Y'all offer an air service machine. But when I go inside to get quarters for the air service machine I am told y'all don't have quarters. Pretty sure it was the manager there. How s***** is it to deny someone quarters and use a poor excuse that you don't have any quarters , when there's three registers and a business full of customers making purchases.

Store 360 : Around 6:45 am on Jan 13th I purchased TWO packs of Pall Mall 100's. I wanted to submit a complaint about the listed location. For the past several months, I’d stop in at the listed location to get donuts, since they have a Dunkin’ donut case there. Every time I go in to get some donuts, I leave throughly annoyed. It’s always wiped out or almost all gone. I don’t feel comfortable asking workers there if there is more mainly because they’re either too busy or they look very annoyed. I miss my donuts. Pembroke NY flying J had a line over an hour for a shower. I was “next” for around 30 minutes, I checked the hallway and multiple shower doors were open and available (I saw people walking out of them) but no one cleaning.

Asked Kim at the counter to find out whether they were short staff, shift change, or something. she was incredibly rude and made a scene about it. Turning her screen around at me, raising her voice and calling me inpatient over the radio to the worker who was responsible for cleaning.

Regarding Denny's at most all of your truck stop destinations. It doesn't seem like they are recovering well after the last 2 years. They're either closed to go orders only four out of food or no staff. It may be time to get a new chain restaurant in there like IHOP for your own family style restaurant with a buffet like Golden Corral but truckers are tired of fast food we want better choice of vegetables too.

I was at pilot #438 on 09/27/22 at approximately 9:39 pm. When I heard a loud banging on the trucks sleeper compartment. As I looked out the window I notice an employee of your by the name of Chris Hawkes.

Store 513, Primm, NV 21 Sep, 22 1) Only 1 size cup @ soda disp but no lids 2) Outside lights under fuel island canopy not working. Very hard to keep from spilling fuel when you can't see. 3) Not every fuel stall has buckets to clean windshields.

4) The stalls that have buckets have very little detergent/ window cleaner in them 5) Hardly any squeegees available 6) No paper towels on fuel island available

I upgraded my truck to a 2023 and the way that these fuel pumps are designed I can't get it to fit between my sleeper birth bottom part of my truck in the fuel tank I don't know who illogically creates the design of these but no one tested it on the truck obviously.

I have to sit there and turn it all twisted and kind of aim and shoot it in and I keep leaving after it's squirting out because it doesn't fit in right with a half a tank because the pumps don't fit correctly between the sleeper berth and the fuel tank most of the staff and most places depending on the area of the country are pretty friendly the showers tend to be sludgy but they want to upgrade their price to $25 for the same amount of water.

They definitely do not strive for cleanliness in most Pilot Flying J's like you see…

The pilot at greenfield Indiana exit 96 was a disgusting mess! The parking lot is full of trash the dumpsters overflowing! The inside at first glance floors filthy both bathrooms absolutely disgusting my wife said the women’s rest room was as well they obviously have not even attempted to clean anything in there and the soda fountain/ coffee bar were nasty as well!
