Son 3 ocaciones que la perzona que esta tomando las hordenes en la ventana de el restaurant de la almeda Genoa me da la horden equivocada pido 20 piezas mixtas y nomas da muslos y piernas lo malo es que se enoja esta pezona toene que tener mejor actitud

I’ve gone to the Irving location for the summer campero deal and yesterday I wanted to use my points that I got buying from yalls business and decided to go to the location in beltline and they said they stopped selling it 3 weeks ago when I went to Irving a couple days ago they had it available. Not only that the plantains were old I also asked for leg & thigh and they gave me breast & thigh so very unpleased

This company accepts no responsibility for their franchised stores whether it be honoring customer perks from the Pollo app or addressing complaints about any of their franchised locations having poor customer service!!! Sadly this was one of my favorite places to get chicken, their food is very good but their customer service and not honoring their advertising discounts to their current customers I can't waste my time or my money.

I whent there today I was missing 3 pieces of chicken. And they didn't have mushpotatos so I order 2 sides of corn salad . The corn salad was frozen impossible to eat for dinner the fries cold I mean really bad .

Experience I never complained I'm a regular costumer but today I really got mad .
