The manager at BOS Motorsports in Hays Kansas was very upset that I did not buy my machine from him and he told me good luck getting any service or warranty done there. I was under the impression that any Polaris dealer would do warranty work.

Took 2012 Polaris RZR 900xp to get serviced, after 4 weeks they decided to work on after it's been driven moved around several times. i called and ask what is taken so long. Bobby said they were over booked and only two mechanics.

Bobby stated they are having a hard time finding a mechanic without lying and they are not certified.

First, he stated it's all in pieces, and it will be ready on a Thursday. I called Thursday still in pieces but also said they have been moving it around. Before I took it in it always started and drove perfectly.

Bobby called again and said the starter stuck and BLEW THE MOTOR UP, this happened on the 5th week. He has been given me conflicting stories, and the mechanics are not certified. They are expecting me to pay for a new motor plus the service.

it lasted 30 day after it taking 2 months to get it back to me It's going thew 2 1/2 quarts of oil in 50 hours it's now in the shop at counry side motors they have had it for 3 weeks so far this has be the worst ranger I have ever owned I buy a new one every 2 years I think if your planning on me to buy a ra ger the next time you need to give me some kind of a discount on my next one or reimburse my money back on this lemon

My mother in law, Nancy Miernicki, purchased a Polaris Ranger XP 1000 for me. Vin 4XARRE992M8019319 purchase date 12/16/2020. During the purchase ,Mr Jenks said it would be no problem for him to do periodic maintenance where the vehicle is located. H has a summer home 5 homes down from Nancy Miernicki and spends a lot of weekends there. He stated six times that he would stop by and do the initial service at my home (Which he HAS TO PASS on the way to his home. I was told "don't worry about the 25 hour service". Purchase date 12/16/2020. No service; inoperable fuel gauge from new; only saving grace is I have only put 69 hours on the machine/ if I had a truck or trailer, I would have taken it in for service, but I do not. Apparently, verbal agreements mean nothing to this man.

Your Bahrain Dealership, Wheels of Arabia, has no stock of the most basic periodical service items such as air filters for my Indian Scout Bobber. The Dealership told me it would take about 2 months to get such parts!!! This is unacceptable.

I never got a call back from Dustin my case worker. after months of contacting Polaris, Shipped my sled at my own cost to get 2 factory recalls done. The ESD recall and track driver recall. The dealer has had my sled since November 22 of 2022 and as of today Jan 11th 2023 my sled is still not fixed.

I've missed the entire riding season do to these recalls. I'm out 2800 dollars and going on 3 full months waiting. the dealer dropped the ball on getting parts ordered from November 3rd to December 9th. I'm still making payments on this defective machine a 2021 RMK pro 155. Un excusable.

My Polaris case worker ignored ever call I made. Nobody from Polaris even called me back. I spoke with many Polaris employees trying to get help and nothing has worked. I'm still with out my sled. I believe…

Bought a 2020 RZR PRO XP 4 new and had several issues brand new not assembled correctly and clutches a constant issue. After $5000 8 trips to the shop and backorderEd parts they are saying my warranty is voided due to having to use a aftermarket secondary to get out of the dunes.

Spent well over 45k with polaris on this unit which is my 3rd in 5 years and poor satisfaction. Also Micheal in Goodwill department has not been respectful at all to me as the customer.

I am part of the ESD stop ride/recall I've been trying to get someone to call me back for a while now. not one employee has reached out to me with information. I've tried my case worker many times. requested supervisors that were rude and would not answer questions or give me the names of their supervisors.

I bought a 2021 RMK pro 850... very expensive, that I'm still making payments on that is essentially a lawn ornament. I feel like Polaris customer service is horrible and rude and cant even return a phone call. I live in remote SE Alaska with no dealership within 1000 miles.

