Worst customer service and policies. They transfered a balance into an IRA account without prior knowledge, I have not been able to access the account for over 18 months. Every time I have called I have been placed on hold for hours and when the call back selection was made never have received any of the calls or emails back.

Was placed on leave by my bosses for mental health reasons. Took the entire month for Principal to file my claim and then denied me. Said my claim was not applicable to work. My depression increased due to stress at work.

My therapy records show that. Agent asked therapist for incorrect dates. They keep trying to call me after I've been denied and have already returned to work part time, so there's no use in talking to them.

These clowns are straight trash. They will lie to you to get you off the phone. Every single person there lacks integrity. Invest your own money and go to the Ringling Brothers to watch clowns.
