I am one of thousands who are being extorted, for lack of a better term, to renew my Quicken subscription with an ad attached to my Quicken register.. The reason why I did not renew my subscription is the Quicken has informed me that they will no longer provide updates or technical support for the IOS version I have on my Mac.

Therefore, I did not renew. If you call customer service, they are programmed robots (actually people) who will repeatedly tell you that it is up to you whether you renew or not. That ad will only disappear if you renew.

That is their party line and that is what they are programmed to say no matter what your response is. What a load of bull!

I am getting hundreds of scam emails every day of the week from multiple people at Quicken Loans. I have blocked them but they keep emailing me.

I will report you to the attorney general's office as I am fed up with the constant harassment and barrage of daily emails.

I agreed to pay the increase in escrow for this year, but they will NOT reset my monthly payment to the previous amount prior to the increase. They're explanation is that the increase is due to an increase in insurance cost.

But insurance is INCLUDED in escrow, so there should NOT be a difference in my monthly payment. This company continues to raise my monthly payment every year, especially since I am near paying off the loan in it's entirety. I will NEVER do business with them again and urge everyone to avoid them and their theft policies.

I have called and texted Mathew Rosol probably ten times in the last 2 weeks for updates. Keep being told "there is a problem with the title. I don't know anything more" So this morning I call and he is away for 2 weeks. Spak with Brandon Burg. Told the same thing.

I finally reach the Title Specialist, Jason Pooler. Only helpful person so far. I then sent a message sent to Brandon Burg who is handling Matthew Rosol's clients. "As a follow up - Jason Pooler said it's held up by a payoff request they are waiting for from Breck Barton and Associates.

I was notified on April 6th of the payoff amount by Rachel Sherlock via email and on 4/18 was sent a closing disclosure form and I signed it. " I'm very frustrated right…

I have a mortgage with Quicken loans that is direct debited through my brokerage account at Fidelity. That account was hacked, and all of my Fidelity accounts had to be closed. It took several days to get new account numbers and to get those accounts activated.

Once I had that information, I added the new account to my Quicken loans account.

However, I was unable to delete the closed account, as the page said that I already had a payment scheduled from it. Their site did not allow me to delete the old account, so I mistakenly assumed that the new account (shown as the default) would be used for the April debit.

However, I got an email from Quicken claiming that the debit (from the old account) was rejected for insufficient funds. This is not true - Fidelity made it clear that their…

He answered phone promptly 2 times, told him how good it was that i had someone prompt, he told me he was on the phone a lot and if i called an got no answer to leave a message. He was having trouble accessing Equifax and Transunion.

I called both three times and the said my files were unlocked, told me to make sure Scott was using my full name. called Scott ,left him a message as instructed, two days and no return call. I have scores in the high 700 range and over 800 with EXPERIAN which he was able to access.

So why am i being treated like dirt?

QL approached me about refinancing a loan with a cold call. offering a good 1% plus decrease in my 30 year rate. I spent 6-8 weeks in the process getting all the required documentation together and proceeded to closing. During an underwriting review I was asked for additional financial information regarding my small business now due to COVID -19 at the 11th hour.

I find it discriminatory to target small business owners. If I had been a regular employee the W-2s and recent paystubs that I submitted would have sufficed. I refused to provide Financial Statements and Tax returns for my business. Because of COVID-19? Outrageous.

Worst company to deal with. I had Shane Bradley as my loan officer to begin with. When he wasn’t punctual in returning my calls I left him a voicemail making sure he understood that it was unprofessional to not return a call within 24hrs. He didn’t like the fact I challenged him on that and the next phone call I get is from a lady named Taylre that explained she was taking over the loan because Shane received a promotion. Doesn’t it make sense for the original loan officer to state that to the customer rather than just pass the info along to another officer to relay to the customer?

As I dealt with Taylre the first issue I had was with a dispute that only she and Quicken could find on my credit report. On my copy of the credit report there is no dispute. The other lender I was comparing…

I signed up online to see what refinance interest rates were and after putting in 24000 for income was told they didn't service my state. Online it says they service all 50000 states. I believe I was discriminated against!

On September 23rd 2019 I called into the customer care number to speak with an banker on obtaining information about getting pre approved for a primary home or possibly an investment home. The banker whom I was talking to was Cameron Bacon NMLS 1751732.

Cameron was not helpful at all with answering any of my questions on the investment side. He would not tell me my approval amount nor would he tell me the rates. I told him that I didn’t want to borrow no more than 125k he told me I had to borrow 150k.

