Purchased a chesterfield bed that got delivered in February 2019 which soon after had issues with the bed creaking and discovered the horizontal slats had broken. I called PB in 2019 (within the warranty period) and was promised parts which never turned up.

FF to 2020 during COVID and I was told a service call would be made but wasn't provided a date due to COVID uncertainty.

Finally a repair tech came in Nov 2021 who examined the bed and determined it needed to be replaced. I received an email yesterday mentioning the claim/warranty has been denied contradicting the repair tech's decision and PB conveniently informed me that my bed was out of warranty even though the issue occured WITHIN warranty.

Order # 316842450264 I ordered a sink Oct 11, 21. 00. The evening before delivery, they called me and told me that they had lost the base; that they would check into it. They called back and said the chrome base was out of stock; then that it was not being produced any longer.

They told me I would have to contact customer service to get a new sink. When I contacted customer service, they advised that they would try to find a replacement. They neither found a replacement nor refunded me. It’s been over 10 days and I still have not received a refund.

After placing my furniture order in October, 2021, and adding an additional item in November, I reached out to my salesperson on January 25, 2022, to get specific information regarding delivery and pricing.

I have been treated discourteously by my salesperson in New York City, Robin Powers, and by my contact in Premier Retail, Alan L. Their lack of professionalism and rudeness is shocking. They are slow to get back to me when I have requested information or, in Alan's case, no response when promised a call or email. Robin Powers claims to be a manager in the NYC store. As such, I thought it was rude when she talked over me on the phone during our call on Saturday, January 29, 2022, and denied ignoring my earlier email requests for information.

in April 2021. They delivered a desk on September 16th however the top was black and the base was grey wash! They cancelled the order and re-ordered. They keep changing the delivery date on me and every time I call to inquire they put me off!!!

To add insult to injury I got a sales email saying Livingston Desk now in stock and ready for delivery! WTF??? Their customer service is horrendous!!!! I will never order from them again!

Sadly there is no ZERO star rating.... I placed an order to two bedside tables in the SUMMER of 2021 it was placed on 8/25/21

I understand the supply chain issues...but it's not that as much as the ABYSMAL total lack of service when Pottery Barn has been contacted.

Originally it was due in Nov, then December, then I got another notification that it was pushed back again

about a week and a half ago,I called Customer (lack of ) service and after a LONG hold was told that an email would be sent to the supplier to check on the status since it did not even show as built at that point and that she should hear from them...well she has neither heard from them or received a follow up from PB...

21. When I checked the order status online the date kept changing. I called first to see if I could cancel the order after it was not delivered after 2 weeks, they said it could not be cancelled due to the fact I had not received the product.

I called back today and stayed on off and on hold for over 1 hour just to be told there was nothing they could do, I had to call UPS. When I asked to speak to someone else the customer service representative refused, then refused to hang up so i could get a survey.

I cannot believe they would make there problem my problem, I have a job!

Terrible customer service! Trying to get my money back and now I'm worried that it won't happen if at all until April! One of my items I was told is ready to be scheduled and now they say it isn't. The website let me split delivery on a chair and ottoman and now I'm told I can't! I would have never ordered had I known. This is the 3rd time that I've tried to order furniture during Covid. The other times they were happy to cancel and refund my money. I don't know how you stay in business, never shopping any of your stores again!

Purchased a Cameron sleeper sofa. It came December 2020. Immediately we saw that the sofa was very poor quality. Fabric frayed badly and cushions were memory foam that never bounced back. We called immediately. They sent new cushions. Wrong ones. Called again and again and were told they would t let us return it. I posted a complaint on Facebook and they finally came in September 2021 to take it back. Guess what — I never received the refund. After months of emails and calls still no refund. They lie and say it’s on the way. It never is. Reported them 3xs to BBB, no refund. THEY DINT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND WHEN YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THEY LIE.

