thousand life insurance saying just to see if they approve u n then we will lower it later on, so we went on with that.

First payment was December 4 Then I waited n waited for an answer weather it was approved or not no one call me later I message miss Jessica then Lissette several times to get information n they would not answer back to me. Jessica decide to answer on the 11th of December saying insurance was approved n that she would send me a portal to check it it's December 18 n I'm still waiting for a contract, a policy number, some kind of information they have not responded to me since then

I am very disappointed in this company I call u guys directly to cancel my insurance and the one I was going to purchase for my parents this is absolutely bad the way ur agents treat people…

This company is horrible, I have been waiting for my pay out for 2 weeks now. They got all the documents they need to give me the payout 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't got the check. Everyday I've called for the last 2 weeks and the agent has given me different information about when I should receive the check eveytime.

No one is on the same page. I called this past Monday they said I should have the check this week, it's Thursday I haven't got anything. I called to make sure the last agent I talked info was accurate, because again everytime I call its something different, and this time was no different.

It was just mailed out yesterday (Wednesday) and u should get it in 7 to 10 business days. How do did it jump from the last agent telling me I should have it this week to now I won't…

First things was I wanted to pause my Roth IRA and saving due to low income. I closed both those account but some how Primerica still took $200 from my account with out my knowledge. I recently lose my job and struggled financially.

I called every other day about this issue. But I got the run arounds. I recieved only 14 cents of my money back and supposedly the money is on its way. One agent cold heartily told me life was hard and… I hanged up the phone.

How someone be so cold to customer going through tough times? Anyway DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRIMERICA!!!

Primerica’s representative Roy Gutierrez breached is responsibility as a fiduciary, exercised dereliction of duty duty in managing the accounts of my mother & father in law for 30 YEARS. Despite historically major market changes, he never reached out to speak with them about making changes to investment direction or ANYTHING. He demonstrated complete incompetence.

My "RVP" didn't cancel my policies when asked and didn't let me resign from my position as well after he literally took all the steps setting up my account & also using his address instead of mine. Been real shady since I joined & was so about the money..

he would pay for some of my recruits in order to get his money up & also let me have my clients sign up under my bank account. Sucked he wasn't for the company and just for the money, I ended up quitting because of rebates, and he tried to convince me it was okay.

His name is Aderemi J Dosunmu. Attached is his contact info. I'm only doing this here because I called 3 numbers to make a report and no-one got back to me. Run from this company guys!

I’m complaining about the Mingura’s Edgar and zayda in Houston they did my life insurance and I am needing my investments account set up but they are refusing to help and I’m part of their team but they are racist towards me they don’t want to help white people as much as their Mexican friends same with their mentors the Rocha’s Igor and Georgina that run the office there

I transferred my trad ira into if primerica back on Oct 4th 2021. I have called many times asking for a mailed monthly statement of Oct, year end statement, quarterly statement. Anything. They keep telling me they will mail me a statement, but nothing ever comes.

They have closed my online account, so I can't access anything that way. I've received postcards and emails from primerica telling me my statements are ready and can be viewed online, but what good is that if they locked my account?

Back in Oct I called for agreement and told it was not possible until next year since it happened at beginning of quarter, or i could get temporary online account access to get them. Called beginning of January when I got my first postcard of the year.

They said it online access not possible, and…

This place is very mis leading. I es so excited to work and help others yet I never got the help ! Nor did I EVER receive my training . If you wanna make extra cash don’t this place will make sure to take your money away and not give you anything back!

So much for helping others yet you take and don’t even bother helping with service . Never again will I let a to good to be true add ever again! I hope that primera changes there ways because as of right now you guys are scamming people and it’s not fair .

Legal Shield is a pre pay legal services, But the problem is that they are willing to take your money monthly and offer no legal services. Trying to get an attorney on the phone is next to impossible. You have to schedule one to call you and that will be within 4 hours.

First time Attorney cant hear me and call drops, have to schedule again in 4 hours, and that call drops and have to reschedule, even though I am supposed to be scheduled for that time, which at that point is in 2 days. Do not let anyone you know get this garbage!

I have a insurance policy with primerica, I'm scheduled to have 1 monthly debit for the premium amount. well Checked my account to find that Primerica has debited my account 3 separate time in March and overdrew my account. so far I haven't been able to reach anyone who can tell me why they fraudulently debited money from my bank account and how they plan to fix it. It really concerns me because if their stealing from me and I'm alive are they going to steal from my family once I'm gone?

I'm so disgusted with the business practices that are being displayed by this company. in light of the pandemic we are in thanks to Primerica I can't even buy groceries for my family

I have had a life insurance policy for fifteen years with Primerica and the payments have been automatically drafted from my account the entire time so my payments have always been timely. The policy was on myself and my ex-husband to ensure our daughter was taken care of in case something happened to either one of us.

My daughter is now married and we don't need to worry about her anymore. I wanted to drop my ex-husband from the policy and keep it for myself but when I contacted my representative, he did not return my call.

I called customer service and they tried to connect me with his supervisor who also did not answer his phone. I was told that a message was left with the supervisor to call me, but I never received a call back from him either.

My husband and I had a policy taken out, and he placed a $5000. Base and a $145,000. Rider: and I had a spouse Rider for $50,000. He became totally disabled and unemployable. He was on a Disability Waiver. Once the 20 year term expired the rider for him dropped off. The two agents I spoke with, one who sold the policy to us, and another colleague, (we also were agents from 1984-1992) didn't understand how the riders dropped off when you were on Disability Waiver. I have called the company as well as written online and have yet to have an answer. Please advise. Thank you
