He then left the bar area and had a woman bring me a menu and she told me that I could use the bar code.

I felt that he didn't want to serve me and the only reason I could think of is because of my ethnicity. I left the establishment and called, speaking with Amera explaining what occurred. Amera stated I would receive a call back the following day.

I have never received a call. I went to the establishment nextdoor today to pick up food and decided to follow up myself. I spoke with the host asking her for the corporate e-mail address explaining what had occurred. She asked me for a pin, I did not have one.

Had dinner last night in Orland Park, had a 7pm reservation and waited 35 minutes for our table. Upon ordering egg drop soup BIG tureen all 6 bowls were dirty, had to wait for new bowls and by this time the soup was barely warm.

Upon eating it all of us agreed it was like eating water . NO flavor!! Meals were poor, grizzly mongolian beef with little flavor, Chang’s Spicy chicken lacked flavor and Kung Pao chicken the same . Very disappointing!!!

Joined waiting list at Maple Grove, MN location. Arrived 30 min. Later and checked in and was told it would be 10 minutes to be seated. After waiting 30 minutes, asked how much longer. Was told the waiting list didn’t really exist and all reservations were seated first.

Used the excuse that the woman who checked me in was new and didn’t know this. No apology, no offer to be seated. Why have a wait list if it doesn’t exist? And just tell the truth about the wait. And acknowledge a mistake.

Needless to say we left and will probably never be back.

Hi all. My wife and I have been loyal patrons since PFC opened in the mid 2000’s in Virginia Beach, Town Center.. com is my wife’s rewards email) I have been to over 15 different locations. Virginia Beach is where it started for us.

So I was back here visiting old home, and was introducing the food to a friend. I did something I’ve never done before is I ordered ahead to pick up my takeout at 8 PM. I made it to the restaurant at 8:02… But when I got the food home, it appeared that two of the plastic containers had been microwaved.

So while the food is good… I didn’t feel like it was spot on. ) I’m pretty sure they had warmed my food back up in the take out container. Anyway, I was disappointed. I. LOVE PFC’s, so I was sorry that this “take out“ meal was not top quality for my friend.

I live in Cumming, Georgia. Last night I requested my daughter, who lives in Roswell, Georgia, to go to PF Chang in Alpharetta and bring me Wong Tong soup. She purchased two bowles of the soup. One bowl had five sliced mushrooms and two small pieces of chicken, ment leaves and the rest was liquid.

The other bowl contained four slices of mushrooms and a few mint leaves. The bowles of soup were not the quality of soup I have purchased in the past.

Sub-par food, quality and service. Quite disappointing. Lettuce on the lettuce wraps were wilted, sushi could not be picked up with chopsticks due to its poor quality, which also lacked fresh flavor. Not enough plates or services to accommodate the guests once food was served until, I track down a hostess to retrieve enough settings.

Very noisy and difficult to understand instructions to accommodate payment online at the table. Very inconvenient. After numerous attempts, unable to process payment at table through cell phone . fortunately, I had enough cash at hand to compensate the $200 bill . Very unimpressive meal..

Horrible Christmas dinner! I called in our order for our Christmas meal on 12/23/22 @ 12:30pm and told Kimberly, associate who answered the phone, my order which I wanted to pick up at Carlsbad, CA location on 12/24/22 @ 11am.

(By the way, Kimberly sounded half asleep). I ordered two pepper steak dinners and requested fried rice vs white rice. I was told fried rice has eggs, carrots, and julienne onions in it. I asked to add chicken in one side of fried rice and beef and chicken in other side.

"Sure, no problem" sleepy Kimberly told me. I also ordered a cup of wonton soup with pork wontons. Not a difficult order at all. I arrived promptly at 11am 12/24/22 to pick up our order and was also charged for two fried rice dinners.

I placed carryout order between 515 -530pm on 12-20 did not get order till well after 6pm when i got home with the order i ended up calling back to tell them two orders of sesame chicken two pieces of brocoli that were brown it wasnt from the sauce because there was NOT any sauce and the rice was very dried out brown rice.

We had a 60th birthday party last night at your Stoney Point, Richmond Virginia restaurant. I booked there because it is one of my husbands favorite place. We ordered 3 different appetizers in which we waited almost 15 minutes for the last one.

There were 10 tables that needed the best clean. The hostness suggested to order to go. Customers were waiting for online and waiting on orders placed in the restaurant. The floor was very dirty. It was 9:00 pm when I placed my orders and received it at 9:55.

I wanted to cancel ,but I was trying to be patience. The hostness started cleaning to glass doors instead of checking on orders. She was very frustrated when customers kept coming in. I would like to be reimbursed for the inconvenience of having to wait and or dirty work space.

Well for the last month I have purchased your frozen bowls from Kroger's. Every time I put them in the microwave and remove them, and pull the film back from the carton, the carton falls apart and it gets into my food. It is very sad.

Maybe the corporation should rethink the packaging.

Went into Toms river location on 9/30/2022. I ordered the beef and broccoli. The meat was tasteless, dry, and didn't even resemble beef. There was way to much sauce, that was over salted and way touch ginger. My son had he sesame chicken, which was a little better but also dry.

No sauce what so ever. Food quality was that of Apple bees. I had the feeling everything was microwaved. Will never go back. What a waste of $68.

The food has changed over the years and not for the better. This use to be my favorite spot and I normally visit the location in Va Bch, Virginia. I think that they either changed management or ownership. They definitely need to do better.

Before this change, the food was usually fresh and I loved the crab wantons. I recently ordered some tofu and broccoli, the broccoli weren’t sautéed but instead boiled or something. The food is just not good anymore. I just had to provide feedback because I have been so disappointed for my recent visits.

They definitely need to work on improving the food.

I placed an online order for delivery from the Cerritos, CA location to be delivered in South Gate at 11:16 am. I never received my order and my lunch had begun at 2 pm. I was not a happy customer and I am diabetic and I needed to eat.

My order # 11382141656432646 on 7/20/22 Check: 5560036. My order was not just a cheap lunch. I want a $50 gift card and the person who delivered my order written up. If they’re lost contact the customer and my cell number was listed.

Last, I was informed by the Cerritos location they will further investigate and call me back. No call back to check on me or anything.

I ate at PF Chang restaurant in Rancho Mirage yesterday. Our waiter was great, however he brought me the wrong glass of wine. He asked me if I wanted the small or large glass. I told him I wanted the smaller one.

My friend ordered the same as I did) however he forgot to ask her what size she wanted. He brought us both the large glass, which we were not aware that it was the large size. When our bill came we noticed that we were both charged the price of the large class.

We spoke with our waiter, he immediately apologized and said he needed to ask the manager to make the adjustments. I couldn’t drink the whole amount but my friend did. When the manager ROSA came over she refused to change the charge for my friend because she drank the whole pour.

I would like to report that at the sugarland location the managers are ALLOWING sick employees to work and hand us our food, while they were handing us food they were talking and gaging like they were going to throw up all over us, if a worker is sick they SHOULN’T be working for any reason what so ever it is absolutely horrible to see a place I’ve been going to for YEARS treat an employee with much little care
