I sent you an email several weeks ago because I was missing an order 6 wantons when I brought my take-out order home. I had already contacted the store in Upland Crossroads and she agreed that I did not get the order.
She was going to try to put a voucher on my account but since my account was on my pc and not my phone, she wasn't able to do it. I talked to her several days later and she said that she could see that the money was being returned to my credit card through you.
That was over a week ago and I just checked my credit card info, again, and the money has not been returned.