I'm simply trying to get an answer if I need to ship this out or if they plan on sending a Tech. Shipping is done by barge and takes a long time in both directions. I'm likely looking at a month or more door to…

so this spring i ordered a 22 razor xp 1000 4 hi lifter ,took delivery in april i believe ,been great machine and very capable ,i did have a complaint that the soft cab upper enclosure i ordered w it did not fit well and no help from dealer ,but this is not why i am writing this .

so took my machine hunting in sept and the first day using it i heard a pop and ck eng light came on ,black smoke out snorkel and followed by a 8 in flame ,suspected that i blew a belt ,was able to drive back to camp ,after getting back i pulled clutch cover and found that primary clutch had failed inner 1/2 of clutch sheave was missing ,no debris found anywhere and looked like the clutch just disintegrated ,you could tell there was a fire in clutch housing as there was black soot on clutches primary and…

I purchased a new ranger tried to order 9/21 dealerships said they would after price increase which I didn’t like in went up 3000 . But I ordered anyway. 10/30/21 almost a year later I got a ranger 9/13/22 and you when up another 2000 .

This was a scam . My family has purchased 11 ranger in told not counting Friends . I am sadly dealing with this and had to leave my snow plow off . I know when I have a chance I will be telling anyone about this and your company will lose more than money.

I have been self employed 50 years as a home builder . And I stayed in business by treating people like I wanted to be treated . And the word of that was all I needed . No advertisements in 50 years .

I purchased a 2021 RZR PRO XP from JT Motorsports in Frederick, MD in December of 2020. I am a 64 year old male who has been riding off road vehicles such as motorcycles, ATV's, and UTV's since 1970 so I am aware of the limitations and potential hazards of these machines.

I have also attended safety classes for ATV's. As stated, I purchased this vehicle in 12 of 2020 for approx. $24000 from JT Motorsports. I put another $6000 of accessories on it myself. It still has under 500 miles on it - not even broken in.

I took it out riding in May of 2022 and went through some heavy mud (as this vehicle is designed to handle). Upon leaving the mud in a turn, the vehicle hit some hard dirt and SLOWLY tipped onto its passenger side.

I purchased a 2021 RZR Trail Ultimate from ATC Corral in Stoufville Ontario Canada in May 2021 and ordered a winch and a winch mount front bumper at that time. Polaris has promised delivery of this bumper since Kune. ATC Corral has enquired on my behalf only to be told it will be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks.

It's long about time you deliver. I wiil post very bad reviews because you don't care

I have taken my Dark Horse in to the service center to have the tires replaced. I pre-ordered the tires and took the bike to the service center to have them replaced, after I dropped the bike off at the service center, I received a call sating the bike had 3 recalls that would need to be repaired.

The representative stated that the parts would need to be ordered and then installed once they arrived. I took the bike to the shop at 930am on 5-29-2021, the representative stated it would take about 3 days to get the parts and they would install them once they arrived.

I called on back on the 2nd to see if the bike was completed as instructed, but I was told possibly it would be ready Saturday the 5th. Called back on the 5th and was told that it would be completed on Tuesday the 8th. so, called…

I purchased a 2019 polaris sportsman 450 HO at a dealer in grand junction moved to pagosa springs when me time was due for 1st maint. took my machine to fun center in durando co. They treated me very secondary and, rude and almost forced extras on me.

Had a clutch kit installed as I installed 25 in. tires. Upon test clunking noise and limited performance. Called Zeb at EPI Performance makers of clutch kit and after extensive communication he came to the conclusion the mechanic forgot to or was in to big of a hurry and did not preload the springs. WHAT THE HELL!

I bought a new 2018 with doors, top, windshield, wipers, heater ,etc. It has been gently ridden and always kept in my shed, The faulty windshield seal failed and my windshield fell out of the framee fell to ground and broke.

My dealer said you would not replace your faulty but expensive accessory. Why not? Are you wanting more lawsuits?

My 8 year old was on my razor when it started on fire and blew up. We had the recalls done and they still claimed no fault. All the employees on the case are no longer employed. They actually reached out to my lawyer to settle and than all of sudden all documents were lost.

They won’t contact me back at all!

Just wanted to let you know I am very unhappy with my 2017 General Polaris. I took it in for a starting problem to find out the had to rip apart my engine and redo valves etc. after only a bit over 5,000 miles.

