I bought a phillips tv September 2022. Around the last week of July 2023 the tv began not working properly. The screen would completely fade to black after powering it on. When I bought the tv, I bought the extended warranty.

I have called customer service and have documented them all l, to try to get the tv either repaired or replaced and I keep getting g the run around. They have not followed through anything they told me they were doing.

They did manage to get a technician to come look at the tv and he said the tv screen is gone and the tv needs replaced. When I called customer support to follow up on that, they had no record of the arrangement of the tech looking at the tv.

I called them again today and someone was supposed to call me back before end of business , still no call…

I wish I could give a less than 1 star review, because it’s true.

I got the Phillips latte go machine and was so excited for it. About 2 months after receiving it, it stopped working but was still under warranty.

In may of 2023 I sent it off to Phillips to get serviced and they told me 2-4 weeks and I would have it back.

It’s not almost September of 2023 and I still do not have my coffee machine back.

I call almost daily and the customer service team comes up with some excuse to push me off. They say they are expediting the situation and they are not. I have called almost 30 times and still no progress is made and they won’t let me talk with anyone higher up.

I have never had such bad customer service and will never purchase from Phillips again.

It has been a true nightmare to get a refund from Phillips.

First the item I purchased was of poor quality and not what was advertized. After returning an items, i have called customer service a dozen times to get an update and i either get hang up or disconnected! Worse customer service ever!

Personally I will never purchase another Phillips product. I purchased a 56” tv for my daughters 21st birthday. When she plugged it in, there was a black vertical line down the middle of the screen. I tried to take it back to Walmart where I bought it, but they said they couldn’t help me.

I had purchased a warranty through Walmart and they couldn’t help me. They said it was too soon. I had to contact the manufacturer. Boy that was a nightmare.

First it took two weeks before anyone ever responded to me and there was no number to call. After two weeks, they started asking me for different paperwork which I obliged. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a Philips toothbrush I purchased from Costco website last year. Despite being less than a year old, the toothbrush has already stopped functioning properly. I attempted to contact the Philips warranty department and uploaded a receipt as proof of purchase, but unfortunately, it was failed.

Following this, I reached out to customer service who name is Angeli for assistance. The representative asked me to provide a valid proof of purchase is an itemized receipt or document. She assured me that I would receive a response within three to five business days. However, today marks the fifth day, and I have yet to hear anything back from Philips customer service.

Philips Remediation process regarding health-risky CPAP performance has been the worst imaginable. They give me a choice of a $25 check for my machine, or continue the process for the chance of a replacement. I took my faulty CPAP machine in for a $150 repair, and it is now my back-up/travel machine and works properly There is NO recovery available for someone in my circumstance.

Philips makes it nearly impossible to contact them, unless you want to generate a note to India. I am DONE with Philips products. They all seem to fail before their expected life expectancy.

Today is March 27th 2023. In February I purchased a Beard Trimmer from Philips the model number is MG5700. When I went to charge it the 1st time I could not get the cord to plug into the trimmer. I actually thought that I had actually thrown away the charging cord because it WOULD NOT PLUG INTO THE TRIMMER, so I ordered a new cord.

I ordered the cord number printed on the trimmer it said to use only cord number A00390. I ordered the new cord and it came in in about 4 days but guess what it would not plug into the trimmer either.

So now I have 2 cords identical to each other but neither one will plug into the trimmer. It is hard to explain but the end of the trimmer where the power cord plugs in has 2 prongs that stick out and then there is a divider between the prongs.

My first CPAP machine was a Phillips Dream Station. I liked it, and subsequently, purchased two more stations so that I would have one at home, one at the cabin, and one at the fire station so as to not have to constantly be transporting just one. With the recall, I filled out every form you requested, without fail, and received confirmation codes 2021062601335271, 2021062601334805, and 2021062601343932. The first one, ending in 5271 was replaced finally, last month. When I try to check on the other two, I receive a message that says "The information you have entered does not match the device registration on file." I don't know how that can be as it is your confirmation number.

Subject: Complaint about faulty French Earphones

Dear Philip Company,

I am writing to make a complaint about the faulty French earphones I recently purchased.

I bought the earphones from a Philip Company store in french three weeks ago with the intention of using them for personal listening. However, I soon discovered they were not working correctly and contacted for help. They told me the earphones were made in France and were not eligible for repair in Israel.