When I asked him why he kept saying he didn’t want to get into details about the reason why. Cameron then said I had to borrow at least 175k for an investment property. I asked him why again and he gave me the same answer.

Greetings! I have been a customer since 2016. On 8/18/19, my home was severely damaged by a storm causing serve roof and interior damage in the amount of $19K. I filed a claim with my insurance company who immediately processed the claim and issued a check to both me and your company.

I contacted your company to inquire about the endorsement process at least four times and have been given four different results. The document I received in writing states that claims under $20K is sent to the company for endorsement and then disbursed back to me.

The first representative told me the disbursement would be $10k up front to the contractor. I asked why and she did not know stating this was just your process. The second and third representative stated that the loan was delinquent one payment…

Getting house refinanced and the paperwork by Quicken Loans has been filled with mistakes and delays. I went through the closing, but QL has NOT disbured the funds to my other mortgage company due to poor paperwork, and sloppy work. They will not return my calls about the bank fees incurred because they did not disbursed, but still are asking for papers to be signed almost two weeks after closing.

I had a loan pre-approved and in progress. Thad Endress was loan officer. In his absence, his colleague discussed and we approved transferring this loan to a conventional from a jumbo. she was very professional. New loan # . when i went to Rocket Mortgage site within a week, it said my loan was not approved.

I first contacted Quicken Loans resolution team on August 6th because my statements kept increasing monthly even with monthly payments at which I submitted proof of my payments monthly to Quicken loans. I was notified that my attorney would have to contact your attorney for a payments history.

I still had not heard anything from anybody. 00 in one month twice this year. Even after I emailed proof of payments. I did finally have someone tell me the discrepancy is in the way the payments are being applied during Chapter 13.

I applied a few times with this company and was denied do to my debt to income over the past year. The reason it was so many times is I had a court order. Just 20 days ago I applied again and was denied.

The bad part about this is I received a phone call 16 days later after my denied loan from a representative here stated that this company was doing a program that was similar to amazon prime and that with that program and looking at my file he was going to be able to get me approved.

I called Quicken to discuss refinancing an investment property on July 5th. The person I spoke with asked when he should contact me as a follow up and I said the end of the following week. I received daily calls beginning the following Monday (July 8th) none of which I initially picked up.

When I did pick up towards the end of the week I let the person I spoke with know what was going on and that I was displeased with what was feeling predatory and pushy as far as contacting me. None of them were the same person by the way.

I am extremely disappointed by the blatant disregard for personal property, by the staff's unprofessionalism bordering on discrimination and the ineptitude and the lack of communication among the staff I worked with. To begin, we began this process back in February when inquiring about a home refinement loan.

At first, the staff seemed knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they could (I remember the Quicken Loans employee being called Elaine). Since the income to debt ratio was at bit too high, she suggested we wait a few months until my mother’s credit improved and I became a full time employee before beginning the process, which we did.

First, I am a very reliable Customer and have been on-time with my auto-payments since my remortgage with Quicken Loans in late 2017.

However, I had the unfortunate instance of bank Fraud on June 4 & 5 of 2019, this month, and required to put a freeze on all of my accounts including my checking account that was on file with Quicken Loans. Again Inopportune time for this because I had a pending scheduled payment from that account which was to post on June 5 or 6, 2019.

00 out of my escrow account and have admitted this mistake - here is where the problem arises. I cannot get this money put back at this time because no one seems to know where this money is!! I find this completely an utterly unacceptable.

I understand human error - but incompetence is something that has always been beyond my grasp. Your office called me in reference to a loan. the agent (Jeff, I think) his number 530-999-6679, asked me a few questions and then ran a credit check. He never asked me to run my credit check, He did not have my permission to ran my credit,

In the past anyone who has ever ran my credit has asked me a manner like: Mr. Christensen do I have your permission to your credit score, or, is it ok to run your credit score? He never asked me if it ok to run my credit. Which would require a yes or no answer.

I am very disappointed with the service at Quicken Loans. My husband and I were returning customers who already paid off one mortgage with them. We received a 1,000 gold card for loyal customers off the closing costs of our next home purchase.

We provided all info last year while we were starting our home search out of state and received our pre-approval letter. Our financial situation was the same, where my husband accepted a early retirement package and was now consulting .

That wasn't a issue at that point. Now we have found our home and gave them their $500 and all requested info. (He's at the same co consulting where he was for 21 years). I'm still at the same job for 23 but since my house is out of state they consider me having no income!

Quicken Loans ran my credit after clearly being told NOT to do so. I expressed I was only in the loan inquiry mode.

