Over charging continuous charges even after cancellation. Terrible customer service can't talk to anyone that knows what they are doing . Hung up on over 6 times. Still being charged and not receiving product at all. Have been overcharged for 6 months twice sometimes three times a month
I ordered the skin products to cure the acne for my son. The product didn’t work, acne got worst. I have been waiting fo my refund since June/2021 but they keep telling me that they are having trouble with the new software.
Have used Proactiv before, did not really work that well. I would actually give it a 1-star complaint rating, because the commercials are such liars. The face wash is like straight up acid, the lotion is lotion like any other brand.
In fact, my face and acne got far better when I stopped using Proactiv and started watching my diet. The problem is these chemicals do not fix the root of the problem, they only scar your face!
