I sent you an email several weeks ago because I was missing an order 6 wantons when I brought my take-out order home. I had already contacted the store in Upland Crossroads and she agreed that I did not get the order.

She was going to try to put a voucher on my account but since my account was on my pc and not my phone, she wasn't able to do it. I talked to her several days later and she said that she could see that the money was being returned to my credit card through you.

That was over a week ago and I just checked my credit card info, again, and the money has not been returned.

On 04/23/23, I was at the Salt Lake City International airport, 776N. Terminal Dr, SLC Utah 84122. Hungry before a flight I decided to get an egg roll and chow mein. Walked to the gate and ate because I only had a few mins before boarding.

The egg roll was okay, although it was not hot or even warm. The chow mein was absolutely horrible. Dry, noodles were gummed up together in a ball. There were different colored noodles as if a staff member attached old noodles to other noodles.

There were no vegetables, no sauce in the bottom of the tray. I was served old nasty noodles and it went into the garbage. If I had time, I would have walked back to the restaurant and complained but of course I didn’t.

on 10/28/22 ordered food to dine in and there was honest mistake made my daughter thought we didn't get a meal and she went up and asked if there was an order for a Debbie and Jamie gave it to her. Someone came in asking for an order for Debbie andJamie realizing she gave the wrong order to us and came to us and said you have to pay for it.

I said that wasn't a problem since it was a mistake on her part also. My daughter went up to get trays to take food home and she reminded us again. When I went up to pay her she was very rude and told her we are honest people and wouldn't walk out.

Again she said it was our fault that this happened? I asked for a phone number to a manager and she stated she had contacted him and he knew? I paid and when leaving she was waiving her hands to the cook.…

I ordered 4 items ( a la carte) today at lunch, 5/16/22 at 30461 Avenida de las Flores , Rancho Santa Margarita, CA and I was shocked that the 2 sides of rice was mixed with the 2 orders of house special chicken. I called the manager and his excused was they ran out of lunch boxes.

I told the manager that an a la carte order must be single item and he does not arbitrarily mixed 2 items because they ran out of boxes. Manager of a restaurant should have a better judgement and not assumed it’s acceptable to mixed rice with any entree as he pleases.

In fact even lunch portions orders have separate compartments on the plate. Please train your employees accordingly. Thank You.
