My husband and I stopped at your Florida NY store on our way home from a long day on the road. My husband went in to buy cigars but he didn't have his ID. So I went in with my ID to purchase them with my ID.

Your clerk Mckenzie refused to sell them to me because I was buying them for my 61 year old husband. She said it was store policy that he had to buy them with his ID because they were for him.

I totally understand your ID policy for buying tobacco but REALLY we were both born in the sixty we don't look 21. Don't understand why she wouldn't sell them to me. She just kept saying store policy. maybe Mckenzie needs more training on store policy!

Your Beachwood store manger I believe her name is Deanna is the absolute worst manager I have ever seen. Extremely rude and the employees fall right behind her. Lines are out the door and the ladies in the back are just watching..

This store needs a major complete sweep of employees.

I was told cappuccino steamer was not working after I had paid I requested a refund. After a few minutes of cashier fumbling around with cash register he wanted my change back then took an open pack of cupcakes to scan bar code. He wouldn’t give me back my change He told me I didn’t understand I got so aggravated I left without the money

Pulled up to a gas pump @ store # 163, the gas manager and 2 associates approached my car in an alarming matter, all three talking at the same time … one saying move your car, another this pump is broken, and I don’t even know what the third one was saying… all 3 had name tags turned around where you can’t see their names….

I found out 2 of their names from ppl who use to work there and work there now… The associate Chris Bray was overly aggressive which in turn I became aggressive as well…. The manager Luis just stood there did nothing to diffuse the situation.

This is like the 3rd bad experience I have had while spending my money at this location . I arrived one morning at 4:30 am and there are cars as well as my self waiting for a gas attendant, walk into the store the 2 associates…

My wife has being work all hours at Frankford store and the name of my wife is Christine kymer and I would like it fix she was hired for overnight and cashier and now she has worked all hours 1st 2nd and overnight. If she pass out it's on you and most of them in the store is nice I walk in get coffee and bathroom and talk to her for a min and walk out but now I will never walk in to other quickchek again

The QuickChek on valley rd in Clifton ,NJ has this person working there named Deepak who on countless occasions has harrssed me and my cousin. I hate having to deal with this person its a nightmare. He refused to give me products I paid for, made my cousin empty out her purse when she had personal items in there and is just plain rude and nonattive to customers.

The lady that works nights doesn't like people who use EBT CARDS I guess because I'm White she cursed at me and then called the cops this is not the first interaction I had with this lady every time I went to this location this lady gave me dirty eyes and was talking under her breath about a white boy with EBT benefits the worst experience I ever had at any Quick Check location throughout my life which is a long time I'm 56 years old I will never be coming back to one of them again and

We went to the quickchek that is on Williams St. and Mountain Ave. in Piscataway, NJ 08854. The heavy-set white woman that was working the deli at approximately 10:45 am on February 11th, announced to everyone that was waiting for their food that she tested positive for Covid two weeks ago and still has it today.

Please explain to me why she is handling our food and is still working there around food and customers.

Asked the deli girl to make me a champ sandwich with just ham and swiss said ok she showed me how to order it but not going to be three pcs of rye. So I asked but you can make a champ just no turkey or roast beef ( which I dislike) instead put ham she said ok so I paid for it and

got a regular champ with roast beef and turkey (yuk) plus ham I think if you do not understand any English. You should not be hired to deal with the public who speaks English. I was so frustrated and just wanted to show her.

I've worked many delis and could not understand simple things.

I got gas on 1/31/2023 at the QuickChek in Hackettstown nj for $57.19. My bank called me because you tried to charge my card $125. They declined this charge thank God I have a great bank.

Who the hell do you think you are over charging me. I am going to make it my mission to talk to everyone I know what a bunch crooks you are and to never use Quickchek for gas. You lost my business for ever. Fuck you all.

Middletown NY, 1-3 Kelly Way. Store is pitiful!!! Never have the coffee urns filled, especially cinnamon roll and hazel nut, no matter what time of day. You ask someone, and you get a dirty look. Outside of store is disgusting, litter all about and never picked up.

Coffee station filthy and always lacking something, needs to be cleaned. We spend lots of money here, in sandwiches, bagged coffee, gift cards. We have been coming to this store since it has opened, but it’s very unlikely that will continue unless something is done.

Perhaps a call to the health commissioner might remedy the uncleanliness and possible health hazard posed by this store.

I've been a customer at Quick Check in Raritan, NJ for over 20 years. The service has gone done the tubes lately, Managers who don't care, employees who are rude, not all but a few.. Launch time there is terrible, soup containers are empty at 12:30 ??

It's frustrating for the consumer. The particular store is located on W Somerset ST, in Raritan... I'll be taking my business else where.

I have the QuickChek app and I love it. I told my mom about it so she downloaded it in the car and went in because when I signed up and went in I got a free drink the first time I used it.

My mom went in for a drink and some chips expecting the drink to be free, however the cashier checking her out told her she had no idea what she was talking about and then called over the store manager Who said he couldn’t be bothered coming over that she can get a free one tomorrow.