This is very disappointing and I feel I have been misled by the store. I paid a considerable amount of money for the earphones and would have expected them to last longer than three weeks. I am asking Philip Company to provide a refund or an exchange for a similar product.

Reference recall : CPAP System One SN P10118919 OF46. Confirmation 2022062001152542 For over a year I have been repeatedly promised a replacement. To date I have not received one.

On 2/1/23 I again contacted Philips and was promised that a new CPAP would be shipped to me immediately and that an email would be sent confirming this and stating a shipping date. Nothing has been sent.

I am very disappointed in Philips and question the company's veracity and intent. I will file complaints with the proper regulatory agencies if Philips fails to honor it's commitment immediately.

Recently purchased one of your top-of-the-line shavers, the Philips 9000 Series. When the shaver came there was no charging stand which I thought was a mistake, later I found it was an accessory. I have purchased less expensive Philips shavers (3000 Series) and they always came with a charging stand.

Sorry to say but I find that unacceptable, never thought I would see the day when Philips would nickel and dime its customer. Thanks for listening

I have been informed that my CPAP recall (Confirmation # 2021091401865756) has been processed but nothing can be shipped until a new prescription has been sent in. Apparently your people were unable to connect with my doctor - probably since he is now semi-retired and only has office hours on 2 to 3 days during the week.

I mentioned this fact to my doctor during a recent office visit and he agreed to try and contact you but you have provided no mailing address or fax number with which to send this information to you. The only telephone number that you provide (888-511-2797) is WORTHLESS!

Was promised a machine in September. Didn't receive it. Called told me it would be December. Haven't received any information from Phillips. I'm having respiratory problems and sinus infections. I worried about using a machine that can cause cancer and other problems I have heard about.

I can't believe this company didnt refund the money so people could purchase a safer machine. I've used my machine since 2017. Why is Phillips still in business that knew about these machines and risk people's health. I can't afford to buy a new machine.

Model no: HD3027/62 Bought a Philips rice cooker at 2018. Within few months of usage, spoil. Bring it to service Center to exchange. It all works well until just now I want to cook rice.. it blinks from cook to keep warm whereby the rice is not cook at all.

I call to Philips SG for technical advice to troubleshoot. The customer service officer name as “Maire” told me May due to malfunction. I also know it May be faulty hence I ask for temp solution. I ordered this razor, which I will add to my images. As you can see this destroyed my leg. I noticed after my first use the foil was missing a section!!!!! I’m pretty furious at the way this ripped my skin, as I should be.

I called Phillips customer service to cancel my order 3 minutes after I realized I made a mistake in my order.

The support person was not authorized to cancel order!

She said you have to ship it to me, then I have to send it back and then Waite for my refund!

This is expensive for you to pay all this shipping and extra hassle for your employees.

Then their is the waste of my time!!!

What the heck is going on with your archaic Customer Service?

Bought a Philips TV a few months ago sound is out if sync. 2 months after contacting customer care still nothing has been rectified. They have asked me to do the same trouble shooting on at least 3 occasions. Really disappointed in Philips customer care.

After 2 months they told me they are sending out a USB to monitor it. This us after I sent them 3 videos showing the sound being out in it. It's really turned us off philips

Emails received from you and UPS that the parcel is on the way and yet I haven’t received anything. Tracking didn’t provide any information. Spoke to Philips customer services and was offered apologies and another 20% off a new purchase.

I have been given the run around by customer service for months now regarding a warranty replacement for a coffee machine. I was told to return the machine to Philips in April 2022 and that they would send a replacement.

Since then, multiple customer service reps have told me it shipped but was returned by shipping company, a supervisor would elevate the issue, they are checking with warehouse etc. I was unable to speak with a supervisor and told me they would call within 2 days.

In the past 2 years I have purchased 3 phillips norelco rotary electric shaving razors. 00 an hour for work. That's not easy to come by and support a family) All 3 of which have broken in some way shape or form.

The first the hinge and spring broke to open the face. The second I will say is more likely my fault from tapping it the sink to get the hair out. The bottom of the head cracked so the face wouldn't lock in any more.

The third literally stopped working 3 days after I bought it. Now that you know those things. I will make it quick. Ive used norelco razors for about 13 years. 2 of which lasted 10 years. Im not sure what to do.

The supposed expert was a joke. Offered no help what so ever, and made up information that absolutely cannot be true. We called in multiple time trying to fix this issue and got completely blown off as if we're liars.

