I bought a beautiful canister set. White with sea shells on it. I broke a piece. There were none left, I asked the cashier she sent a young man to go look. You had a piece actually 2. I wanted to buy them.

Then the "manager" said that I couldn't buy it. It was a part of a set. So I asked her if she was going to throw it away. She said maybe. Who would it hurt for me to have bought it?

To whom concern, My name is Tangy Tannehill . I was there on Saturday (July 23,2023) I’m from Birmingham,Al. My husband ordered 2adult dinners : roasted chk,cf pork chops,collard greens ,MAC & cheese, green beans and white rice. The roasted chk was sent back because it was bloody.

The waitress (5107 Sencerit ) apologized for it when she took it away to go get more. The second plate of roasted chicken was also bloody. So we were very upset about our meal . I asked for the ticket so the young bought the ticket and my husband gave her he’s military card for his discount .

The mangers took $10 off of the meals which was understatement cause she said that’s all she could do. My husband served our country which she went to say that all she would do is the $10 off the bloody chicken.

Went to restaurant in BRANSON and food was cold. They brought out fresh food but food still cold could not eat. Talked to manager and she really didn’t seem to care. Paid for 2 meals we could not eat. Feel I should not have been charged for meal.

Ate there before and food was hot and good very disappointed this time when I went.

I went to your restaurant on May 26 for my birthday expecting to receive my free birthday dinner. This was the one in Foley, Alabama. They would not honor it because they said we do not live in Foley but you say it also includes Escambia County Florida and I live in Pensacola and in that county.

I didn't know this when I went because I knew fro a friend who went down for birthday and got the free dinner. The host kept saying they do not honor this. I hist called and talked to a manager and she would not make it right.

This is poor business practice.

The food was good and service in Branson was okay. 99 for 5 people and not being able to take leftovers out. I can see if we had ordered seconds but we didn’t. I would not go back. 24 on April 22,23. 99 in the store. 00. Abigail was are server.

I worked here as an employee but was fired after reporting roaches in the men and women restroom and various other customers also complained about finding roaches in their food. I also had an employee argue with me on a multitude of occasions and when I reported it to management they fired me. I was instructed to call the health department.

We visited the Paula dean in pigeon forge on 11/8/22. We had a horrible experience, Our waiters name was Wade. #1 we came for the pork chops and cobbler mainly. We were informed that both were unavailable. #2 when we ask him for seconds he acted like it was a inconvenience.

To get further refills we had to ask other waiters. And then we we’re brought the wrong food and he seemed to get upset. Didn’t get refills on water. Never offered us desert we had to ask him. Then was told they were out of containers for to go desert.

We have visit there multiple times over several years and have never had a problem. 00 per person with tax u would get a little better service than that.

We would often visit your restaurant at OWA in Foley. But the last 3 times we have been have been very disappointed in the food quality. The chicken were extremely dry and over cooked, the chicken and dumplings were not good at all, they change the dumplings… and tasted horrible.

And once my favorite reason for going was you biscuits and they have been disappointing the last few times .. this last time they were very hard. 00 for bad food… that’s a lot of money for someone to put out for the food not to be good.

I do not normally express my opinion on website but since we were so disappointed I feel I need to say something maybe you need to be aware of. On oct 6 I drove my husband and 11 year old granddaughter to Pigion Forge Tn to the Paula Dean restaurant at the Island for dinner.

First visit we were all disappointed We paid little over $100 that included tip for 2 meats and 4 veg choices chicken,pot roast,green beans,corn, mashed potatoes and okra and an ice water,tea and a sprite. my granddaughter who is 11 and eats very little only eat some rice from potroast and 2 bites of mashed potatoes.

The mashed potatoes were so thin you could not even pick up with a fork they were terrible the green beans were full of strings the pot roast was cooked so much it was almost mush the only veg that was…

My family and I are visiting from North Carolina I am here with my husband my parents my son and daughter-in-law four grandchildren the youngest one being 14 months old. We had dinner on 8/8/22 Paula deans restaurant less than three hours after our meal we were all violently ill throwing up while having diarrhea at the same time.

While I am a nurse I still decided to call the local urgent care explained our situation and was told it sounded like a classic case of food poisoning as was what I was thinking myself. We recently had dinner at your Paula Deen Restaurant in Branson, MO and our experience was way below par. The quality of the food was just not very good ,especially for the price we paid to eat there. The food was bland.

