Purchased a chesterfield bed that got delivered in February 2019 which soon after had issues with the bed creaking and discovered the horizontal slats had broken. I called PB in 2019 (within the warranty period) and was promised parts which never turned up.
FF to 2020 during COVID and I was told a service call would be made but wasn't provided a date due to COVID uncertainty.
Finally a repair tech came in Nov 2021 who examined the bed and determined it needed to be replaced. I received an email yesterday mentioning the claim/warranty has been denied contradicting the repair tech's decision and PB conveniently informed me that my bed was out of warranty even though the issue occured WITHIN warranty.
