i sent the paper work in twice. Many hours spent on this issue and all different answers.!!! It’s difficult to explain or understand your awful customer service people!!! Can never speak to anyone in the states. Ready to pack up my services and move on.

Can’t contact anyone in Corporate either!! Prudential used to be a top notch customer not so much now . Trying to find out where our funds are.

I have been trying to get a response from prudential regarding money I requested from my pension fund. The money has been taken from the account over a week ago and I have not received it. I cannot get a response from Prudential through email, phone, or live chat.

It’s extremely stressful trying to deal with a company who treat their clients with such contempt.

I have been trying to speak with Laura Ryan, claims examiner and she is documenting she left me messages, but I have no messages or missed call. She has not tried and if is concerning that she is falsifying records.

I have spoken with several people, none of them has a supervisor or a phone number for a supervisor. Won’t give last names either. Unable to access the portal since the claim was from 9/22 and apparently it was handled by NTT Data.

This is for a voluntary accident policy t I need someone to contact me immediately. Call center has gotten very testy since I’m having to call every day and not one is willing to assist me with this. We faxed the MD statement and op report three times before they admitted they got the info.

I submitted my direct deposit form on 10/25/22 for my long term benefits. The rep argued she did not get it until I told her if she got my doctors note she got my direct deposit form from my bank then I told her I cc myself then she was like oh I found it.

Because if your incompetence my financial situation is extremely stressed and I may loose my car. Then I was told she would call be back she didn’t I have to keep calling. Then she told me I would get my money the next day I didn’t then I was told it takes 5 days and I lost my car waiting on lies.

Prudential attitude is we mess up oh well we don’t care how it affects you and the supervisor told me it’s nothing they can do when this happens. I am the only one suffering and prudential don’t give a dam!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Our son passed away back in last year- my husband received half of his life insurance and prudential is now saying they paid out in error and are telling us we need to send back our payment. Very unprofessional!

Attempting to request a loan however my home address was not updated which can only be done by my employer, which was done 10 days without resolution, now 7 more days to “ investigate” Nothing that a simple phone call couldn’t resolve in minutes. Several phone calls, waited hours on hold to have robotic reputations of same information, no supervisor intervention.

When I was on STD leave for surgery they overpaid me twice after I returned to work. I notified them of this overpayment via phone on 4 different occasions and each phone call I was told someone from the Overpayment Department would call me back. This never happened.

Then I start getting these threatening letters that my account will go to debt collector. I called again, refused to get off the phone til I spoke with someone about this, I mean, what else was I to do. I one ever got back to me.

I was lied to by the Case Manager saying she called and left a VM about setting up a payment plan, that was an out right lie.

Finally got the form to fill out, sent it before Christmas and now today get a call from a collection agency. Prudential says they never received the form. This place must…

I have called customer service 5 times to get my last name changed as well as my beneficiary changed. Each time they have messed up all my info (language barrier) , nothing has been changed. and nothing has been changed.

I am extremely disappointed in Prudential. I have done my part, they have not done there's. Very frustrating. I have filed a complaint.

I was on hold for 35 minutes and I finally hung up Maybe Prudential should hire more people to help the clients instead of giving out hefty bonuses There is no reason to put a client who happens to be paying you to be on hold for that length of time

Prudential Insurance over charged my mother for a $3,000 policy. 00. I have the original policy and did the math. So that means the payout amounts are incorrect. I ask for records. They say they will send but never do.

I ask how do I get this resolved and they put me on hold to never come back. I bet Prudential ripped off a bunch of people in 1969 on this $3,000 policy.

I filed a short term disability claim due to a recent back injury. Winston, my claims adjuster was rude, he lies and was never available when I called. The staff is in an outsourced location so their customer service is mediocre and they're rude.

I was told by Winston that he sent multiple emails to my HR and Benefits Department and he never did, he only sent one and that was they day I called him upset because my payment date kept getting pushed out. I set up direct deposit and was advised by Deb in the US office that it's been approved, however I spoke with Winston again and he tells me that it's still pending.