Ordered 2 of these for my mantle and all my other decor to go with it! Received one that switch was broken so i returned and ordered another. THEY WOULDN’T EXPEDITE SHIPPING so when i got it it was it an opened (ripped) box with a piece of tissue around it upside down in a large box completely destroyed.

No shipping box to secure it! Needless to say when I tried to reorder last night they were sold out. SO now I have one for mantle that looks ridiculous and one coming in May. This is completely unacceptable to receive something so expensive in such crappy condition and literally someone just threw it upside down in a box!

This is the 2nd year this has happened with ordered Christmas décor coming damaged, customer service will not overnight it and you have half decorated areas in home. Then…

My interior decorator said that the furniture should be arriving week of September 2nd. So now here we are middle of November and I only received half of my bed. I just bought a new apartment and I'm sleeping in a hotel because I have a bad back and bad hip. Shame on Pottery Barn!!!!

Was told November 2nd my bed would arrive as my interior decorated was traveling 2 hours from Connecticut to Brooklyn, she got a phone call saying only the mattress would be delivered that day. When the delivery came only half the bed came, without the mattress.

I'm also still waiting on my living room set shame on Pottery Barn again for making me and my interior decorator go out of our way, have me sleeping in a hotel and waiting over 3 months for products. That's why your only getting one star from people

I am awaiting VISA credit for 3003.91 for furniture returned (picked-up by PB) on 9/8/2021. NO ONE at WS customer service has been capable of getting this credit processed within 10 wks.

After numerous calls the PROBLEM was deemed to be the matter of the credit card number on file for the ORIGINAL purchase…..VISA ending in 1745. This card number was compromised in August 2021 and reissued to me on Replacement VISA card ending in 5488.

I ordered a mattress for my 9 year old daughter. It was scheduled to be delivered, Saturday Oct 16th. I received a confirmation email stating i would receive another email detailing a two hour window for delivery. That two hour window email was to be received at least 24 hours prior to delivery.

It is now less than 24 hours until delivery date - I never rec'd a 2 hour window for delivery. I have called numerous times to Pottery Barn to speak with someone. The first person told me that my delivery had been delivered yesterday. It was NOT delivered.

Each person told me something different - "it was already delivered, they have not yet routed the route yet, they are just behind with the delivery emails, you aren't on the schedule any longer for tomorrow even though we can see you were…

00, placed in May 2021. Was informed, politely, customer rep was not allowed to contact the "Vendor" until 9 Sep for an order update. Was further advised that this was a "vendor Problem" and out of Pottery Barn's authority to influence.

When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told she was too busy, and even if she were available, there was nothing she could do- Pottery Barn was at the mercy of this mysterious Chinese vendor. That is to say, I was left at the mercy of this vendor.

I ordered an in-stock piece of furniture July 2021. According to their own tracking information website, it was delivered at their warehouse and was ready to schedule mid to late August. I suppose I can understand taking four weeks to deliver an in-stock item that’s been waiting to be scheduled now for over 3 weeks.

Today their website says delayed until early to mid September. When I called Pottery Barn, and went to three different agents, no one was able to tell me anything. Customer service was very inadequate and unacceptable. I still have no idea when an instock item is going to be delivered.

This delay is compounded by the unusually high delivery cost for an item that’s not being delivered. Very disappointed.

I called during the pandemic to get a broken chair replaced. The service department told me it would be no problem but they were months and months behind so I needed to be patient. Months later I called back , they said they had no record of my call but they would help me .

They said I needed to wait for an email but someone would come pick up the broken chair and bring a new one in June . I called in June - I was told the order for the new chair was canceled because it was placed after one year of me buying it ….

I called well within a year and was told to be patient … I love pottery barn but am disappointed in the service and will be taking my business elsewhere . I have a beautiful chair with a broken hinge sitting in my basement .

I've never had a worse experience with a customer service department than Pottery Barn Kids. My chair has been backordered since placing the order and the delivery date continues to get pushed back. I've tried calling so many times, both the store and customer service line, to cancel and no one will allow me to cancel the order for a piece of furniture that isn't even available.

