went to you coral springs location food spilled in bag all over my floorboard in car due to them not shutting container. tried to call store no answer called cust service over 7 times no one contacts back. escalated it numerous times no response this is the worst customer service I have ever encounter in 30 years of being in this business

The brown rice was hard and burnt areas The chicken had blood/ red visible The black beans was full of water.

You can hear the staff laughing loudly amongst each other. Not professional.

The cup that I asked for water was not closed properly all the water spilled on the table.

This was a horrible experience.

I ordered delivery through the Pollo Tropical app on Wednesday, June 21st in the afternoon. My driver got lost and the food was never delivered and I need my refund. I called the customer service line 3 times and never received an email about the problem.

Pollo tropical located at 11806 Biscayne Blvd, North Miami, FL 33181 Store # 10015. Some of the staff members are extremely rude. Starting with the drive thru staff. He was yelling at me due to me asking for a refund.

The manager whose English was hard to understand did not take my order into consideration based on what I needed. Manger felt she could give me what she wanted which was burnt chicken which resorted to me demanding for a refund.

I stood at line for more than 30 minutes waiting to order the food and about more 30 minutes waiting to be ready, this is ridiculous, and they don’t care about that, working in slow motion, talking etc, was in Deerfield Beach, military.

I'm a customer and I always buy at Pollo Tropicall, but whenever I order Party Bundles online I have problems with the order! The problem starts when I arrive to pick up the order and they don't even see the order and still laugh at my face.

The second problem is that they always change something that was ordered in the order, for example, if I ordered pork, they put chicken. Sauce is always delivered to me missing something and they say they don't have it at the moment!

In other words, I always look like a clown, because they don't stop laughing at me! Besides, I always leave with the order 40 minutes later, because they didn't see the order and prepared it in advance! My order number today was number 17646428682878976.

The Brandon Location is a freaking disaster. I’ve not seen that many people be that unproductive ever. At least 9 employees one of which was smoking weed just outside the back door had zero work skills not to mention common restaurant courtesy.

This place has gone so far down in the last 3 years that you can’t get napkins, plastic wear or condiments without re waiting in line to interact with these incompetent and careless employees. And no, the restaurant was not busy it was not lunch or dinner rush and the drive thru was dead. Do better PT.

Went to the store in Oviedo and ordered two large tropicops one of the avocado one and the and a pork one Also ordered a avocado special salad. Got home and the two tropicops were small ones. The avocado not cut up just a half of a avocado.

The avocado salad the avocado again just a half of one not cut up and no cilantro sauce drizzled over it. Nothing like the picture on the order board. Very disappointing.

99. It’s no way you guys are serving that piece of fish to someone it’s like you took a sardine out the can and slice it in half. I went to the drive thru and had to get out to return it.

This the very first time of being disappointed. You advertise a whole slice of fish that sit on a platter but that’s not what we are getting big disappointment. Choose Tilapia instead. For $10 big

I bought a small TropiChop for dinner. It cost me close to $10 with taxes and I couldn’t believe what I got. I told the lady that handed the meal to me that the serving or amount of food was rediculous for that price.

She said the amount was measured and that’s how it is. I left very disappointed and later regretted not returning it. I got a meager amount of rice and the toppings and 3 strips of steak. Wow! Now the system does not let me upload the almost empty container with food sold at pollo Tropical for almost $10

I never wanted to raise this as a racial issue but will do so! I live near by Pollo Tropical & try to frequent this location. My sister & I who are seniors had seen the commercial for the new Fish platter that looked wonderful!

We went for dinner & only 3 people dining & a young man (gay) who was laughing & singing, & was a little annoying. We ordered the fish platter & even the flyer showed the fish with a nice topping!

When he brought the platters over to us, the fish was in pieces all white, no spices & a huge eye sore. I told him this is not the fish advertised or even in the picture on the counter! He looked at me, started laughing & turned to the cooks behind him and said something in spanish that had them laughing.

Made order at 2:22pm. Got my order at 2:54pm. It was a chicken cobo with pull pork. For 2 people. My mom is 89 years old we waited to long. One of the person behind the counter told us customers that he has only two hands.

Will not return to that restaurant . The service was bad .