He then tells me that my direct deposit was approved and I will have my payment deposited on 8/13/2021. here it is 8/13/2021 and I have no payment, I called this morning and yet…

I have a claim pending with an alliance account and every time I call I get told it's going to be another 7 to 10 days. Then 15 days later I followup and get the same to 7 to 10 day estimate.

I request escalation and get a call that the check has been cut and is being mailed but I point out there are 5 beneficiaries and should be 5 checks to different payee's so she tells me she will fix it and call me back in an hour. Two and a half hours later and no call so I call again and get another run around and the promise a supervisor will call me back but I'm not confident that will happen given my experience with your service center.

As big a company as Prudential is you should be able to hire competent staff to represent you to the public. I am so frustrated with the lousy service I can't…

I would like to receive a phone call or email from someone at Prudential that oversees the the Prudential Retirement division, for the purpose of getting reissuance of three uncashed distribution checks on a retirement account.

your customer service absolutely SUCKS !!! I have power of Atty. for my father, who has Life Ins. through Pru. for over 20 yrs. I've submitted the necessary paperwork needed to access his policies legally and continue to be given the COMPLETE RUNAROUND for weeks.

First off I faxed incopy of POA that wasn't read for days, then every time I called nobody knew what was going on. , and that will take 5-7 days. Then they will send snail mail in another 5-7 days and the information they send you is not the information that you requested.

my claims specialist tyler made my experience very horrific. he didnt have any real empathy of my situation and didnt care that my pay didnt come and that my financial situation was compromised because they didnt update my information in a timely manner.

he told me he services 200 claims a day and made it seem like its too bad that my claim wasnt updated in time to receive my check for the holidays. if prudential has workers who dont really care about the people who are already put in compromising situations and the only thing they have going is the little money they receive for their short term disability then i wouldnt suggest them to anyone.

Today I spoke with a couple of reps. The first time, the call dropped or I was hung up on. The second department online department advised me they could not help me update my telephone number so the transferred me.

I then had gotten Derrick, his customer service was not wonderful. He kept putting me on hold, it was silence, kept asking me questions even though I verified myself through the automated system. I was on the phone a while with him more than 10 min's.

for a phone number update. I did provided a poor rating survey on him. I don't know if my phone number was updated. If on my profile it shows 281-2520-0041 he did not update. If someone can email me to let me know it was done successfully

On May 28, 2019, I logged on to my computer to pay my wife's life insurance premium from the payment notice she received in the mail. Since my wife is not computer literate, I have been paying her premium, and also mine when it comes due, online out of our joint checking account.

I find it easier to do this online to avoid the hassle doing it verbally over the telephone, plus I save the copy of date, time, amount paid and confirmation code as printed online. This time when I logged in to do this, there must have been a change in the online payment procedure which I could not figure out so I had no choice but to make the payment over the phone which turned out to be a disaster.

I have been dealing with Prudential for months now to reinstate my VGLI life insurance and provided every single document requested, mailed checks, answered numerous questions, and still nothing to-date. I have called four times to have my retirement account reset so I can access it, which I have not done in over 4 years. I have been told during FOUR separate phone calls to an 800 number now that I will receive an email to supposedly help me reset my account.

I received one email two weeks ago saying it was "being processed." Have not received anything since, and still can not access my account. Called back three more times and was told the same thing.

This is illegal, and Prudential can not deny me access to my money. The individuals working at your call center are worthless and rude. They do not want to help me.

Where can I show up in person to rectify these issues, and to make arrangements to transfer these funds?

I am so frustrated with the quality of service my wife and I are receiving from Prudential. We have had accounts with Prudential since the early 1960's and to be treated this way is unacceptable.

Early November we sat down with our agent and told him that we wanted to receive monthly installments direct deposit to our account. We also said we wanted this money in the account on the FIRST of each month. On January 1st, yes this was a holiday but we expected to see the deposit the next business day. It was not, we received it on the 5th. Now here it is February, the 1st has passed and no direct deposit. Nothing bad I can say about Prudential. The company provides great Life Insurance, Retirement & Pension Plans, Group Disability & Insurance, Annuities and Mutual Funds, and Investments. They believe in serving customers, employees and communities in a highly ethical way.
