I tried to cancel an order that I had mistakenly placed with Pier One I could not get in touch with anybody and when the package arrived I open the box thinking there would be a return postage there was nothing and I have tried to reach the company since February 20 with nobody responding to any of my grievances or my emails there is no way to get in touch with anybody in this company and

they say that they’re backed up so that I would hear from them soon it’s been more than a week and I have heard nothing. I would never do business with this company ever again.

I purchased an item Order number: 1103260 Order date: 2022-10-09 15:17. I have NEVER received the item nor any correspondence relating to the item other than saying that it’s delayed. I’ve contacted numerous phone numbers, all dead ends, made numerous complaints and have heard NOTHING. 13.

Ordered an expensive dresser in early December and it still has not arrived. order information just says processing. Contacted Pier 1 numerous times. No product yet.

Also added some kind of subscription to my credit card without authorization. or even description. Support just says they will get back. so far no one has contacted me.

On Nov 9, 2022, I ordered (Order #1105145) a Buffet with niche. The product was damaged when I opened it. On Nov 26, 2022 I asked for a return label for refund. On Nov 27th I , again, asked for return processing.

I have not received any feedback since. I am seeking a refund.

I placed an order on 12/04/2022. I realized it was never received after Christmas so I looked for an email, I don't have one. My bank account was charged. I have tried to reach them via email, phone, and chat multiple (at least 20) times.

I tried to cancel an order as it was going to arrive well past promise date and too late. They did not respond - I rec'd the order - 1/2 was damaged and diffuser oil leaked over the rest. I have been trying to get a refund but no one answers email and the phone number disconnects the line.

On 12/1/2022 I placed an online order #1167439. Needless to say I am still missing the black metal wine rack from this order. The Chatbot on your website is absolutely worthless but then i am sure you already know this.

I have been assigned two different reference #'s and told both times by your Chatbot that someone would be in contact with me. Of course that never happened. I tried calling the numbers on your website but as you know that too is a NO GO.

Seems your Support Team is non-existent and not one Human exists within the entire company. But wait, you have not heard the best part yet. My credit card was charged for all items ordered!! Now if I am not mistaken you are not permitted to charge my credit card for items that were never sent to me.

I placed an order for almost $150 on November 20th and STILL don’t have my item!!! I’m FURIOUS bc I’ve sent MANY emails asking what’s going on with my stuff and NO ONE even bothers to get back to me AT ALL!!!

How the hell can there not be a phone number that you can speak to someone??? Customers are spending their money (and Pier 1 items ARENT CHEAP BY ANY MEANS) and then have NO WAY to get in touch with anyone from the company, THATS SOOO WRONG!

On top of it, people are spending money and then NEVER getting the stuff they ordered!! I’m BEYOND DISGUSTED and that’s sad considering I’ve been a loyal Pier 1 customer FOR YEARS!! I’m sooo upset about this and NEVER thought this company could do this to their customers!

I placed an order with Pier1, #1116632 and the merchandise was damaged when I reviewed it in the mail. I have been in contact with the support team, sent pictures of the broken product that was sent in a box that was too small and did not have any packing protection in the box or around the product.

I’ve been emailing numerous support reps back and forth and haven’t been able to get this matter resolved. Can someone kindly take the responsibility to resolve this matter? After all, it is a Christmas gift and I would like the product before it is out of stock or discontinued. Thank you.

I was asked for a review of a product I purchased twice. The first delivery took many weeks to arrive. Thought it was just a one time problem. Wanted another of the same and again, long, long time. It arrived today, finally.

Now we have censorship from Pier 1. I stated the very long time it took for the first purchase to arrive and now the same for my second online purchase. I liked the item enough to purchase again yet Pier 1 is refusing to publish my review.

I will now be telling of this censorship on various social media.

Also, that Pier 1 charged me a membership fee that I had not signed on for nor renewed.

I purchased a received a Turtle Doormat and received damaged I send a request 261491 advised that the rug had a piece missing torn on one corner I sent photos and was advised that due to the current high number of customers inquires it would take up to 72 hours since the email with photos I have not heard back. I have been a customer for many years and disappointed I purchased the item for a gift and would appreciate a response ASAP

I need to talk to a customer service rep. I was told I may have to wait 72 hours before they contact me and did not say if that is a person or an email. I do not want an email. I have a different problem.

