Panera Bread

On 8/16/2023 about 10:30 am I went to Panera bread in the women's Katz building at LIJ hospital to pick up a coffee I had ordered. The manger on shift was in front of the window where The customer (I) would puck the ticket and ask for my coffee cup.

The ticket was not printed. I asked Dari Ramlakhan (Manager) to please locate my ticket. she said she did not see it on the table. So I asked how can I retrieve it from the app to show that I did order.

She just answered "Its in the app" and proceeded to ignore me. I had to go to a cashier lady to help me find the receipt since the manger would not help me. As I waited for my cup, I was a witness to Ms.

I was at fishinger rd. Panera for lunch . When I was leaving I tripped over the rubber mat rug and almost flew through the glass door . It was lunch time and I landed really hard. 8 customers came over to see if I was alright and help me up.

I sat there a while kinda shook me up , There was not one employee that asked for help . The one customer got the manager , he didn’t Ask if I was ok or , spilled my pop and Offer me another one nothing !!!!!

He just walked away , The customers were really mad, He’s new and not very friendly anyway, But I’ve been in retail 40 years and customer service is long gone . …

Hello. You have a store in Piedmont hostpital in Atlanta GA. And 8 -10ths of your business is hostpital employees. I just canceled my sip club subscription. There was some young customers using the two ordering stations. Myself and two other employee's were patiently waiting.

While a seated customer told us there was no cashier available. Then a Panera employee came from the back. One of my fellow employees ask if he could take the order. And he stayed he was too busy. All I wanted was a large cup to get a soda. This is ridiculous.

You can't do everything electronically. You need the human element.

I used the Panera app to order a whole steak and cheese sandwich. ” I went to the grocery store and got food instead. Then I noticed a $21 charge on my credit card. Figuring I’d eat it later, I went and picked it up.

Second time my order was incorrect despite a verification slip on the bag that it was correct.

This company or someone resigned me up for unlimited sips I guess. I had a random charge from panera at 4 am for 12 something dollars. So I emailed customer service. I NEVER eat here. They won't return my money.

I never used the subscription it charged me and I emailed as soon as it did. I never got a mail saying I was being charged or anything. I di not agree to this and they are being extremely dishonest and I will never even try the food now bc of it.

And will make sure I share this with as many people as possible to make sure they all know how this business is. Bc now I'm having to file a dispute w the bank and am ging to be out the money for a new card.

And I have a 100 bulb for a headlight I need to do my job. That I can't buy bc I hadexactly enough but now I don't bc of this crap…

, Ross Township, PA, 15237. I have supported this location since it opened. I was completely disappointed in what I experienced. There were female employees hanging around just talking to each other. One girl had her hip and upper leg resting on the top of a low counter part.

Her foot was swinging infront of the paper glass dispenser under where she was sitting. My friend went into the men's room. The towel dispenser wasn't working. He went to get napkins near the drink station but it was empty.

When we went to find a booth, all the empty ones were dirty. We cleaned our own booth. The family that sat in the next booth had to clean their's also. Since there was enough employees working to serve and clean, I decided to complain to the manager.

The turkey chili was good (beans were a little too hard); however, the Frontega Chicken Sandwich was not as good as usual. It was missing the mozzarella cheese and chipotle sauce. The Mission Valley , CA Panera used to be so good.

Since the Covid pandemic, this location has been inferior. Menu items don't taste as good as before, and they are frequently running out of ingredients. A few months ago, they ran out of all types of bread and could not make any sandwiches!

On Sunday my husband and I were at the Settlers Ridge store # 202334 having our lunch when out of no where I was hit in the face with a glob of mayo. The workers behind the counter of the cooking area were playing around and it got out of hand.

I spoke to the manager on duty I believe her name was Carla only said to me sorry. I guess she figured that was enough. I left and I am positive that I will NEVER go back to that location.

I understand that the kids behind the counter can have fun but not at the expense of the customer being involved with the there fun and games.

I decided to go get a egg white and spinach breakfast sandwich..... I asked for them to put it on ciabatta..... the lady taking my order even repeated me saying ciabatta...... this is frustrating bc it never fails every time I go to this panera they mess up.......

This is regarding the panera bread in Delaware, Ohio. I've never had any issues today. I had placed curbside order wait in car. I waited for 10 minutes; no one came out. I went inside and it had been sitting on the shelf. I love the oatmeal but today the strawberries in the oatmeal had gone bad. I had to throw them away.

I ordered on the kiosk large soup half sandwich as a guest in the store by shadyside hospital. No sandwich at first guy said he was sorry then once away from the store I opened the one sided bread sandwich and realized he just threw it in the bag.

I wanted tomatoes theres none and I have a small soup. Never have I paid 12 bucks for three bites of soup as it’s half empty. This store needs to be closed I pitched it as I didn’t know if it was eaten from waste of time and money

Hello, I came to this Panera Bread located at 1700 S University Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76107 on July 29th 2022. My order was scheduled to be picked up inside at around 9:05 PM. I came around 8:55 PM to pick it up.

A group of friends have been meeting every Thursday at the Ventura, CA Panera Bakery. There were 14 of us but since we started about 13 years ago (I've been in the group for 11 years), but five men died and one woman died, and one woman left the area. During the pandemic we had Zoom meetings on Thursdays, but this January we went back to our usual Panera place and ate on the patio. When we started all different employees were there. We generally have 6 to 8 women who attend regularly.
