I purchased a set of her cookware at Christmas 2022 and the one pan scratch while using a silicone chopper/spatula. I filed a claim with the warranty dept and sent photos and I have yet to receive any response. I have tried calling and visiting the website and nothing!

I spent a lot of money on the pans!!!

I bought a couple items and unfortunately my package was delivered to the wrong address. I made a claim to UPS who forwarded it to Rachel Ray. I made a claim to Rachel Ray on June 6, 2023. The message back said it could be 2 -4 WEEKS before I heard anything back.

It is July 17 and I have heard NOTHING! I will never buy from Rachel Ray again

I summit pictures of the pots and pans because they were peeling in order recibe a new ones according with the life warranty. But only thing that I got was a reply.

I used to enjoy watching the show. I liked learning her method of cooking. But after she got married I slowly lost interest. Her constant mention of her HUSBAND in her show then his looking over her shoulder appearances just creeped me out.

My husband this, my husband that, me and my husband etc Ok, we know your married now! Can we get back to he show? I moved on to watching anything but her show.

Her pots and pans are the worst investment ever in the world to be using just bought a brand new set of Rachael Ray cooking equipment I'm out here cooking and I pick the pan up off the freaking stove to go and move it and the God damn handle falls off this is pathetic and freaking b******* for the amount of money that I pay for your s***** ass product I will make this go viral

Rachel Ray's customer service is not accessible to disabled people who are unable to use a phone. The only options for customer support for accessibility or for customer service on many sites are phone only. I had a question about Nutrish dog food availability (my dog has been eating it for 11 years so I would have said I was a loyal customer) - and there are no accessible options. Pots and pan surface peeling off with limited use. Hand washed. No support, no ownership in the replacement. Worst customer service I have experienced. Very disappointed in Rachel Ray.

My cover shattered while making turkey soup

5 red casserole dish fromElder-Berman in Alliance , Ohio.. I made a casserole and was baking it when it cracked in half. Oven Temp was 350degrees. Took it back to the store and they replaced it. Sunday I went to use it, the handle broke in 2 places.

Cannot return it to Elder-Berman as they went out of business. I certainly will not replace it with a Rachel Ray. Never liked the fact the fish was very rough and abrasive on the bottom

5 oval red casserole dishes. The 1st one broke while baking in oven @350degrees. Literally broke in half. I returned it to Elder Berman in Alliance, Ohio. They gave me another one . I went to use casserole dish #2, picked it up and the handle broke in two places.

I am very disappointed in the product, also did not care for the bottom of the casserole as it was abrasive and not sooth.

We used our set of pots and pans and at first we loved them! We used them for almost a year, but then I started to notice I had this weird chemical taste in my food! did not think much of it.

But it continued, and then one night while making a stir fry I could smell that awful chemical smell in my home. I took one bite and had to spit it out! It was inedible. I'm not sure what it is but every one of the pots and pans are doing this now.

We can no longer use them at all. We have another set from a different brand we bought 6 years ago and those are what we are forced to use now until we can get another set. I'm honestly concerned about what exactly that chemical smell is and what our bodies were injesting.

I’m am a 14 year 100% disabled gulf war veteran, and I am trying to figure out why I have spent so much money on 3 different Rachael Ray 12qt stock pots and they all burn everything especially spaghetti and it stick to the bottom every time just boiling plain spaghetti noodles.

Purchased 13 pc cucina cookware in blue as a gift. Giftee has used cookware 3 times, has never put cookware in dishwasher, and the blue enamel is chipping off. I am so embarrassed and disappointed, and she is disappointed as well, as she loved the set when it arrived.

I thought Rachael Ray products were good quality, and I am very much hoping that you will stand by your product and do something about this.

Purchased a set of Rachel Ray's cookware from Kohls. It states is dishwasher safe. Once I put the pots in the dishwasher the outside of the pot lost it black and now it is streak with a white film. No longer black. Very disappointing.

I purchased pots and pan set and had them about a month now and had to throw them all away one by one they are were chipping so bad it was running my food because it would flake off in it . Not only did I waste money the store said there was nothing they could do . Someone please help make this right

I had ordered the 13 piece cookware set from fingers. The cookware set is a disappointment. The pans scratch easily. Some of the pots turned a brown color. Very bad product. I bought these on 12/29/21. The are also hard to clean.

I clean with soap and water. 00 for a bad product.

I purchased the 13 piece Rachel Ray cookware set from Kohl's for Christmas. It has a $40 rebate they Kohl's. They supplied me with the form. I had an error my first fill in on the form. They sent a letter in F February. I immediately sent in their request. Upon checking today, mailed back Feb 10th, still processing. Is this rebate legit, and am I receiving a rebate?