The new estimated delivery date is the week that our baby is due. I've tried explaining to customer service that this is the last thing a new parent wants to deal with and they've showed ZEO. empathy. I've never seen such greed from a company.

I will NEVER order from Pottery Barn or Pottery Barn Kids again. Their customer service department should be ashamed of themselves.

I purchased a storage bed from my local Pottery Barn store in Princeton, NJ on Aug 1 (Order number 302142320241). I was told that due to COVID, shipment will be delayed and expect delivery by end of September. I understood the situation and gladly accepted.

However, the expected delivery kept changing every 2-3 weeks from September 2020 to Jan 31, 2021! Customer service had no answers for me when I called numerous times and kept telling me that they are waiting on 1 missing piece - the headboard.

Then I received a notification that everything was available and delivery was scheduled for Jan 20, 2021. On the date of delivery, I got a call from the delivery hub that the headboard was in fact not there and delivery was cancelled.

I clicked on a pop up to sign up for emails and would receive 15% off first purchase. I got the email. Copied the code. Have a $450 order and the code isn't valid. I called customer service and was told there is an issue with removing the pop up for 15% off and they won't be honoring it.

Meanwhile I have received 10 advertising emails from them. How is this not false advertising. Customer service said oh well.

As a supposedly reputable company that sells high-end furniture and home accessories, words cannot express my disappointment and frustration in dealing with both Pottery Barn and West Elm.

I placed two orders on November 5, 2020 spending over $9,000.00: one with Pottery Barn and one with West Elm. The order placed with West Elm was two months late being delivered. I spent countless hours on the phone with their customer service team attempting to obtain an update with no success. All I received was finger-pointing at outsourced vendors and empty promises. I disputed a charge. The reward certificate amount, $475, was not deducted in the final checkout on Dec. 22, 2019. The checkout screen froze for close to 10 minutes.

Finally a screen came up confirming the order, but it had no information about a new total being charged. I had copy/pasted the number from one of their emails. I saw it was deducted on the previous screen. I saw the Delivery Service charge I had purchased as well.

I had no reason to believe the total from the previous screen would be changed during the 10 minutes it took to confirm the merchandise was in stock and reserved. That has never happened before on any other site I have shopped, for close to 3 decades!

I purchased the Catalina Twin-over-Twin bunk bed for my son as a Christmas gift. I placed the order on December 2. My estimated delivery window was Dec. 9 - Dec. 23. As Christmas neared, I called Pottery Barn (PB) for an update and they said I should expect a call either Dec. 24 or Dec. 26. I received no call. On Dec. 30, I called back and spoke with a woman named Jodi. She assured me PB would straighten this out, apologized, and told me someone should have already called me to set up my delivery. Jodi went ahead and scheduled the delivery for Jan. 3. My wife rearranged her schedule to be home for the 9 AM to 11 AM delivery. Absolutely horrible customer service. I signed up for 12 months interest free and paid the same amount diligently every month using their automatic payment feature. It came to my very last month and I changed my automatic payment to pay the balance in full on the due date 4/6.

Apparently, the expiration for interest free was on 4/1. So the balance of my bill which was automatically paid through THEIR system on 4/6 put me past the expiration therefore, they are now requiring me to pay the full 12 months of interest.

When I called to speak to the customer service representative, she said there was nothing she could do. Such a sham. Won't be shopping at Pottery Barn again.

The Customer Service at this company is absolutly horrid. Half of the people that you speak with promise the world and have no actual autority to enact what they promised. Even supervisors are huges offenders of terrible customer service. My wife bought a 300 dollar activity table from them and at first the table said it was going to ship the week after black friday.

This did not happen and it was still "being shipped 3 weeks later". Pottery barn stated that it was still on its way to which a couple of days later they canceled the order with no notice and a week before christmas.

I tried to order a set of candlesticks from the store in Shrewsbury. They did have the complete set and the clerk there found it at the store in NYC. I called to place an order and was told that all orders had to be confirmed. I spoke with an Alicia this morning to place the order.

