I was really hoping that I would not have to write you this letter but I have been messed around so much by your company that I do believe the situation requires a formal letter of complaint
1. On July 8, 2022 I checked in for travel to Barbados (BGI)from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) on AC1842 2. On arrival in Barbados on July 8 I discovered that my bag didn’t arrive. I went over to customer service and received appalling service from your ground agents. There were 8 other passengers in my group who had not received their baggage 3. Coincidentally there were 6 unclaimed bags for persons that were not on the flight. This is very concerning as I know from the airline regulations this is a clear breach of security 4.
