I am a loyal customer for 30 years of puma foot wear, I have purchased a pair of low tops that had colts in the soles of the puma shoe . It has rubbbed off the first time I had used a wet wash cloth to was off the shoe as there was not much on the shoe .

This is a daily routine I do .. water an a wet wash cloth should not take off the colt that was on the sole I paid a lot money for theses shoes an it seems the color would of stayed in the sole of the shoe .

, all of my Luka shoes up to date that I have bought had not ever done this plus wasted my money on the shoes if I had known it not lasted for at least a year . The blue a pink sole color should not rubbed off the sole .

I will with being contacted back want my money back or a new pair of shoes free I will not buy any more puma…

I ordered clothing and shoes from Puma in August and I never received my order because FedEx delivered it to a wrong address and now Puma is refusing to give me a refund because last year the courier company FedEx did the same thing last year and delivered my package yet again to the wrong address. This is not FAIR TO ME AS THE CUSTOMER to bear the loss of my money and have no present for my special needs son birthday

They’re return policy is the worst and as I told the third person I’ve talked to since I’ve not received my refund that was sent back and delivered to their warehouse on 6/29 that this is 2023 and they’re running a business like it’s 2000. Just an FYI they told me that they have up to a total of 10 business days to even start processing the returns which doesn’t include weekends or holidays.

So, Monday 7/17 will be the “tenth business day” before they start the process then I have to wait for my card company to apply it. My order was almost $600 that I’m still waiting on a refund. The last customer service agent started telling me unrelated stuff and I had to shut her up about people return cat litter in boxes as refunds so that’s why they started doing the ten day processing.

00 pair of shoes white that I needed for a particular engagement last November. I wore these shoes once literally once and put them away for winter. Weather was beautiful today so I brought out my new white shoes to go out for the day and all I heard was squeaking shoes and I in-turn proceeded to take shoes back with tags still inside the shoe but

I was asked what do you want me to do by the sales rep. I asked for an exchange or refund but was informed 30 days was the return policy. 00 at under armour on a new pair of white shoes that are far superior to your brand. Never again

To whom it may concern,

I am writing regarding an incident that occurred on Thursday December 29, 2022 at approximately 8:30PM at the Puma store located in Jersey Gardens 651 Kapkowski Rd Space 1090 Elizabeth, NJ 07201 P - 908-355-4547. I am a frequent customer of this location and usually have a great customer experience, however on this particular occasion that was unfortunately not the case.

The cashier (Cashier: 414360 Clerk:414360) was having an entire conversation with her colleague as she was ringing up my items (Transaction #518663), and when I politely asked her to complete ringing up my items she replied “Ok Gang” and continued to conduct herself in a very unprofessional manner. I believe employees are a direct reflection of the brand and further more should practice the values…

Puma, I have been spending a lot of money shopping with you recently, especially since I live outside of the US. You don't follow a consistent size policy. Approximately a year ago, I had to give away two pairs of shoes after buying my size.

After going a size higher, all three footwears I just received today are not my size. I'm really upset about this.

I bought my granddaughter a pair of women's puma for school August 4th at our local shoe show store and it's November and the tops have come open the mesh top I paid little over 60 dollars for these shoes she has took good care of them only wearing them to school and home .can u replace for send a discount for me to get another pair please and thank u

Bought a pair of puma slides. Pink ones in the fell apart within months. Only one of them. But I'm not that rough on my shoes so I'm really bummed out because the pink all came off on one side and I can't just wear one pink one and

one white one just very disappointed with you guys' products other shoes I bought have been great for you guys but this this puma slide suck

Second time in one month I made the mistake to buy on puma.eu and for god sake. They added a payment by transfer money what looks like it would be faster to get it.

I have paid on13/04 and after 3 days they sent a email asking me if I would wanted the item yet, even in my account the my order doesn't exist. It's the second time it happens and they always give me the same excuse " hope u understand" how a company the size of PUMA had a shitty customer service like that? For real.

I made a purchase with puma online on 12/8/2021 and returned the items using the provided label on 12/20/2021 yet I still have not received my refund. I have been calling and even filed a dispute with Paypal only for Puma to say they tried to refund me but they canceled it because I have an open dispute with Paypal against them.

Puma then attempted to tell me that I have to close the dispute in order to receive my refund. But how does that make sense and why would I close a dispute that I filed because I haven't received my refund.

I asked to speak to the supervisor at Puma, asked to Speak to the Compliance Officer at Puma, and even asked to Speak to the Disputes Department. Still no resolve! 19 refund. I would like my money.

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers, a hat and socks for Christmas. The items were delivered to a wrong address that doesn't exist. I called PUMA numerous times explaining the situation and also Fed ex. Neither company would help me and a puma supervisor basically told me I'm out of money and my product.

Granted, I was at fault for accidentally putting in the wrong address, but no one knows where these packages went. I loved puma and have spent a lot of money with your company but after this experience, I will never order another Puma product again.

I always buy puma runner and am always happy with them.

However this time I am very disappointed. I bought a pair of runners from a puma outlet in Gozo Malta 5 mths ago. And now it seemed that they have stained from the inside out around the seam of the leather stitching (see photos).

It will not clean with any method I have tried... Usually my puma runner always last me over a year this time 5mths and I am very unhappy. Is there anything you can you do for me as the outlet wont. Thanks.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my son back in December 2015 from Macy's in Visalia, CA. The brand was Puma. The sole came off after a couple of months. Today I took the shoes to Macy's and the manager refused to take it back and said that it was not manufacturer's defect which means it was my son's fault.

She said shoes do last long saying you must purchase shoes every six months. I had paid 43 dollars for the pair. She called her manager and she said the same thing that Macy's will not take it back for refund or an exchange.

I called Macy's and filed a complaint. I have to wait and see how they want to resolve the matter.

Throughout 2014-2015, i have purchased 5 pairs of Puma trainers, two of them being Puma Suede. the pair that I am complaining about is a burgundy coloured pair that I purchased in a sale at JD Sports in Oxford. On the second wear the suede has torn on the right foot little toe side.

I have never experienced this type of product defect with the other four pairs I have purchased. Though I purchased the trainers in 2014 I have only worn them on the two occasions mentioned above. I would therefore like to urge you to examine these to find out what may have caused this defect.

I can assure you that you can check to see that the trainers have not been frequently worn as the soles are unmarked and the upper part with signs of wear and tear. I look forward to hearing from Puma corporate offices…

I love to have branded clothing, shoes and other accessories in my closet. One of the brands I choose is Puma. I first purchased Puma running shoes and I liked the comfort and style through which they design their products.

The logo says a lot about the brand. Its light weight and style attracted me to make PUMA my choice. The durability too is one aspect which makes PUMA the best. I use them during my gym, for a walk and the comfort it give me is amazing.

Would definitely recommend this to all who want something that suits style and comfort.