I got a call back from Alicia this afternoon saying that she did not enter my card correctly can I call back. I did and when she got on the phone claimed I never spoke to her, or took an order over the phone. This is completely unacceptable behaviour.

In addition, why clerks in one store cannot place san order to be shipped from another store is also really frustrating. I can tell you thsat I am never ever going to walk into one of stores again.

Placed an order on Sept 4 2019. Half the order arrived 3 months later. The other is still missing. Have spoken to customer service numerous times and can never get a real answer as to what is happening.

First told that need to re-order. Well we don’t have another 4 months to wait. These are for a customer and for a custom closet install. 4 months of waiting has already been too long. I’ve tried MANY times to get a supervisor on the phone but am consistently lied to about wait times or at lunch or not here today.

I know there is at least one supervisor of one department somewhere. Disgustingly poor customer service. I’ve currently been on the phone an hour and all that’s happening when I ask for a supervisor is a long hold then an excuse why I can’t speak with one. It’s garbage.

I placed the order (order # 393372844562) and realized that I did not apply the promotion # to the order. Called the customer service immidiately and they said they cannot apply the promotion nor they can calncell the order.

For the same order #, the website said that the item was elligible for a promotion: if the order is placed before 12/9, the item will be delivered on Dec 24th. I placed the order on 12/3. Avalon, Alpharetta Ga When to the store to pick up my online order When I got to the store there was a sign indicating where I needed to go to pick up the Order. However instead of the line being used to give people their on line orders that they already paid for there were 2 staff out of 5 working with one lady who was complaining about she was purchasing. I could Not weigh the 20 to 30 minutes other people told me that they were waiting for this one lady with their towels.

What I don't understand is why the M store manager and staff have Zero common sense to follow their own sign.

When I called back after I had left the store to talk to the manager she was absolutely clueless.

The hassle in trying to get any help in your stores is getting to be unbearable.

I scheduled a delivery for Wednesday, November 13th because it was the only available day before my baby shower that my mother could afford to miss work (unpaid of course). I found your contact info online and am hoping you can help me with the above order, which was ordered over 6+ weeks ago, actually on August 24, with an expected delivery between September 28-Oct 6. After not receiving ANY call, I called to inquire as to delivery.

Received a sales promotion on cribs saying last chance to save si between 10 & at 11:00 pm. I completed my online order . The next morning at about 9AM I received a sakes promotion for the same item for $30. Plus tax less.

As a frequent in-store customer with a very large extended family & at 70 years old I was upset & frustrated by the inability to receive an adjustment. Every other business e er dealt with does so. Calling customer service , being placed on hold , I was hung up on after quite a wait. I called again.

I cannot explain the frustration and disappointment knowing that no supervisor would speak to me & no satisfaction given until I explained almost an hr. I would not hang up & would go on all social media outlets.

Last September we bought 2 pearl dot boarder rugs and a delaney rug, all made of wool. At time of purchase, the saleslady said it would shed for about 3 months, and I needed to vacuum frequently. I wanted to report that even until today these rugs are still shedding like crazy. In the beginning I needed to vacuum every other day. Now I still need to vacuum about twice a week. Otherwise, the hair flies every where in the house. The saleslady lied to us about shedding in the first 3 months. Afterwards I heard from a friend who also bought a wool rug from Pottery Barn, that the rug would keep shedding even three years later.

I am extremely unsatisfied with these products and I really want to make this known to all potential customers.

I ordered a sectional in February 2019. It arrived in April soiled and covered in 3 different fabrics. Another sofa was delivered 6 weeks later, also dirty. The last was delivered in July but I ordered bench cushions and only one side was a bench.

I have contacted a Julia Brooks several times re: this matter. I was credited $2000 and told I would be credited another $1500 but have not yet seen that credit. I still do not have the product I ordered. At this time I would just as soon have you pick up the sofa, refund my money and let me buy elsewhere.