Just complete dispresct and nobody will help anyone anymore. I'll never by another Philips item again, and will discourage others as well. The rep was caught in a lie, and when confronted about it, deleted the chats and ended the chat immediately, without so much as a goodbye.

An engineer took my 2 year old tv away to the TPV service depot for repair. (screen wouldn't turn on, died 2 days before warranty ended)

Purchased a Philips Sonicare Toothbrush directly from the Philips Sonicare webstore because they had a 20% discount coupon at the time.

The 20% discount code did not go through on THIER OWN SITE and when I called their "customer service" line, they assured me that if I placed my order the discount would be retroactively refunded to my credit card.

Here I am 2 and a half MONTHS after my purchase and still have not received the refund for the 20% discount. I have called Philips every week inquiring about it and they have done NOTHING but give me the run around. Excuses like "your case has been escalated, and you should have your refund in 3-5 days", "a supervisor will call you back in 24-48 hours", etc have been the routine responses.

I was expecting a dental rebate for $50 for a teeth whitening procedure that I never received. I have contacted Philips numerous times only for them to tell me the rebate has been issued and the check was received. I have never received a check from them and would like my rebate.

3/4 operators were useless and rude (yes it took 4 operators for this simple issue).

I specifically asked that a component not be ordered if not under warranty and it was still ordered. 11 USD and 15 USD shipping for a little nose trimmer attachment.

Be aware if you are ordering online that the customer service is bad, the accessories are way over priced and they are likely to misunderstand what you want in the order

I have bought a philips wireless presenter model no. SNP6000/97.

It says it is plug and play supported but its not I am above average pc user so I decided to update the drivers manually if I can find it anywhere.. I searched Microsoft drivers googled it on youtube philips website nothing the drivers are nowhere on Internet asper my knowledge.

So I contacted philips if they can provide me with drivers

UNFORTUNATELY I SPOKE TO ABOUT 10 PEOPLE ON 10 DIFFERENT PHILIPS CUSTOMER SERVICE NO. All are saying they dont provide service for this product.

My question is who provides the service for Philips products if not philips?

I have a philips sonicare toothbrush hx9360 150512 that stopped working altogether. I have been trying to get this issue resolved for about 2 weeks with Get Human, but can't get anywhere. I ve bought your Tablet from computer shop in Cairo. and they just tried the power button but never tried the sim cards openings ! At home as soon as i opened it i put the sim cards in their 2 places .. Tablet never SAW them or READ THEM . This has got to be the worst along aide Amazon, My iron broke last week the temperature gauge fell out almost scalding me from the water inside. I phoned 29th, after getting absolutely no where on your Facebook messenger. After 40 odd minutes on the phone arguing to get a supervisor on the phone because I couldn't understand the call taker (even though it's philips uk) she was most put out she had to leave her desk to walk to the phone.

I was in need of a tv for my bedroom and ended up reluctantly purchasing one of your 4k 55 inch tvs. Gotta be the worst tv I ever purchased. It will not connect with my wifi. After 2 months of working with this thing I'm at my wits end .

2017 as the previous shaver had stopped taking its charge. 2018 the same thing has happened again with the new one. I rang their consumer care team and spoke to Yota, she has refused to replaced this again. She claimed that the guarantee was valid from 2015 (which was the original shaver) so therefore was out of date. 2017.

We registered a complaint or LED TV on 4th oct, 2017 and till 27th oct the complaint have been not resolved. Customer care service have pathetic response, just giving numbers to contact and no one picking call. This is not the way to handle customer.

I have a pair of Philips A3 PRO headphones. All the documentation that came with them and everything online states that they have replaceable ear cushions that just twist off. I have tried and cannot remove them so they can be replaced.

Multiple contacts with their customer service just gets a standard cut and paste from the documentation even after an explanation that I have tried that. I have asked if these headphones actually have replaceable ear cushions and the documentation is incorrect. This is just ignored.

I have tried customer service in Australia and Hong Kong and after the first couple of emails they just ignore the problem. If I could give their service department 0 stars I would. This will be the last Philips product I ever buy

Phillips screeneo projector 1590 bought in October 2015, it began losing sound, once or twice during a film to begin with but got progressively worse. I bought new HDMI leads but did not solve the problem, I contacted Phillips and after constantly being passed around different departments, I was told the tech department would e-mail me with a solution.

I followed the instructions sent but this did not solve the problem, then the picture broke down, turning greed and faded.