When I bought it they said I could drive it all day and on the street back and forth to work. They didn't lie they just didn't tell me I was going to have to throw $2,000 it every 5,000 miles because of the high compression engine, they said it's not like a car.

The General in nickel and diming me to death and I feel I have no choice but to sell it. I bought it to be my secondary car, guess that was a big COSTLY mistake. Case #C-4743235.

I have a 2018 570 Sportsman Polaris that I bought in March. It is not a year old and the fuel pump went out. This is my first ATV. The cost is 520 to replace part. I'm disappointed after spending $7000 dollars and I out of pocket already.

I was wondering if there was a factory defect of some sort. The dealer advised me they have not seen this before. Please advise.

case number c-4639389, 2016 polaris scrambler 850 ive been in contact with scott from polaris for a few weeks now and long story short, my atv had a breakdown that wasnt going to be covered by warranty. scott and i had a very long talk on sept 28th 2018 and he finally agreed to warranty all parts and labor.

either sept 25th or the 28th he told me my parts were at the dealer and i just had to wait on the dealer to install my parts. i called the dealer today, oct 10, 2018 and dealer said parts came in on monday which was a holiday and parts were sent back to polaris and then polaris refused the box with my parts and now my parts are nowhere to be found.

I bought a 2015 570 RZR from Hilder Implement Inc. in Central City NE. after the purchase I found out from my insurance agent that I should get $300 dollars back for having Farm Bureau Ins. I contacted your dealer and he said that he was suppose to tell me that when I purchased it and he would give me the $300.

I have been calling him for over 2 Years and now he says he is not going to pay me the $300 because he didn't get it from Polaris. I don't think I should be stuck with not getting the $300 just because the dealer screwed up.

I bought a brand new rzr on 3/24/18. The very next day 3/25/18 the check engine light came on. airy Polaris dealership to get the machine worked on. I picked my rzr back on 3/27/18 and was told that a wiring harness came unplugged and problem was fixed.

2 miles and check engine light was back on again, machine went into limp mode again, along with front left axel popping. Took my machine back to Polaris on 3/31/2018 to have it worked on again, was told the ecu was bad, got that replaced, now they are saying my throttle body is bad.

I am writing this regarding an ongoing problem with a Polaris Ranger EV (all electric power) I purchased last year. This has been by far the most frustrating negative experience I have had not only with a product but with the customer service from any company I have ever dealt with.

I used the vehicle for the entire hunting season (9/15/15 thru 11/15/15) last year without incident and was generally pleased. The vehicles range between charges was 25 to 30 miles depending on the type of driving and terrain. I performed all service practices as explained by the dealer and your owner’s manual. The vehicle was stored in my garage over the winter. I used it occasionally (3-4 times per month) over the winter and summer that followed without incident. I would like to say I am the proud owner of a Polaris RZR but at this point that would not be true. I am contacting a lawyer to initiate a class action suite for the recall. The dealers in my area are three months out , and I am told there is no idea when we will be helped. Main complaint no parts.

I do not believe it is in any way right to halve to continue to pay for something we can not use and just be told we have no idea when we will get you in we will call you. Just FYI and fortunately my wife works for the courts.

I am writing this for my father n law who is 73 years old. he bought a 2014 sportsman570 atv in sept. of 2014 after 9 months the oil filter backed off and locked the motor up. He and I took it to the dealer where he bought it at Barton Power Sports in West Memphis, Ark.

After 2 weeks they called and said warranty would not cover it. His extended warranty by the way,we picked it up and the service man at bartons said they would tear it down for him and let him know what was wrong with it after warranty was denied my father n' law said no.

He took it to a friend who tore it down and said the oil filter stem came off with the filter the stem wasn't properly tightened at the factory. 00 dollar machine 9 months old with a locked up engine.

I am in love my new high ball from Polaris. The very stylish look and feel of the vehicle is simply amazing. Then engine power is superb of 110 ft. lb. You can use for great cruising or dominating at stoplights.

The gear shift is smooth, drive has been amazing and i love going on it. It is sure going to capture the eyes of many while I ride it on the streets. Polaris has many options to choose from and this was my best choice.

Good value for money too.