I expected more from Pottery Barn beyond lip service. I spent over $7000 for a sectional and your company cannot make it right after 8 months. I do not wish to litigate but I’m not sure anyone will listen to me unless I restrain counsel.

Today I received a fabric storage container with black mold on it! I’ve received many damaged and defective items from Pottery Barn but this topped the rest. Customer service was extremely poor and didn’t help to resolve the problem (Corby, a supervisor in Dallas, TX, was AWFUL).

Poor quality items and extremely poor customer service-Pottery Barn cannot compete with the rest.

I ordered a Mateo headboard on March 28 2019. 53 and the money was taken out of my account immediately. Three weeks later I had not been contacted or notified on the status of the headboard. After calling the furniture department, I was told by an associate the headboard was ready to ship but they forgot to call me to schedule delivery.

As a result, I told the associate to cancel the headboard and issue me a refund. The order was cancelled and no refund issued. Since April 17, 2019, I have been calling once a week every week to obtain my refund.

I have been given several excuses and no one seems to be able to help me. Please Help! 3888.

I have been trying to cancel an order for 3 weeks with zero followup from calls, emails, FB etc

I ordered a table in May never delivered and apparently the customer service reps cannot cancel the order without supervisor approval as it is a third party vendor !!!!!

I am so tired of the run around and will never shop there again after years of being a loyal customer

I ordered what Pottery Barn calls the Loralie spindle arm chair. I ordered it in white. Before ordering I had viewed similar chairs on Birch Lane and Wayfair. They also called the chairs White. Having had issues before, I asked them to verify the color. They were all off white/cream. I then found this same style chair offered at Pottery Barn. I called to verify the wood color and ordered fabric samples. Supposedly you don't have outside vendors so I trusted your customer service when they assured me the wood was indeed WHITE. I was VERY specific. You supposedly record calls, so please look up the multiple calls I made.

The chair I received is not even "off White", it is at best, Antique White but closer to TAN. It is not returnable. This is OUTRAGEOUS, LAZY and SHAMEFUL on their part.…

I returned two sets of silverware on July 2, 2019 two days after receiving them and asked that they be credited back to my pottery barn charge account. Yesterday, I received my bill and NO CREDIT was issued. After calling customer service three times last night and being hung up on or disconnected three times.

I use to love Pottery Barn but the Customer Service just isn't there any longer and it is truly sad. I will go all the way to the CEO of the company to receive my $360 credit for the two sets of eight piece silverware!!! Totally Unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!

I had rug in cart on Thursday July 11. I applied for and received PB credit card. Because of work and family priorities, I was not able to go back and complete the order until Saturday July 13. 00. I called Customer Service - the "service" part is a joke - they informed me essentially "too bad". There was no apology.

There was no offer to work with me. I informed the rep that I am a long time customer, most recently purchasing a sectional and a chandelier. ). The customer rep took all of my information and assured me a supervisor would return my call that day.

My cynicism to her was justified. Of course no one called back. So I will be calling the public relations department first thing on July 15th. Had I looked at the Yelp reviews first - overwhelmingly negative, one star ratings - I…

I’m a 45 yr old African American woman and each time (3x’s) I’ve been completely ignored when I’ve shopped at the Pottery Barn East Cobb Marietta Ga. Twice, I’ve made purchases in spite of the treatment, however today, it was blatant and I decided to call the saleswoman out on her oversight of me and approaching a Caucasian woman. She stated that she didn’t see me; which is far fetch, you would have to be blind

I decided that enough was enough and left & I will not be returning and will be sure to inform my social circle of the treatment.

It is clear that this particular store can use some training.

I was not told at point of purchase that I would have to assemble items. A date to ship was to go with the liveseat. I have received triplicate shipments of the table and chairs at my 501 address in NYC.

I want all boxes picked up immediately as storage is limited!! I have spoken to several different associates at customer service and no satisfaction! Thank you!!

My complaint is too long to explain. However I will let you know that I have been in customer service for the past 20 years and I have never experienced such a lack of customer service in my life. I would like to speak to someone who can assist me