My experience in the last month has been the worst customer service I have every experience in my life. On the last 3 occasions my food has been wrong cold or burned and old quality. The managers has no customer service skills just rush you off and you're not greeted with a smile or energy I love the food that's why I continue to go only to be mistreated and disappointed each time is disappointing.

Incredible!!! Service with racial hatred and very disturbing to say the least. This manager was either being very ugly and intentionally ripping my mother off or she can't do basic math.

Also I am concerned that because of their blatant discrimination in purposefully giving us very poor service,they are forcing me to speak up they might either spit in our food or worse. Please look into this matter.

I was following something in pollo tropical yesterday it's a shame for the company, a manager who does not know how to speak with an employee for me I consider discrimination. I was told she is the general manager of the store.

I ordered on the app at 634. I arrived at 7;00 And was not ready. Still at 745 no food no one helped us no one cared. Other people are waiting to pick up and order. The worst service I have ever experienced. No acknowledgment at all.

And when i ask they kept saying 10 minutes I left without my order and now have to Fina other arrangement for my family Absolutely will never visit this location again and i want a refund since i did not receive my order

Visited the Pollo Tropical in Aventura on 11/27 the black bean container was handed to me with the lid off I showed the person at the drive-thru he gave me a bag when I took the bag out of the car the bag broke spilling black beans and all over the front seat of my 2022 Alpha Romeo it’s unbelievable the young guy at the window didn’t clean the container and put a new lid. I was taking dinner u to o my 94 year old mom needless to say there were no black beans.

as a past customer that used to frequent polo tropical often that I never will do again, yesterday I not only was riped off on price but food was awful I ordered ribs and the order consisted of three ribs and then charged extra for rice and beans each separately totaling over $16.00 and polo has been going down hill for long time but this was the straw that broke the camels back I quit and will never go back to polo and if polo didn't get with it they will soon be out of buissnes

I told him I would be contacting the corporate office for a refund, I do not accept the fact that I wrote down the first quote and he would not accept it. (I really hope the conversation was recorded) he all of a sudden became hard of hearing and made me repeat my credit card number 3 times.

Visited the store in Davie with my family. Worst possible service I have ever received at this location. Multiple employees standing around doing nothing while the line kept getting longer and longer. My order as well as the 2 people ahead of me came out wrong.

The entire time this was going on and as well as the entire stay the manager was sitting in the dining room on her phone not even paying attention to the staff.. the only employee who seemed to really care was the cashier who told me she is brand new.

She asked for help twice during our transaction on the register and the manager still didnt get off her phone and pointed at another employee to help instead of doing it herself.. And f I could give zero stars i would.

I went to the Port Saint Lucie store in Saint Lucie west on 8/31 around 9pm, I ordered 1/2 chicken & beans with rice, and a small order of Plantains, when I received my order I was in a hurry to make my way back home apprx 40 min away, before I left I opened the container of food and poured some of the beans on a portion of rice so I could eat while driving, as I ate a portion on my drive, I could not see the chicken at that time and

6:45 PM today August 6, 2022 - ordered a Cuban sandwich and a quesadilla wrap. Was told “sorry but those items are still frozen”. What? I said “it is almost 7 in the evening” but was told “sorry”. This location has always given horrible service and I make every effort to drive to a different location but this is the closest to me so sometimes I relent and just go here. And without fail, this location is just terrible in customer service and the staff seems extraordinarily lazy. Frozen Cuban sandwich AND quesadilla at almost 7 PM??? I’ve lodged complaints about this location in the past and judging by online reviews NOTHING has changed.

After having some minor surgery, I did not feel like cooking and I had seen some advertisement for chop bowls with avocado that looked good, so I decided to order online and did order 2 dinners and some soup. My phone ap said the food would be ready in 15 minutes so I drove the 2 miles. On the way, the phone updated to say the food was ready. I was tired and hungry. On Monday, June 6 at around 7 PM I went to the Pollo tropical at 800 University Dr. in Coral Springs. I ordered two chicken soups and when I got home I was disgusted to find note not only no chicken but all the other stuff wasn’t in there either!

It was just broth and yuca. The soup was obviously burnt because it was black specks in it and it was water down didn’t really have a flavor. If the soup was burnt they should not have sold it! They just should’ve simply said we’re out of soup or we don’t have it tonight.

This location has been going downhill for a while now!