I have 2 Rachael Ray fry-pans and both leave burnt marks on my glass stovetop. No other pans do this. I clean them (and the glass top) thoroughly. I can't figure out why they do this. I've attempted connecting with the Rachael Ray cookware company, but never hear anything back. I'd like to mail these fry-pans to the company President but don't have his/her name and address.

Is there a better (or at least another) way to complain and make them take notice? I do have pictures of the pans and the mess they leave behind.

I absolutely love Rachael Ray but I bought her twin pack skillet for 8.5 inch and a 10 inch less than a year ago and I just am so incredibly disappointed in how they’re working in the way they look I’m hoping maybe for a new set because this one might’ve been the faulty I know it has a lifetime limited warranty

I bought the 2 dry pan set. The smaller ones?? The inside is already chipping off. I use only plastic item’s. And everything is beginning to stick!!! You need to pull these!!! How do I get my money back?

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a spoon on December 7, 2021. Still haven't received it. I talked with a rep in customer service 2 weeks ago. She 'allegedly' opened a ticket. I never heard anything back.

I bought a set of pans when I got an induction stove. The pans work great, my problem is when washed the finish on the outside turned a horrible color. For what I paid it should not have happened. I have purchased lots of your cookware and I thought they would last forever. It’s a four piece bubble and brown oval baker. I’ve never dropped anything of yours Rachel eat because I cherish your products. It came to a big shock to me when I learned of a crack in the product.

Disappointed I refuse to throw it out cause I love it so much. I used it in the oven today and was taken it out with a potholder and the handle piece just gave way I burned my fingers a little.

Does this item have a lifetime warranty?

After using it in the microwave, one salad plate got a fracture. I am concerned it mught not be safe to keep using this dinner set. I spent a lot of money on something I cannot use. I’d greatly appreciate a replacement or a refund.

Hello, I’ve watched Rachels Show on and off for many years, but it’s got to the point I can’t watch her anymore. Does she realize That she interrupts All of her guests before They can finish what they are saying, very rude ( like she has to be the center of Attention Instead of her guest ) .

Number 2 she’s very loud to the point it’s very annoying . Number 3 she’s constantly Playing with her hair and being that she handling food and cooking Is very unsanitary . Even though she on TV it’s a very poor example for an unexperienced person who is starting out . Thank you

Not really a complaint. I made Rachel's Mason Jar salad dressing. But when I refrigerated it, the olive oil congealed and came to the top of the liquids. Did I do something wrong?

The 14 piece Hard Enamel (red) non stick cookware set (16223) that the wife and I purchased from Walmart here in Eugene, OR has begun to leave red "residue" or film on the inside of our dishwasher, so we have stopped using this set for fear of what might be transferring from the inside of these pots to our food.

I purchased a set of Rachel Ray cookware and it's about a year old. The frying pans are peeling and the oven pan is totally stained and every time i use it, i make sure it's thoroughly clean. Kohls and thought they would last a whole lot longer. I'm totally disappointed. What can i do?

I have been trying to get a hold of this damn company for YEARS now and no one EVER gets back to me. My Rachel Ray cookware is falling apart. The coating is coming off almost since the first 6 months of having it.

My daughter had gotten me two sets of dish in white. They say microwave and dishwasher safe. If you put them in the microwave brown gooey stuff drops off of them. It stains them also. The scratch up very easily.

My oven cookware in red are now doing the same thing I will not feed my family out of them. They were very expensive also. I would be more thrilled to send them back to you instead of making my family ill I would appreciate hearing from you.

I started my 9 year old Lhasa Apso on Rachel Ray Nutrish 6 pack, Chicken Paw Pie, Tail Waggin' Turkey & Hearty Beef Stew; and after the second tub he started with very loose stools, and now has constant diarrhea. I have just started the 4th of 6 tubs, and have read many reviews of how horrible this stuff smells, and how many dogs have had the same problems as my dogs has.

Have been to Veterinarian twice and diarrhea continues, and your dogs food is going in the garbage, never to feed it to my dog again. Please advise as to how I can get a refund for the purchase of this food, plus the vet bills, and all the frustration and aggravation and discomfort to my dog.

I received the red cookware set from rachael ray and the bottoms of the cookware pans are wearing off. The price of the pots and pans are way over priced. I cook every day and my husband thought this cookware would be great.

But it is so poorly made i won't ever buy rachael ray cookware ever again. I'm so mad. They sell the stuff but they don't care if it is made to last or not. I have told everybody don't buy it it went last 90 days.

Tried to get a refund froth place I purchased it from but they said my 90 days were up. Go figure. I even bought the utensils for it so I wouldn't scratch it and her utensils scratched it anyway. I'm venting for the price it should be made better.

Each and every piece in this set is amazing and does what it's supposed to do correctly. The silicone handles are great and very heat resistant, they pans fit so comfortably in your hands. I think one must really have Rachel Ray cookware in their kitchens.
