The employer came out at the store in bartlesville on the Westside of town just now told us we couldn't use the air pump that it was for her 18 wheelers mind u I just had a blow out show me where I can't use the air in the had book I am a tax payer and I get gas from this store every damn day

I bought a sweet tea that was spoiled as I always open a drink as I buy, but it was sour spoiled exchanged at counter for different 1. Was humiliated in front of people when worker John said me and my girl weren't allowed in because I opened my drink that I payed for at counter.

Regarding service station (I’m using that word loosely), at Cross Keys Road in Berlin,New Jersey.

I get gas here when I am in the neighborhood. I got gas the other day and I asked the worker to please clean my windshield. He said no, I can’t do that.

Is this Your policy towards customers? There was the water and the cleaning utensil sitting right there.

66 station in Parkville Mo on 9 hwy I,ve prepaid for fuel there , the last 2 times , $25 Both times the pump turns off at $24.25 It’s not as much as the money as it is the principal ! Gas is high enough without them ripping people off.

Half the pumps usually Don’t work , never have windshield fluid to clean your windshield while fueling up. Trash is alway full

I,m a small business owner & like supporting other small or family owned business. Obviously 66 is not a small company , but a lot of the placing selling your product are. This station make 66 look extremely bad !

Account #6502 7022 0176 2516. I have been unable to access my online account for many months, so I simply stopped using my card.. 00 gasoline charge. I have spent hours during the past ten days either on hold or with "Customer Service" attempting to get my online account active again.

The automated attendants and "Customer Service" representatives go through their scripts each time I call and always end up saying they will connect me to an online technician. They always come back on the line and say that they are "experiencing a high volume of calls" and I should call back.

Finally someone gave me a telephone number to call: (844-451-8663. When I called that number, I was told it is Chevron, not Phillips 66. I am requesting that you make any and all necessary corrections on your company…

Worst restrooms I've been to into in my life. It smelled so bad like urine it almost made me throw up. This was in Belen New Mexico

Asked the lady to do a lottery ticket and she extremely irritated about, huffing and rolling her eyes. Very poor customer service. Made it obviously clear that I was a big inconvenience to her.

Synchrony Bank who services Phillips 66 closed my account without notice because my mortgage payment was late once due to covid and was resolved by my bank. Stay away from any credit card serviced by Synchrony, also their customer service is operated by 3rd world countries, difficult to understand these people. I stopped at the Phillips 66 at 4206 NW Topeka Blvd, Topeka, KS 66617 about 30 minutes ago. When I walked in, there was one customer standing at the counter and one employee behind the counter. My daughter got a flat tire on her vehicle at 2am Christmas morning, she pulled into the Phillips 66 in Harrison Ar just south of town. The temperature was around -4. She ended up not having a jack and asked the manager on duty if it was ok to leave the truck and come back in the morning, which she was told no problem.

When she returned later Christmas morning the morning manager had her car towed. What kind of person has a car towed on Christmas for a flat tire? I am letting everyone I know and posting this on social media around here.

When I went to get gas at the station at 2110 S. Santa Fe in Chanute, Ks. so I went in and asked them if they were having trouble with that pump and told them the issue and they came back and said there was nothing they could do!!! SCAM????

I've had a very distasteful experience with the Philips 66 on Tom Ginnver store 33 in OFallon MO. The worker's by the name Theresa and Patty need to be retrained on customer service skills and ethics!! I've been going to the store over 4 years now and never encountered a problem like I have been within these last couple of months.

Theresa is very rude and impolite denied me services initially when I first met her due to me having on a robe and pajamas early morning run to the store around 6am. I then spoke with Teresa's manager Brent which did not handle the situation or speak to Teresa about her behavior because the behaviors are still continuing.

I will leave a review and letting locals know of the Injustice and racist and prejudice I have witness just by coming to you all store!

Doors are locked at noon time ( 12 pm) on Front Street, can't get a receipt for getting gas and NOBODY AROUND

I could have complained the last 5 times I filled up a rental car tank here, but I guess 6th time is a charm. I will just pay double the cost of gas from the rental car company now on, just to avoid coming here.

The pumps never accept my credit card. After processing for a full minute, it tells me to go inside. Where I wait in long lines for surly cashiers that are probably exhausted from all the complaints from customers like me.

Then I prepay (which is confusing if you never have to do it at good gas stations). Then they say you don't need to return to the counter after. Except, if you need a receipt, the machine asks you if you want a receipt, you say yes, wait, wait, then it says to go back inside.

There is a lady named marie that works for you at the I-35 and Chouteau location said when i asked her how her day was ,she said bad she was out of (dabs) i said what was dabs drugs she said and asked if i new where to get some and said she would make it worth my while I said no I don't do drugs I don't sell drugs I don't know people that do drugs or sell drugs I told her to have a good rest of her day.

It's not a very good image for the Phillips 66 Corporation to have people asking for drugs their stores. I do not wish to have my name or necessarily my email let out tell your employee and fear of retaliation.

I have got gas there many times but this would be the 2nd time I seen drug activity there with same girl her tag said Sarah she needs to be drug tested I saw her in restroom using drugs as I walked in I think she should be tested I called to speak to a manager in nothing no return call even do you have others in your stores doing this type things my money will not be giving to people like that so me in my daily will drive past til this awful store is delt with

Pump would not work, pumped stopped, message on screen, Pressed lots buttons, inserted my card, still would not work, Moved to another pump, two employees came out at different times insisting I pay 38$ for gas on that pump that did not work, I was highly insulted. This Grandma never will steal , I asked them to look at their camera, I never lifted the pump to put it into my vehicle, still they wanted their money.

Stopped to get gas, the pump screen said”pump stopped”, I pushed many buttons, inserted my card, nothing changed. 03 at the new pump, they should have known my vehicle would not take any more than that. I will never get gas from your stations ever again and will share this horrible experience with everyone I know the second girl told me carma would get me, she was talking about herself.

I’m a proud Grandma, I sure as hell don’t steal gas or anything ever.