Example; her cream corn (which was wonderful the last time we dined there) was just like a can of creamed corn was opened and heated. My husband had the ribs and they were not good. The brocolli casserole was just bad.

she did not listen to our needs. We were out $60 for a Sub par meal and won't be returning the next time we are in the area.

The restaurant was very clean, service was great but the food was terrible for the 4 of us (My brother and his girlfriend treated us) they spent over $100.00.

It was a great disappointment!

It was our choice between your restaurant and Wolf Bay Lodge (and we had eaten there a few times) never been disappointed there- we could see it out the window.

Please take steps to improve the food quality, we know what it can be!

We raved about the food in Savanna, but was embarrassed with the food for them!

Now my wife and I ate at the restaurant in Savanna a few years ago and really enjoyed our food there, I and my wife would give that restaurant 5/5 stars! A great experience!

We absolutely love Paula and have had great experiences at many of her restaurants. We visited the creek house restaurant in savanah today and we’re so disappointed. From only 15 tables in one small section being open to 1 hour wait to get a table.

2 hours after we were seated and the food would make Paula cry. Staff moves slower than a turtle. Tables set 30 minutes after people leave before they are cleaned for the next poor soul that was waiting a hour for one of the 15 tables being used.

2 of the dining areas closed for .. he really needs a bath. Looked very dirty. Please please please send someone to save this beautiful place Paula has created. Just not being very well taken care of. She would not be happy.

This is no where near the level of all off her other restaurants.

We went to eat at the Myrtle Beach restaurant a vacation we so looked forward to because of Paula Deen. We had a wait to be seated which was fine we expected it. I asked can we go into store while we wait.

We were told if you plan on purchasing if not stay outside of store. I said yes we will purchase. I purchased $70 worth. My son in law said to me to pick anything and he will get for my birthday. I chose a cookbook.

He purchased that and other items. $45 worth of stuff including my cookbook. So we waited at bottom of escalators cause it was close to being called up. My son in law came to me and handed me the cookbook he purchased and said happy Birthday I said thanks and put in my bag.

I have loved my red speckled Paula Deen stock pot. One day, I did drop it and some of the enamel chipped off both the top and the top side of the pot. Though I was disappointed in myself for dropping it, I thought that the chip would just remain a chip. That did not happen. The chip kept flaking off enamel into food I was preparing, so made the pot impossible to use :( I remember the 'old' enamelware that would chip and simply remain a chip; it did not continue to flake off into food. I am wondering if I can get a replacement on the pot or a gift certificate to purchase a different product from you. I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you in advance. I am emailing for an elderly lady that I have been caring for about 8 years. She has been buying merchandise from the Deen family for years and has spent thousands of dollars on the networks that sell merchandise. She bought a 12 piece pot and pan set and one of the strainer lids on a 4 and a half quart Dutch Oven shattered while she was cooking potatoes.

I tried to help her through the network and customer service and they said it was not their problem but the manufacturers. It is guaranteed for a year. It was bought in April of this year and she feels as if she is getting the run around with this Deen brothers cook set.

This is my second time bringing my family to Paula Deens in Panama City Beach but it will be our last. The first visit was on 5/30 and was a mediocre experience due to an immature bus person that was hanging all over our waitress, cutting her off as she was talking to us and being loud and obnoxious.

Unfortunately no matter how many time the waitress asked her to stop, she continued during our whole meal. Tonight, my family and i went back in and was waited on by the same young lady. 5qt air fryer's which were not cheap. i purchased them thru evine and 1 mine just quick working they are just over 1 year . i would think miss paula deen would replace this for me. i use it quite often and have told everyone i know who is thinking about a air fryer how great her product is.

Yesterday I ordered the Take Out Easter dinner for 8. The order came in complete- missing over three main items. When bringing this up to the general manager of this establishment in Fairfield Texas location, I was insulted by the compensation offer Plus I didn't appreciate the sarcasm when I was told by the general manager that Paula Deen wouldn't want me to have a bad experience as he chuckled.

Because of this issue occurring I did not enjoy the food and as they say this experience itself can ruin everything which is what happened in my case. Corporate office needs to know exactly what's going on and they're different establishments.

