First payment was December 4 Then I waited n waited for an answer weather it was approved or not no one call me later I message miss Jessica then Lissette several times to get information n they would not answer back to me. Jessica decide to answer on the 11th of December saying insurance was approved n that she would send me a portal to check it it's December 18 n I'm still waiting for a contract, a policy number, some kind of information they have not responded to me since then
I am very disappointed in this company I call u guys directly to cancel my insurance and the one I was going to purchase for my parents this is absolutely bad the way ur agents treat people…