Loan personal asked my to verify last 4 digits of SS# which had provided 1.5 yrs ago to be able provide me with loan info. Once again he was told not to run my credit. He somehow used this as a work around " LOOP HOOP"

Hi, I'm being told I have to pay for an appraisal that I cancelled. Quicken won't release the appraisal to the company I'm getting the loan through, Loan Depot. Please see the following e-mail chain. I cancelled it one day shy of a week, I even asked for the number of the appraisal company so I could cancel it myself. I just got a call at 8:30 pm from a Quicken Loans employee by the name of Demetri, the phone number he called me at is 212-335-0179. He called my business number initially and I did not answer due to the time.

Then I decided that it could be an important business call so I returned the call. I spoke with Demetri and after he kept talking I said I was not interested and that I just got out of the hospital and asked that he please not call me again.

On Sunday morning, August 13, 2017 at around 10 am, I e-mailed a request to Quicken Loans requesting advice/information regarding the Government HARP program. Immediately, I was contacted by your employee, Alan Kamienieki who later confirmed, via e-mail, our arrangement that he would call me at 10 am Monday (today). A very personable, and enthusiastic employee. However, he did not keep his promise. Surprise, surprise!!

In his initial call he did get into the subject of re-financing my current mortgage, which was not the reason for my contacting your company. You did advertise that you handle HARP. However, I believe he lost interest when I reiterated in my response to his e-mail that I was only interested in HARP. Not financially worth his while, I suppose!

With a single click your loan would be processed faster with an app named Rocket Mortgage. I have tried to go both ways with Quicken Loans and their person to person services are slow. Use the app! The company says their prime focus is to provide loan to every customer who walks to them in every scenario. But that is not true.

A customer can plan or can ask for a plan on the their loan disbursal with complete understanding with complete features. If you're not able understand the information provided on the website or want more information you can talk to any expert available over the call or chat who would take you through all the services. Many of the services are covered in the company from present loan to the current existing loans.

This same number from Quicken Loans sales department has called me 20 times a day for 4 weeks, I am on the no call list and I filed a complaint with the FCC and they told me to contact you. I am very very very mad and I want them to stop calling me.

I used Quicken Loans mortgage calculator before looking at houses. The tool gave me certain mortgage prices and payments based on my budget. Of course, when I actually went to buy a house I found out that Quicken was wrong!

Someone should tell the corporate office that their tool needs to be checked.

On 6/27/14 I responded to a Quicken loan commercial. I was seeking info only regarding their re-finance option. The Quicken representative took my info and told someone would contact me. I did not hear from them again.

However, in reviewing my credit report, I find that Quicken loans conducted a hard inquiry of my credit without my permission. This is not right and I wish to file a formal complaint against this company for fraud.

I was rejected for a loan based on two homes in my area that sold. They kept telling me I was qualified and needed $500 to have my house evaluated for the loan. They really didn't need to do that since they based my home price according to the other two homes that sold.

I asked for my money back and they informed me that it went to have my home inspeced when it was not needed!

Why charge me $500 to have my home inspected in order to refinance my home when you had already researched two other homes in my area that had sold and you based that on the price of my home.......then last night you rejected my loan and kept my money! I'm a senior citizen who retired three years ago from teaching children. I just wanted to lower my mortgage payments to help me out. Now you rip me off by keeping my $500!

I could have taken pictures of my place and emailed them to you for free....not $500 to do that! I am going to file a report with the Better Business Bureau, Fox 4 News, and any other news stations to make other seniors aware of what Quicken Loans do to make money, along with any other media sites. After 9 year of furnishing my own insurance they decided [quicken loans], that I need there additional insurance, even though I am a code enforcer and my administrative assistance in the city of ocean Springs Mississippi help with flood plan mapping of our city for building under codes set by FEMA. There was no right and also no email from the lady who required this?

Then I called the complaint line and there was no answer. Just as she just guessing does she have a certification from FEMA and if so I would like to see it so take this additional insurance is taken off my place. Travelers Ins.

I have faxed every document that Michael Gonzalez asked me to fax.. Every time we are ready to close. He comes up with another document. Like a Probate Document that he never specified on what kind of document. So, I ask the lady at the Register of Wills.

She didn't know what kind of probate document he wanted. I asked an estate lawyer and she didn't know either. Both of them said there are hundreds of types of probate documents. He finally specified what kind of probate document through an E-mail about a month and half later.

What I found out was that the Probate he wanted was documents that my brother and I had done several months ago. I faxed the certified documents now he said today that he did not receive any new documents. Michael Gonzalez received every document I have sent.