Ordered a christmas tree december, 2021. Did not receive the tree because they said the tree was out of stock. I had the opportunity to receive a gift card and a $100 would be added to the gift card. Please help. I would like to order some christmas decorations.

Never heard where no one can talk to a real person. Crazy. When money is involved, one gets out of control and upset.

I tried last night to use an older G.C. to make an online purchase, it would not work! Today I called Pier1 customer service when I finally got someone I was informed that all G.C. prior to 2020 will NOT BR HONORED!!!!! Bc "new management" has taken over.

So, Pier 1 has now stolen money from me and anyone who purchased g.c. prior to 2020. HOW CAN THAT NOT BE ILLEGAL???? THEY TOOK MONEY AND WILL NOT GIVE ANYTHING IN RETURN?????

I am so upset. I was a Pier1 customer for many many years...this is wrong and just UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I requested a refund from Pier 1 for a set of 3 ceramic clay pots. I returned them the next day after I received them. They were not as nice as shown on the Pier 1 website. I have received information from Pier 1 saying my order is being reviewed and that anything after one month only gets store credit. I am so disgusted in what happened to this store. I keep e-mailing and keep receiving the same scripted reply. Bottom line: they do not want to refund my $105.63

To anyone thinking of ordering from Pier 1, DON'T!! They are not like the stores that were once in business. This company is desperate for money as they already filed in 2020 for bankruptcy. Now they are holding onto my $105.63 which may not seem like a lot of money to many people, but to me it is.

I've been delivered an item which I did not order. The customer named does not live at my address. We don't know her. My first email went unanswered. My telephone call resulted in being advised that the customer lived in my town but the rep would NOT identify any contact data. I was told they would contact the customer and I agreed to hold the item for pickup. That was some weeks ago. I have heard nothing since. If you do not arrange for pickup and return in the near term I shall either sell it or give it to GoodWill. Hoping to hear from you -

The Store Manager of store 1594 on West Grand play, Richmond Tx really needs to learn some manners and Customer service. Yesterday I went to return a headboard that me and my Customer ordered online. The headboard arrived yesterday morning and I returned in the evening so nothing was opened when I asked to do the return process on the register she is like let me go and

check the condition of the bed I waited almost 15mins and asked another associate to check me out for the return. This is not the first time that Carol ill treated me does she think that people return stuff after they damage it ?

Please I do Interior designing for living I think I have that much of common sense and sensitivity towards the products. She really has to go this is not the way she runs a business not all…

I ordered two curtain panels. I received one panel and the other panel sent separately had not shipped. I went on chat on line to inquire. The customer service person said she would expediate ship a replacement. My email said I would receive the replacement the following Monday.

Monday came and went and I didn’t receive it. I called today and after being on hold for 40 minutes the customer service person told me I could expect the replace on the 30th. I originally ordered the two panels on the 10th.

Why they were being sent separately is beyond me. But I asked to speak to a supervisor and after another 5 minutes on hold, she tells me the expected delivery is now Wednesday the 24th. My complaint is why should I be left doing all of the legwork to track a shipment that should have gone out…

asst manager sandy at powers colo store absolutely unacceptably rude unprofessional a purchase on hold was sold before my sister picked it up w/in 24 hr time. staff promised to hold for her due to no cc allowed over phone sandy allowed my sister to leave the store upset and in tears sandy had no concern kept repeating she left at 5 the nite before n knew nothing about situation didn't offer to help fix the prob but

told me to tell sis to go on line n research herself for another tree. omg sandy needs another job certainly not one in management wev purchased thousands of $ for our restaurant at pier one for last 12 years..

wont be back to the store sis stated it wasn't the tree itself but the treatment of staff toward her that was pitiful no star rating not one

Your employee Charlotte grey is beyond rude everytI'm I call customer service and she answers she is beyond rude and always rushing me off the phone I'm not sure if she works for home but at times there is yelling and cursing in the background. Three employees talking at the counter when I walked in and no one said hello. HALF an hour later, they’re still talking and I’m next to the counter pretending to look at stuff so as not to be rude. THEN, one said she was going on break, one left for the day and the last one went to the back room without acknowledging me whatsoever!

