Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Unfortunately, this store (above in So. SLC, UT) is the closest one to our home and so when we are down that way, stop in as we like Kanes Chicken. The store is located in a not-so-great area of town and the clientele shows (but that sounds like I'm judging people and don't mean that).

First, tried needed a restroom to wash my hands only (good thing I didn't have to go to the bathroom) as 2 out of the 3 restrooms (the toilets per se) were not useable. One even had brown paper towels stuffed down it.

But the restrooms in general are like using one on a road trip (the "gas station" type). Yuck. But while we were eating, the female, hispanic employee cleaning the tables was using a dirty rag/cloth (you could see even when the tables dried the streaks were still evident), but

At location in Saint Charles Mo around 9:45pm drive through gets to speakers at10:05and the cashier states “ we closed” I asked to speak with supervisor and he come to mike yelling “ma’am we closed”

There's been a couple times in my food was not properly cooked long enough or the fingers were like anorexia like Karen Carpenter or like I got a floor and it looks like they were two now I asked for ketchup and ask for hot sauce and I called a couple times but he wants to answer the phone and when they do you give me a song and dance to manager location is on Tropicana in Las Vegas Nevada and

I called to complain about not getting 25 pieces of fingers and the manager on duty Drew said he checked the cameras and we had to of gotten the fingers which we did not! He stated we complain too much and he suggested we go to a different store from now on?! Who does this?

I’m so pissed I want to make a formal complaint and need a return phone call back or email asap!

I WENT TO YOUR RESTAURANT I WAS 8 months pregnant AND YOUR EMPLOYEES DID NOT LET ME USE THE RESTROOM I WAS ALREADY ABOUT TO WALK INto the RESTROOM WHEN YOUR MALE WORKERS KICKED ME OUT BECAUSE WERE GOING TO CLOSE DOORS SO THEN THEY LOCKED THe restroom doors in front of me and told me to leave and go somewhere else to the restroom.

I ended up peeing on myself in the parking lot it was so embarrassing in front of customers that were all lined in their cars outside I also then puked on the side walk in front of the restraunt due to the STEESS AND EMBARRASSMENT. I had a bad experience at the rowlett location and I called corporate and they informed me it’s nothing we can do.

Customer service horrible

My wife and I placed our order inside the Canes restaurant. Upon waiting for our order we heard my name called out , so as we are walking up to pick up our order a lady and 2 girls that had just walked in went up to the counter and

the employee the manager gave our order to them and they walked off and left . While the lady and 2 girls were walking off I was asking the manager is there an order for 2 David's? She ignored me then finally I got the cashier attention and she checked for me and she said there was not .

Other customers said that the lady and 2 girls had just walked in and they just walked up and were handed the bag with my order . They need to start checking receipts or start handing out numbers and pay attention.

Ordered a sandwich combo with sauce on the side and no lettuce one I paid and received my meal I get home and there’s no sauce not even inside nor out the burger I called and they said they couldn’t give me two extra sauces on my next visit like are u serious dude are u serious I tossed my dry a** sandwich away ruining my apetite what kind of customer service is that I want my refund or my meal replaced thank you !!!

I ordered my lunch on online app for curbside pickup! Ordered in advanced due to only having 1 hour for lunch and with traffic at lunch time, it is cutting it close to go to restaurant and order and to wait in line.

So I arrived and parked in one of the curbside parking spots and let them know I had arrived as it told me to do on the app. Well I sat there for about 15 minutes waiting for them to bring out food.

No one ever came out! I went inside and asked the lady at the register about my order and they didn’t even have my order and said that this happens sometimes and called the manager to the counter. He said that he would go find order.

I stood there about another 15 minutes. No food was provided. The girl at register asked one of the employees in the back about the mobile order and…

Poor quality food and missing the bread. So dissatisfied.

I just went through the drive thru and am being told I can not have my Canes app scanned to receive or use my rewards? What is the point in having the app than? If this is the case I will not be returning

I have been purchasing Cane's for years and 99% of the time receive awesome service. Today my order was rushed. Before I even finished paying at one window, the employee was already hanging out of the other window with my food. My combo was missing my toast, I literally received a few fries, my daughter received a few fries, my daughter's sweet tea was not sweet; therefore, we had to throw it away. My coke was not filled up all the way. We asked for ketchup and they did not give me ketchup. All around horrible service and food. Very disappointed and I feel ripped off.

I visited Raising Cane's in Anaheim Hills, CA on 8/19/22 around 2:30 - 3pm. This was the very first time I have ever tried chicken from Raising Canes. I decided to complete mobile order and curbside pick up as Raising Cane's always seemed busy.

I ordered our food and arrived right at the time my online order stated. When I arrived at Raising Cane's parking lot the 2 mobile order spaces were filled. I parked in the second available space next to the mobile order space that was filled.

I clicked on the I arrived button and waited. After about 10 minutes I called the restaurant to ask about my mobile order. I let the lady that answered the phone know I was unable to park in the mobile order spaces as they were filled but was here for my order.

The lady informed me that the mobile spaces…

1st visit. Order taken promptly, food arrived quickly. Drink came out 5 min later. Then sat stuck in line because 5 cars ahead was waiting for their drinks. 15 min later they got them. Line moved but stopped because car in front of me still needed their drinks.

Another 5 min stuck in line. All this because of fountain drinks!!!!!. Fries were wimpy by time I got home. Don't think I will be back.