My mom asked is there something I should tell them and he said no. Was extremely rude and disrespectful in his tone. That’s not how you run a store let alone you have Customer Service I’m not gonna be going back there considering that’s how he speaks to my mom and I’m in there every day twice a day at least getting coffee…

10 gas pumps and one attendent ! This is a perfect example on how to NOT run a business. Is Quick Check's parent company Southwest airlines ? WaWa is another 5 miles away. I guess that's Where my family will have to go to get decent service. I will urge everyone I know to not to use quick check . This may be your game to get NJ to allow self serve gas and put more money in your pockets By not having to pay attendents, and screwing your custumers to get there.

I arrived at the store located at the corner of New Hampshire and Cedar Bridge Road in Lakewood NJ. I needed to use the bathroom very badly and had just stepped into the stall and shut the door. There was a little bit of water on the floor and they made me get out of the bathroom so they could close the bathroom and wouldn’t let me use the toilet first, it would’ve taken me literally 30 seconds.

I had to pee in a cup in the parking lot so that I didn’t pee in my pants. I understand they had to close the bathroom due to the water issue but an employee was very rude to me, and even after I practically begged to use the toilet, she still made me get out.

I was in the Somerset Store located at 1850 Easton Avenue on the eve of Thanksgiving playing my lottery when a very rude employee named Nina told me I was the cause of her customer walking out with a pack of cigarettes. I told her it was not my fault and she called me a STUPID BITCH, she continued to argue with me and I asked to speak with the manager.

When the manager came over she was very apologetic and had to ask Nina to be quiet on several occasions as she continued to be combative. I had my 10 year old granddaughter with me and no customer should be subjected to this verbal abuse.

I asked the manager for corporates number and she gave me the wrong number. I had to goggle it to get the correct number. I do business at this location all the time since it opened, however never again…

I visited the quick heck gas station at about 7 pm on 09/29/2022.

The attendant, the afro-american tall and thin guy of about 25 years old, without any prior context, began playing with me. On request to fuel for $30 he pretended heard 100 and was making fun of me. The food was incorrectly made. No chicken in the Buffalo sandwich. The coffee which was hot was given to me in a plastic cup. I had to ask for it to be put in an appropriate cup. The ice cream milkshake was unable to be drank through a straw.

The French fries were limp & disgusting.

The African American woman who works at quick check at the Somerville Circle in NJ somerville or Raritan NJ is very very rude. The only time she has ever greeted me was when there were upper management folks in the store watching.

I spend about 20 bucks a day here. The other day I asked her for a tobacco product, keep in mind she didn't greet me and made it seem like I was bothering her to get my cigar, after she got the cigar she walked away and said "Your Welcome".

I did not say thank you because she doesn't deserve that based on her poor attitude. She never tells you the price after ringing up the order and just takes the money with a nasty look on her face. I have a friend who won't go into this location because of her.

I'm about to stop going as well. It's obvious she hates her job…

Once again there is either no decaf or the decaf coffee is cold at the store on rte 36 near union beach nj. Today there was cold decaf coffee. When I told worker she said "oh, I have to make some.

This is at lunch time. This worker does not maintain the coffees. This NEVER happens at WAWA down the road.

Also, this is a chronic problem at this store.

I have been turned away 3 times when trying to order a toasted roll. I was told by employee that she is making breakfast. This is at 3:40 in the morning after I habe finished my shift at work. Is thus a quikcheck thing not serving customers?

There was only one other customer in the store at the time. Very dissatisfied. and another customer was returning there receipt for a sandwich which really made me feel annoyed. This was at the Hillsborough quik check on route 206 in New Jersey sandwich counter.

Where should I start this place by far the worse fast food more like slow food service I order two empnadas and it took them 30min to make and I was the first one in the store there only two worker in the whole store, the cashier took for 30min to come from out the bath room which that leaves the person who making sandwiches take over the cash register which leave no one making sandwiches which I get up early to be at work on time and

they will make you late just a poor experience there do not go to this quick chek so under staff need to just shut down cause they can't handle the volume of people who come there.

Any time I come to this place. The garbage cans are overflowing with trash. It is disgusting. It's also on the ground. It's going to attract mice and even more. The air pump are always broken. And the deli never makes order properly.

At your store I was approached by a ride white blonde employee accusing me of attempting to steal ice cream. She stated that last week I put items in my bag which was true and to carry. I asked her did I or didn't I pay for items last week to which she acknowledged I did.

Today I placed two items on the counter and first rang up one to. See if my balance was enough for both. As I seas paying for the firs5 she asked if I'd be ringing up the second. Keep in mind both items clearl6 displa6ed on counter.

She then said don't try it u tried it last week loudly so to embarrass me. I stated I'd be ringing it up next if balance was enough. Again I said did I not pay for everything last week to which she replied I did yet again said I was trying to steal it last week and must've changed my mind.…

I just received the worst sandwich I have ever had. It was a complete mess and fell apart as soon as I opened it. The quality of the sandwiches that are prepared at the 014 store in Belleville, NJ has steadily declined over the last two years.

It’s sad because QuickChek has always been my favorite. I will NEVER go back or to most other stores. Too inconsistent.