I had bought an air fryer from evine and the warranty is about to expire. I have been sending e-mails to customer service sent a complaint on facebook that would of come from joe case. It has been now about 2 months and no one and I mean no one is getting back with me, My basket is peeling off in the inside and this is sign of a poor product.

Upon our first ever visit to a restaurant of yours we visited your location in SC. For 2 days we were extremely excited to eat there. Upon being seated we were told by our waitress that no food could be taken out.

This “policy”, as we were informed it was, was no where to be found on the website prior to our visit. I completely understand if we were to place a 2nd request for food then turn around and ask for doggie bags or boxes, I get it that people do take advantage that way, however I am not one of them.

Hi I want you to know how much I've enjoyed your cooking shows in years past. I think you are a genuinely nice person and great Southern cook. But my girlfriend and I went to your restaurant at the Bass Pro Shop in San Antonio,Texas and it was awful.

The kinds of food you used to cook live on TV was not what we got at your restaurant. The biscuit and fried catfish were really good but the sides like creamed potatoes were cold, the squash casserole had tough squash and was tasteless.

The collard greens were old and had no taste. The chicken patty with mushrooms was not seasoned unless you dipped every bite into the sauce. We were hoping it was going to be a place we would love to come back to.

A very disappointing experience in San Antonio, last Friday evening. The food is obviously not made fresh on premises. All sides except fried okra appetizer were cold. Roast beef looked like dog food. Our catfish came out 15 minutes after meal was served.

Just expected something entirely different from the Paula Deen brand. Our server was a darling young man trying very hard to please, but he can't control the kitchen, I suppose. Thanks for your time

I'm sure you don't have anything to do with this, but perhaps you should, since it's YOUR PRODUCT. 5 Air Fryer. I ordered it 7 weeks ago, after I received an email saying it was back in stock and available.

) I was told my Air Fryer would be "in my home no later than May 11th". I waited a few weeks, and then started checking the status. still said it would arrive by May 11th. checked again Monday, May 7th. yep, still coming tomorrow.. Yahoo ! Finally !.

Today, May 10th, I received an email saying my product was no longer available and they were cancelling my order !!! the place is offering it today !. And the accessories. Says it's available now. Says it can arrive as early as May 22nd.

My family was looking forward to going to your restaurant in Myrtle Beach. We went for my husband's birthday, January 7, 2018. There was no wait and we were seated right away. Ordered our meal and while waiting for it 3 or 4 employees were cleaning a booth directly across from us.

This continued through our whole meal . They were sweeping the carpet with a broom that was directed right at our table. I mentioned it to a server that it really was not a great idea to be cleaning that way with people eating .

They said they understood, but went right back to it. I spoke to the Manager explaining my concerns. She shook her head rolled her eyes and said thanks for your input. That's it ? What a disappointing experience. Somewhat spoiled the occasion.

Tonight my husband and I decided to experience Paula Deans new restaurant in Myrtle Beach, SC. We had the unexpected wait of only 15 minutes! What a pleasant surprise. We ordered your famous fried chicken, chicken pot pie, pot roast, creamy mashed potatoes, creamed corn, squash casserole and coleslaw.

That was at 6:35 pm. We waited patiently and we were told by our waitress that it would be a little while longer for our food. At 7pm she told us it would be about 10 more minutes as they ran out of fried chicken.

Saturday September 2 my wife and I went to the Myrtle Beach store at Broadway at the Beach. We sat and waited for a table for seventy five minutes to eat which was fine. I understand its new and extremely busy.

It would have been nice to show Southern hospitality by providing possibly sweet tea or something to make the experience pass by. Our waitress did a good job with us. We found the food disappoinitng. We were expecting the food to pop.

On Sunday 27th Aug appron 4pm I visited your small home store in Gatlinburg with my family. We are visiting from England and have stayed in Pigeon Forge for 14days. We were served by an elderly gentleman who was an absolute star and was asking us where we were from?

I made vegetable soup in my large spotted stew pot. Love the look. After cooking I went to wash it and found that in 3 spots in the bottom of the pan the enamel was off and black was showing.

I purchase a Paula dean I call it a stock pan the big one I use to make soup and the enamel on the inside of the pan on the bottom. It has a very big spot that has come off can't use it anymore was so happy to get it but you had to watch the food would stick on bottom.

I pay a lot of money and did not use it very often only use it when I made soup so dis pointed after buying it. I hope Paula reads this complaint!
