Ordered coffee table and 2 end tables, reclaimed wood, noticed after several months the end table has almost completely split down middle- color was lifting on coffee table with several small splits- called customer service and used the website (pictures, etc) as directed- NO RESPONSE- called again, repeated process per directive of customer service who said he would order to be picked up - NEVER Happened- CALLED AGAIN and
spoke with another individual who did set up a pick up of furniture and spoke with supervisor who said given the poor product would refund our money- they picked up furniture and credit was not applied to our credit card- CALLED again and agent said he would "check in " our furniture and process refund- several days later we get a merchandise refund for 1/2 the…