I had questions about a piece of furniture I wanted. I actually waited a couple months before coming back to get it because it wasn’t cheap. I guess I don’t need it after all. This is the Pier 1 in Holland Michigan. Never coming back.

I have been a Pier 1 customer for a very long time. Yesterday I visit your Oak Brook Ill location. I saw last year Christmas items that had dust on the boxes. You could wipe your finger across the top of the Christmas wreath boxes and it would have dust on your finger some of the flower were miss on the wreaths. Christmas ornaments were sitting on display with dust on them as well. I think some of these items should have been in a clearance area with a clearance price on them. This was very shocking for me to see this in a Pier 1 store thought I need to inform you of this matter.

On November 8, 2017 and again on November 9, 2017, I made a purchase at your Chesterfield, Mo. location. There were a number of holiday items I was interested in purchasing and asked one of the sales associates if they knew if they were going on sale in the near future. She was very rude and stated "I have no idea". As I was paying for my merchandise, another customer was also at the register. After they rang up her order, I heard her ask them if they took off the 25%. The rude sales associates stated "if you don't ask us, we can't do it". I then asked my sales associate the same question and got the same response however my salesperson was very apologetic.

I would like to know if this is the way you treat your customers? There is a 25% off sale on regular priced merchandise yet you don't…

C the table was 40% off but there was items on the table when I went to pick it up and the table had chips and scratch ed marks on it . she asked she said no. Asked again she said no that when the manager came to the back of the store handed me my receipt and said that someone wanted to buy it yesterday and then proceed to roll down the door.

I have know problem with her not wanting to lower the price. There was no sir sorry we can't do it. She was cold and as a manager needed more customer service training. I have been a value customer with pier one.

Two weeks ago I visited the store in Red Deer, Alberta Canada to purchase a drink dispenser that I saw in the store a couple of days before. Once I was there I discovered that the item had been sold out. 00 total).

I received an email a few days later that the item had arrived at the store and was ready for pick-up. Upon arrival at the store, I discovered that the item (2 GLASS jars with taps and a metal stand) were removed from the box they were shipped in and the box and packaging thrown out by the store.

I was not happy and told the 2 staff there so. I questioned how I was to store this item when it is not in use. My questions seemed to fall on deaf ears. I was told all items are removed from their box to check for damage and the packaging is not kept.

I would give Pier 1 a zero customer service rating if I could. I asked my husband to pick up some glasses that I had seen earlier in the week. When he went to the charlottesville store, he was treated terribly.

He first the only woman he say at the counter if she might help him. Brusquely, she replied, I'm busy entering merchandise. She didn't call another associate to help but just kept working at her computer. When he asked for a basket to carry 12 glasses she just said, we don't have any.

On July 25, 2015 I made some purchases in your store. 00 I could get a percentage of the merchandise. I just wanted to pay for my items and leave. 00 anyway, so she kept promoting the Idea about the charge card.

I gave in and used the charge card, when she gave me my total, and charged my account, I also paid the account off for my purchases at that time. 96, the sales rep said I could not get the refund, it had to go back to the account.

My checking account cleared many days before I returned it. I want my account closed as of today, August 17, 2015. I do not frequent your store often and I told the rep that if I had known your store policy I would not have use the charge account.

I am complaining because you have been paid for my purchases, but when the customer try to get a refund…

I love the furniture sold on Pier 1 as they have some exquisite stuff sold on their website. I had purchased an ottoman for my living room to give it a classy look. Believe me for the compliments I received from my friends for this.

When I went to the store as well, the quality of products that they have are simply appreciable. Pier1 have great designs to choose from. Not just furniture for the indoors, but also outdoor furniture, rugs and carpets, pillows and cushions, decor and lighting and many more.

I personally feel that one must visit their store or website to get some great home needs. On the website they are also running a 10% discount if one registers on it. Very customer centric staff who make you feel welcomed and give you suggestions on your purchase.
