Order number:985555 Store 1472 Merrillville IN 46410 Order 14537712747446272 Dec 3 1:40pm I ordered the walnut shrimp Panda bowl. The shrimp or delicious.

However the reason for giving this three stars is because there was only one single walnut. Otherwise I would definitely have given it five stars.

13046 Hwy 33, Gustine, CA 95322, Time 9:40am, female customer with red dyed hair. Store opened 9:35, only 2 items on the ready to serve. I asked if this were the only item’s available she ignored us completely. Once she attended to us I asked if this was all that was made, she said yea. She was super dismissive.

I asked if she worked here she said yea. Wife told me let’s go I asked for her store number she waved me off and rolled her eyes. This is the face of Panda Express, rude opens late, no prepared food.

Hi, I am providing this complaint and refund request regarding the order #907857 that I placed an order (10/15/2022) at 14220 Centreville Square, Centreville, VA 20122 via Panda Express mobile website/app. I ordered a 'Bigger Plate' and chose three sides (Broccoli Beef, Grill Teriyaki Chicken, and Beijing Beef) along with half fried rice and half Chow Mein, but my Chow Mein and

Beijing Beef are not included in my bag, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken came without teriyaki sauce, and the broccoli beef are in wet and soggy condition. I have also ordered a 'Plate' with half Chow Mein and half Friend Rice with Grilled Teriyaki Chicken and Beijing Beef, but this plate did not even come along with the bag.

52 in total including tax. This was my first time ordering food at Panda Express through mobile…

The girl that was working the window had a nasty attitude. I told her I had a coupon for a 22 oz free Dr Pepper. She told me they did not have that size. Then proceeds to get an attitude with me.

This is the second time I have had to write to Panda Express. Today while I was at the West Jordan Utah Store at 6910 S Redwood Road the customer service was horrendous. An older woman that was a head of me was trying to order off a advertisement postcard she received in the mail.

The young lady kept yelling at her (this is not our store). The older women kept showing the young lady the address but instead of helping her the employee just kept yelling at her (this is not our store).

Finally the older lady turned to me and the man that was next to me and said (what am I doing wrong). We looked at the address and realized the store she wanted was 10 blocks north of the store we were at.

Would it really have hurt to be kind to the lady and explain to her what me and the other customer…

Panda Express has gotten so bad!!! Manager very rude tells me I did not come in at 10 to place a order!!! There was 3 people ahead of me!! Went to store next door came back nothing!!! I had to wait 15 min never sweet sour chicken done at 10!!! The chicken was dark meat suppose to be white!!! Was hard as a rock. This is not the first time I have had bad service. The manager at Panda Express in Omaha, Ne on 72nd Dodge! I’m the drive thru as I finished ordering the guy asked me if I would like to donate. I let him know nicely no. Then he asks me again to donate 20 to round it up to a dollar.

I proceed to tell him “no thank you” his response to me was “Hopefully you would like to save lives next time” . As a manger that was very disrespectful and you shouldn’t try to make people feel bad to donate.

On top of that it wasn’t my money to choose to donate or not. ” I’m tired of constant people with no customer skills being able to get away with things.

I ordered today for pick up at 5:15pm at Fitzgerald and Appian, California. When I arrived on time, I was told that my order would be ready in 2 minutes. 21 minutes later I finally received a version of my order.

That store was a disaster!! No manager on site, workers were not helpful. Kept telling me they were waiting on greens as I watched 2 different pans of greens come out. I will NEVER order or enter that store again!!

They need customer service training. Not a good rep for the company.
