Re-Bath

I am filing a complaint on a guy that was supposed to be working on my friends home remodeling her restrooms! He was a bald white/Hispanic guy I didn't catch his name. He was very loud and very disrespectful. Using profanity very loud, not working but following my friend around her home until she would have to go to her sons room and lock door.

I personally witnessed him making advances about going to dinner or leaving for lunch with him. She was very upset over the way he treated her home like it was his. She referred me to re -bath. After witnessing the way he was.

I will not be using this company. I really hope he isn't allowed to do this to anyone else. I wish I had his name he worked on my good friends home on spurflower path ln. Thank you. D

I believe I have been lied to by Re-Bath. I believe I was over charged. I am 74 and signed the contract right away because I needed the low threshold. Then I became aware that I paid way too much for what I received.

They would not let me down grade. Said they couldn’t give me a break down on item costs. Could not cancel, I was a couple of days too late. Then the salesman didn’t respond to two calls. Was told it was the law they couldn’t cancel. I know the law.

Then They said they would cancel if I paid over half the original charge of just under $10,000. Did not order a door. I know they are expensive. I bought a curtain and rod from Amazon. Small shower. Hand rails are so slick when wet that I can’t use them needed the low pan so I wouldn’t fall.

I had my bathroom re-done 17 months ago there’s a problem with the floor most of the tiles don’t have any glaze on them leaving what looks like a film on the tile. This past been addressed three different times by trying to clean the tiles to no avail.

Three times I was told the floor needs to be replaced But as of yet I have had no results. The contact that I talk to keeps telling me I’m on the list for service but as of yet 17 months later there is no work done.

I am not very happy at all

after calls and dealing with the area rebath company, and contact, we contact home depot and cancel our request, now rebath call us penalised us for almost 10, 000 for no comply with the contract. I say ok if they will penalise a fee for cancelation but NOT 10,000.

I just want corporate to cancel our request in his total. I'm not recommend home depot contractor and rebath at all. We are very disappointed and if the issue is not resolved, we will look for other way, like legal adviced.

I have an issue with the tile that was installed in my bathroom; it has let go and has a big bubble. I have been trying to get in contact with the franchise that did my installation for the last 2 to 3 weeks; I have made at least 10 phone calls and

all I get is an answering service that tells me that someone will get back to me and as of today no one has returned my calls. I need to get this issue taken care of. I was impressed with their work and installation but am not impressed with their customer service.

On 10-22-18, a ReBath salesman came to give a quote on a tub and side walls. He told me the cost would be $ 7170. 00 deposit to order in the material. After I read the entire contract and found several serious errors.

He got an approval for a Home Depot credit card. The contract states the credit card would be billed when the install was started. I called the Cleveland office of ReBath and my sales person to cancel. because the 72 hour had expired on 10-25.

The install was scheduled for 12-13 to 01-13-2019. I contacted Home Depot credit card division and after several months reversed the credit card charges. charges On the card which did not take into account my $1000. Deposit. I've bought a shower install from u guys years back & have had to have someone to come back over & over , I just wanted everyone to know how bad the company rebath is & how much troubles they cause my family with now mold & meldew problems & has affected my family plus I've had to fixs this last biggest deal myself where rebath shower had been leaking has destroyed my bathroom floor & walls & we have mold everywhere under our home & in walls ,

I am a senior Citizen who after 4 months in hospitals and rehab centers came home only to realize that I could no longer us my bathtub to shower. I called Re-Bath and had a sales representative come out from the Troy location. She wrote up a proposal to have my tub removed and at my request she wrote up to have the liner come out to the wall which would make it 31 inches wide. This would make it easier for me to shower. She told me that I would no longer have to worry when I shower. I was told by her that my floor tile would have to be cut to accommodate the new liner as it would be wider than the tub I currently had and that it would be even with the new wall material they were installing.
