I confirmed my hours and it didn’t go to my pay card. I called my local people ready branch and asked if they could add the money to my card and I was told that she didn’t even see my hours in the system and that she would have to talk to the manager and have her resubmit the hours. This happens often and it’s ridiculous I depend on that money to put gas in my car and buy food for my family and now we have to figure something else out because I still haven’t been paid yet.

The ladies in office of suffolk branch are very rude and disrespectful I accepted a job the I was removed saying it belong to someone else not fair if it's on my available jobs I should be able to accept and not be removed

Customer service in the kearny area is horrible I drive 30 miles for them to be open but the door locked . The one black lady in kearny also suspended me after she lied to me giving me the run around like always and today was just not the day for that .

Lacey at the Pensacola, FL office is rude every single time she answers the phone. I accepted a Job this morning for the Bay center and let Michael know and Lacey that me and my husband need the money but we will need to leave slightly early for an appointment this afternoon.

They never provide accurate work assignments, pay on time , are in the office during posted hours and get jobs that are anything more than the jobs that no one can do for less than fair wage. The employers are not looking to hire just get work done that they can keep peolple doing because it's not physically possible to do that full time. It 's out of the normal physically existing repetitive and dangerous work. Injuries are not avoid able dueto nature of work. Then when you start confronting then about the hipocracy they tell you you are no long able to work out of that office. It's true. This company treated me very unfairly I was working on a construction site with nothing but men and had a steady ticket to go out until I refused to sweep off a balcony that had no railing and was about four feet off the ground I told the customer I felt like it was a safety risk and it seems like I was not put on a repeat ticket after that a person should have the right to refuse to be out in a dangerous situation and say no and not be retaliated against because of safety
