Please be advised that a un authorization charge was place on my bank debit card ending in 9533 at store 734.. on 11/29/23 in the amount of 44.01..I got a notification from my bank of the charge and I was in Knoxville tn during that time..please look into this matter and contact me to cell at anytime 470 605 1062 Daniel shepherd..

I had accidentally knicked my leg and had a little blood on my leg. I went into the bathroom to wipe it off and was rudely accosted by the day time manager who said she didn't want me to wipe myself in the bathroom.

I've been going to this QT for two years every morning on the way to work and have never had an issue but the new daytime manager ( I asked her name which she would not provide it for me) has been nothing but rude to me and I don't understand why.

I'm a paying customer who has never disrespected anyone there nor have I stolen and yet I'm treated like a criminal. It's not right that I'm treated so poorly. Thank you for your time and I hope that woman gets through her anger issues

Yes my name is Shawn lynn and have made multiple complaints about being harassed in the restroom and different locations it's the same thing. I have a medical condition that causes me to be in the bathroom va long time until I have surgery again and I have offered proof but they won't take it and

continue to harass me while in in the restroom and that makes it harder for me to use it when I get upset or angry so I end up in here even longer than normal. I don't know what they think I'm doing in here but I'm not doing anything but trying to use the bathroom .

And I like the store and products here just not the way management and employees handle the situation m not once have I been asked if I was ok or need anything and that's common courtesy but they don't have it and we're not trained…

I am here In Ft Worth Texas off 35 and 28th St. They have two employees working and THERE IS NO COFFEE .. SECOND NIGHT IN A ROW PLUS THEY HAVE TWO EMPLOYEES WORKING AND NOT BUSY

A hundred words is alot just to tell about a long wait but here goes. I ordered 1 small shake and one large shake and one grilled cheese. I paid at 216 pm. I watched employee cut up pizza and put into boxes and now it's 227 pm still no shakes no food and nobody else was in line

Had the cops called on me while I was sitting in the parking lot eating the food I bought from them. I WAS a very regular customer ( 2-3 times a day). I not drive past it to go to the circle k just a little further down the road..

I would rather spend my money at a place that MIGHT value my business..

The clerks at your store at i435 and front st. kansas city mo . are extremely rude , makeing slanders remarks , And sexualy harrassing patrons . ( dog sex , homo , lesbian , red hair remarks . ) They"re to busy "biteing" , starting fights and acting like stars to get service .

Much more or no action on your part and lawyers , police dept will be notified

At approximately 8 pm on Monday ( 12/19/22) evening, I entered the QT at 61st and Lewis in Tulsa to buy scratchers. As usual I ask for the ticket number on the current crossword puzzle 3 dollar scratcher. The employee said “the ticket number is 16”.

I said “I’ll take all of them”. When I counted the tickets I discovered 2 were missing. Only 14 tickets and number 1 and number 2 were not On the reel! I brought it to the attention of the employee and became defensive and argumentative.

I told him I played alot and didn’t have many winners and I wanted 1 and 2. He told me it was “no big deal” snd I said yes it is. I spend about 3 to 400 a month in scratchers and I need to win occasionally.

I was at our local store, located in Ironwood, MI on Cloverland Dr. It was around 3an on Dec 3, 2022 & the few people working at this time had only self checkouts open, they did not acknowledge customers & we were unable to purchase tobacco products.

Nobody would wait on us!!! It was extremely rude & very strange. We left the store & went to shop elsewhere. I've never experienced anything like that before!!!

Jeff B in the Park City quick trip this evening was very rude. I had things for myself and someone else that I needed on two separate tickets. I stated that at the beginning and Jeff sighed as though it was a problem.

I asked for cigarettes and then cigars and asked for 1 extra pack and he acted as though that was a problem slamming the box of cigars around. Then when he came back to the register and finished I assumed he would ring up the second order but, he picked up cans of soda next to me and I said “oh those aren’t mine”, he very rudely corrected me telling me he knew that they were the other customers and he needed them!

In front of multiple people this man humiliated me acting like I was anything other than a child of god! I have NEVER been in a quick trip where it wasn’t busy…

I shop at this qt 7 days a week and at least 3 times a day on 10/22/2022 I went into that qt and wanted to order a chicken bacon ranch sub sandwich and one of your employees told that she couldn't and wouldn't make me that sandwich because they are under staffed there was two customers in the store.

So they weren't busy at all I put the order in and she refused to make it. I eat that sandwich at least 4 times a week. So now I'm really wondering if I even want too go too any qt again.

This is the 3rd time that I bought a sandwich in the past couple of months and my sandwiches were wrong.The wrapping said one thing and it is another sandwich.When I get to work and I open it up and it's wrong and I learned to check my sandwiches before I leave.I should not have to worry about that because the sandwiches should be right!

I live next to the QT in Tempe AZ on Baseline and rural Rd . The shake machine as been broken for almost 2 months. I really enjoy shakes at QT and I don't see why a machine should be broken for this long.

QT is a large corporate entity and nothing should be broken for this long. Terrible customer service.

I put a minimal amount of gas in my vehicle on Wednesday, September 7. Location was Quiktrip #00884 located at Main Street & Northside Drive in Ft. Worth TX.

I pumped $5.29 worth of 87 unleaded gas priced at $3.099 per gallon. I should have received 1.706 gallons. The printed receipt shows 1.706 gallons. The pump (Pump #6) shows 1.106 gallons. I brought this to the attention of store management and was referred to your website.

All of my experiences with Quiktrip have been 5 Star, whether at one of your Texas locations or in my former state of Georgia. I don't think theat there is intentional deceit happening, but I do believe your pump or pumps at this specific location are off.

I got off after a long shift from the restaurant where I work. I'm personally employed in the customer service industry and have been for over 10 years. After work I stopped at quicktrip at 77th terrace and Metcalf to get gas.

I brought in a cup that I had in my car already and asked the cashier Maryanne how much would it be to fill it up with water. She asked me where I got the cup at and if I had been digging through the trash.

She made this comment in front of about 5 other customers waiting in line. She didn't say it as a joke or just messing around She said it in a way which could not be taken any other way then as her being completely rude.
